Asked dark roast. They ran out and asked me if it’s okay to switch to Pike Place bean. Accepted and this is what I got. This has to be a double cup. I usually get double cup almost every single time when I ordered brewed coffee. Not Americano. The bottom was soaked and I don’t feel good because it got leaked out and coffee water was everywhere inside my car cup holder.

This Sbux door is located a roundabout walk from the street. But once you’re inside it’s pretty small with no outdoor seating. At least three reliable bike racks are within sight of the door. I mostly come here to log on and pass the time while waiting for the Riverside bus.

Copy tastes terrible now it dont taste good at all. I used to love the caramel macchiato, I drink about a quarter to a half of it and I threw the rest of it away I just couldnt drink it anymore taste so bad. I got the orange creamsicle cake pop, it was terrible it tasted chemically and did not even taste like orange to me. The birthday cake pop is the only one I do like but it still has a little chemically taste but not as bad as this one did. Their food and everything has gone downhill. This location changed about a year ago and converted it into a small little pickup option it used to have all kinds of seating and stuff and I used to be a really nice place now its not even worthwhile to even go to it cuz it has no drive-thru and you have to choose your cup between 500 other cups that people ordered online.

We have been customers of over 20 years for the coffee. I had bad experience after drinking Iced coffee this afternoon. We asked the another coffee because different size and color, taste we used, the server made new one. It was still different taste my wife used ask for half and half, but we took it as long time startbuccks customers, but afer drinking it she suffered from stomach sick for a long night. The store should check it out the product freshness and employee’s hygiene!!!

The women especially the one with the buzz cut type hair and the morbidly obese one are unprofessional and extremely rude. They got the order wrong (surprise surprise) when I kindly asked them to correct the order they immediately got defensive and started arguing. If you hate your miserable lives because youll never amount to anything higher than a barista just quit. Not just the job, everything.

I ordered a matcha latte it s not the same taste as ordered in others starbucks. Usually starbucks have the same standard everywhere. The taste is over sweet also a bit bitter and the color is darker . The honey citrus mint tea is good.

This location is small but beautiful. The staff was really friendly and made me feel very welcome. The drinks came out fast and tasted great!Plenty of parking made the experience just that much better.Definitely recommend stopping in!

Its best to order on the app since this is a very busy area. The staff is typically friendly here, I have not had any issues. The inside it small, more like a waiting room so dont schedule any meetings here.

Pales in comparison to my normal bux location. My drink was a mobile order and was ready when I got there but it was not made correctly, and when the barista fixed it (with a bit of attitude) it was a sticky, drippy mess. She saw me trying to clean my cup and I even wiped down the counter from the mess my drink made (Im not a cretin) but the cup/lid kept dripping. I think I was there for 5 minutes just trying to clean the outside of my drink. I must have used up 5 whole napkins. It was not busy and it would have been nice to have been treated friendlier and with more care put into my coffee beverage. I hold the bux baristas to high standards, this aint Arbys. Anyway, I know, I know, first-world-problems...

Came to the starbucks this morning at 7am, I was the only customer in the store. I was going to order well over $20 worth of food and drinks. Before I was about to pay I asked for the restroom code. They informed me that BOTH of there CUSTOMER restrooms were closed not because of working issues. I ending up just getting a coffee and canceling the rest of my order. From the other reviews on here just seems like they dont wanna clean there restrooms or keep letting homeless in. Take this as a warning before you come here. NO OUTLETS OR RESTROOMS!!

Went about 2 days ago, the guy that took my order I noticed he was acting weird it did not take me long to notice he was under the influence (high) I repeated my order to him about 4 times just so he can get it wrong, I ended up telling the girl that made my order how her employee was under the influence and how my order was wrong and she asked to do it again but I was already upset of how un profesional this store was, I thought workers couldn’t be under the influence while working ? Worst experience as a customer. 4 person staff on duty as I tried to place my order at a not busy time . 1128 am wed 11/17/21. Was completely ignored. Only two others customers were are Starbucks one had placed an order and retrieved it. The other was sitting at a table near front of Starbucks. So I decided somewhere else to get good customer service. In a bad economy losing customers is detrimental to your business.On Jan 25 2022 I tried to order coffee at Starbucks. Note the shop was not busy. I w as completely ignored. Wondering why staff is not trained properly. When a customer walks in it would wise to greet them and take their order large or small.. In this manner repeat customers Will brng up your bottom line. I see no improvement - very disappointed in your service.

Homeless person left their shopping cart in front of the store then proceeded to occupy a bathroom for the next half hour. They had a second restroom but we were informed that this one was for employees only even though we had two small children in desperate need of a restroom. Every other Starbucks that I have been to with two restrooms has made both available to customers. I guess they got tired of having both restrooms occupied by homeless people and upset employees not being able to use the restroom. Starbucks has made a calculated decision here that it is better to make sure that employees have a restroom rather than addressing the issue of homeless people taking up residence in your restrooms. 5 stars for employee care. 1 star for customer care.

Very busy store with parking lot. I placed a mobile order and still had to wait for my drink. They missed some requests for salt and caramel in my order but I just left because they seemed so busy. All employees seemed to be calmly working as fast as they could. I liked that their parking lot didnt require taking a ticket and or validation. Seating - There was one community table with 6-8 stools and 3 two-person round tables in front of a long cushioned bench. Some outdoor tables and chairs.

Exterior: two stars. No drive through, parking lot is kinda small for the shopping mall location and theyve removed or dont have any outdoor seating. This location shares a shopping mall block with two other stores so its just a front window and an interior.Interior: two stars. This is a smaller Starbucks with no drive-thru if I remember correctly. There arent too many places to sit and work due to the size so it seems more like a place to go in and just grab your coffee to go. Its in a big parking lot so at least you can quickly find a parking spot. Its definitely a busy spot so Id recommend ordering ahead. I went in on a Friday around 2:30 PM and was surprised by how busy it was.

