Very nice customer service and impressive decoration in the store. If you want to study or hang out with friends, this will be a good location to go. Ordered a ice peach green tea and ham and Swiss sandwich. The sandwich good as usual, but the green tea was better than usual. Very happy with my experience and highly recommended this location. If I am around this area will definitely come back again!

While I love Starbucks, this location seems to be the most problematic for me. Things that should be simple—adding Stevia and cinnamon to a latte—get missed. Wrong drinks are made. Ordering ahead through the app can take longer than ordering in person. They seem to be frequently understaffed or work excessively slow at time.

I come to this location regularly and always receive good service. They are consistent and courtious, and the store is always clean and stocked with supplies to use in your drinks. The drive through is usually quick even when the line is long.

SHOUT OUT TO JEFFREY!!! I never had a favorite barista until I met him and hes so amazing! My drinks are perfect every time. He encouraged me to get the app and the benefits are great, Im so happy I did.However, there are a few ladies in the morning who need some work. Whenever I get them, 9/10 times my drink is wrong, but great service.

The coffee drinks are well done. Service is quick and polite. One area that could use a little improvement is the cleanliness of the place. The chairs and tables could use a wipe more frequently as could the stand where napkins, straws and trash are kept.

My daughter and I went there for an iced coffee with oat milk. She had been raving about how good it is. The lady says she accidently made it with low-fat milk instead ...do we want it or do we want to wait for her to make us new ones. There were about 5 cars behind us so my daughter was about to just take the coffees we did NOT come there for. I interjected and said yes please make us the ones with the oat milk. Its why were are here. Grrr She should have just remade the correct ones and not bothered asking us. We wouldnt have known and my daughter wouldnt have had the guilt of feeling like she made the other people wait. She didnt. The lady making the mistake made them wait and they all lived. The coffee was really good.

I dont like having my name asked at the drive thru... My name is difficult... especially over an intercom.. so its always misheard. Them Im greeted energetically with the wrong name. Its painful. I literally go to a different Starbucks just to avoid this. Is it just me??

They have a clover machine to brew their Reserve coffees. Make sure whoever is brewing that they do it right and that they use the exact programed setting for the coffee you selected. Them having a drive through is great for the drivers but for customers who like to be inside the coffee shop, customer service suffers as the baristas are trying to keep up with the orders. Still great, especially the clover coffee!

I hate to give my most frequented location such a poor review but today was just ridiculous.... first, the young lady at the drive through window was about as hospitable as a cold stone and that in itself is fine but when she basically tossed my change in my hands and jerked away as though i had leprosy. I couldnt help but laugh aloud.Second, my Iced white tea tasted like plastic. I frequent this location often, and I typically enjoy my time there!BUT, this morning I was very disappointed when I got there.... there werent any other customers waiting, but about 2 min later, two other customers walked in and were greeted right away by a staff member who asked if they had placed an order ahead on the app, or needed to order in person..... I was ignored for about 10 min, until the same young lady asked if an order was mine(I replied no), she then walked away again....... so I waited about 5 min more, until Jeffrey(I hope this name is correct) said hello(he is always so kind) to me by name and handed me the milk I ordered... yes I was only waiting for a tall cold milk.....Im not one who typically writes comments, even if I have a bad experience, but I felt it was necessary, since I order from this location almost daily before I get to work, and Im always patient and kind... I hope next time will be a better experience.

This location is great. I attended this Starbucks regularly and the baristas are friendly and welcoming. However, there is a young female barista there who sings while she works. I wont say her full name but it starts with an A. Ive seen her patronize her co-workers (theyre new), make hostile remarks and shame others for making simple mistakes. It wouldnt shock me to smell alcohol on her breath for how aggressive Ive seen her. Ive seen her in this state of belligerence on several occasions, so I know she wasnt having one bad day. I even asked another one of the employees why shes allowed to work there, and they told me that she doesnt act that way around the manager. My niece worked at Starbucks and she explained to me that they want to provide their employees (or partners) with a welcoming atmosphere, so Im sure something would be done about her behavior if the manager were to find out. I really liked this location until she showed up. The way she treats the other baristas makes me uncomfortable. I go to the Starbucks closer to the college now to avoid the awkwardness of seeing another person treated like dirt.

This Starbucks has a bad habit of messing up orders or crossing orders. I ordered a Carmel brulee frappacino with white mocha, the first time I ordered this here they put in regular mocha(this is the second time they put the wrong shot in) which made my drink taste gross. Was already on 80 when I realized what they did. The next day they ended up mixing up my frapo with the ingredients that the person I was with wanted in their drink despite the order being correctly printed on the cup. This particular person likes lots of carmel drizzle so I ended up with a frap. That was more than a quarter cup Carmel drizzle. Again was already on 80 so I couldnt go back and just decided to get off the Loomis exit to buy a new drink. The amount of money I have spent on correcting their mistakes is disgusting. I wont go back to this location, I gave them a few opportunities to get the order right only because of the drive-thru. I would suggest they dont get high on their own supply (lay off the coffee!!) And take the time to read the side of the cups. It will make all the difference when serving your guest. Also for some reason the person I usually go to this location with always complain s of their coffee tasting burnt and nasty. I dont know what they can do to not burn the coffee but it would be nice if they attempted to resolve this.

What a place! Free wifi. Free toilets. Free seats! Fun guys to talk to. Friendly Baristas. Warm in winter and cool in Summer. Great way to get out of Mom & Dads way for a day !! Come early to get the best seat. bring friends. And a book. And your charger. Maybe a pillow, the seats can be hard after a few hours! Oh, they have coffee too but its pricey so may a thermos is in order. Have fun!!

Called today to see if they were open since the one on Crossings was closed. The positive is they were open. Negative was the girl one the phone was beyond rude. Even at the end when I said Thank you, she hung up the phone without any reply. Even though they are open, I don’t think I will be going there after being treated like that. Ordered 3 strawberries and cream frappuccino waited for 10 min at the window and after we got our drinks they tasted like ice and water. I called to let them know spoke to James who could really care less and wanted to tell me that its probably cause they changed the recipe and if I wanted to come back in ge would remake them. Terrible I will never go to this location when making my basic 2 drinks the baristas made them wrong I told her my caramel frapaccino and white chocolate mocha are supposed to be brown not white she said oh im sorry i forgot an ingredient. Not sure why 6 of the 10 had drive thru headsets on .