A new store took forever for them to make my coffee I cannot believe that didnt offer me some form of recovery card because I stood there for 30 minutes total 15 waiting in line and 15 to get my coffee. It is close to Disney but it didnt seem excessively busy or at least not as busy as would constitute that type of a wait. I understand employees need to be trained but there are corporate measures to deal with these types of things and it seems as though theyre just trying to grab the dough not retain the customer. If I wasnt buying coffee for someone else I would choose a different location.

This place cannot handle mobile orders. Every time I place a mobile order from this location, I give them double the amount of time the app suggests. Even then, my order is usually not ready when I arrive. This has happened 9 out of the past 10 times Ive mobile ordered here. Today, they were out of both food items I ordered, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to offer either a refund or an alternate item. When I arrived and asked for my order, the barista pointed to my drink and said, Its right there. When I asked about the two food items I ordered, I got a space cadet answer of, What food did you order? We couldnt read the codes. I told them what I had ordered and they didnt even go to look for my ordered item for 5 minutes. When they finally DID look... Surprise! Theyre out. I had to ask for substitutes for both food items Id ordered. They need more employees at this location.

Used to be better. I miss the old baristas that took pride in their work. Never had any problems until a few months back. I stopped coming and thought I give it another chance. Because of the restrooms being unisex guys and girls go in making for urine grossness in all the wrong places. Only reason I drank my drink is because I needed it to stay awake. This location is new so I gave it a pass two times, but the lack of customer service skills is ridiculous. I ordered a drink and wanted modifications and I was told that the drink only came one way. Which I know is not true because I always order it. All the workers seem to have attitudes when you ask them for anything, like something as simple as water. Ive come here a few times and each time theres a long line cause it seems like there is only 3 people here. 1 doing the register and trying to get each customers life story and the other making the drinks whos slow at that job. 3rd person is just walking around pretending to be working. But when your like Ill use the restroom to wash my hands. You have to get the door code. But they want you to buy something, so I guess I have to wait 10 minutes to get to the cashier, order my drink then Ill be allowed to use restroom and wait some more for my drink. Maybe send your people to learn how to make multiple drinks at a time or hire more people.

Went there two mornings in a row while going to the Skateboard Hall of Fame event. I had the same young man as the barista. I thanked him two times the first morning he ignored me. The next day I said it louder and he did the same thing though he talked to others. I dont know why but it kind of bugged me. I never had a bad experience when coming to this location in the mornings. The staff is friendly, welcoming and offer great quick service. In the mornings, it is very rare they have long lines, only when there is an event at the Angel Stadium. That is when they have long wait time to order.

Note: this is not a corporate Starbucks location and do not accept mobile ordering or paying. The case with the food options had multiple items with visible mold growing on them. They messed up our order and didn’t give us our hot food initially. My wife got a bag of popcorn It had a dead fly in it. Even the cream in my cold brew coffee curdled. We walked a mile out of our way the next day to not experience that again. The staff did not seem to care either.

Their was a very rude Barista who looked bothered because her Manger asked her to help us, she was on her phone she didnt even greet us or even say someone e will be with you. Ordered sweet cream vanilla cold brew, my usual drink. I know what its supposed to taste like but it tasted exactly like regular iced coffee. Its your average, good service, and pretty friendly Starbucks location. Its close to a lot of things in Anaheim - Honda Center, Angels Stadium, Disneyland... So, it can get pretty busy. But they are quick and know how to take your order and get drinks out in a timely manner without compromising your food and beverages.The only downside... the inside of the store is quite small. Theres barely any room to stand and wait for your drink. Its kind of awkward, because the only real place to stand is by the condiment stand and on the path to the restrooms. Oh, and itd be even more awesome if it was drive-thru!

Love to walk into a Starbucks and not have my coffee order taken because the two females are complaining about a customer they do not want back. They feel they should 86 anyone they want like a bar would blacklist a drunk trouble maker. This is the only Starbucks I have been to that does not like a majority of their customers. Its where they come to work so they can run the mouth talking all day about the personal life and home life, but not work. Different attitude in this non customer friendly store than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. Here is a little of what is being said while I am writing this. O.M.G. there is this little restaurant that I like to go to, Yada, Yada, Yada. The whole time there is a long line waiting to order coffee. If you are paid to go to work and serve coffee, learn to do your job. No one wants to listen to your personal life all day. Better Starbucks on Katella just up the street.

My favorite charging spot in the area. Very clean, and always hopping with activity. The employees on all four corners of state college blvd and katella, are always on their toes. A very highly active intersection as this one is the hub of this city of entertainment.

I found myself here when the traffic ahead of me wouldnt let me get to work on time, so I had to reroute myself to the nearest temporary office. Upon entry to the parking lot, there are numerous signs cautioning 30 minute parking only, but I do believe that is only enforced during Edison Field events. Plenty of parking otherwise.A loud speaker plays overhead outside so its not the greatest for peace, but most Starbucks do that anyway.-=-Coffee-=- No, I aint rating the coffee, its Starbucks, but it wasnt burnt.....so thats gooood.-=-Seating-=- Indoors is 6 small twosies tables, only 1 of which is convenient to a power plug. There is a small communal table, but 2 people would easily conquer that whole thing. Anymore and you are probably just one large group. Theres a couple iron twosies outside which is where I found myself. Its not comfortable anywhere here, but itll do.Frescas Mexican food, PANDA EXPRESS, Togos, Baskin Robbins, and Carls Jr adjacent.
