I really like this location because of the comfortable leather chairs. Its a great vibe inside, with other folks reading books & working quietly. Great food & drinks, and friendly service.

My favorite drink was the Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso, and its been a struggle to get the same taste by modding a regular SE ever since they discontinued it ):But not today!!! Mega props to Jenna(?) and whoever answered the phone for making it taste so good today! 😋🩷 The staff have been so friendly with each visit!

The cashier took my order but not my name. Everyones name was being called. My food was waiting on the counter because my name was not on it. People were not friendly. I will not go there again. This happened at the Wallnut Creek store, next to the Safeway.

Awful customer service. The manager was more willing to defend her employees short coming than to investigate why she never announced that my drink was ready. She had me wait over 10 minutes for my drink when it was already made. Horrible customer service! Im never gonna step foot in this place again.

Went to this store based on the drive thru. The speed of ordering to hand was quicker than expected. Had bad experience before which was due to new employee training and getting order wrong...Hours have changed as well. Overall visit was excellent, today.

Not impressed with this location. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t remember you (I have literally gone every day for 2 months, and see the same 4 women on rotation). None of them ever ask how I am, or even acknowledge that I am a regular customer, paying 7 dollars for a latte, every day. And the one time I accidentally ordered through the app while approaching the drive through window (I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed), the girl was very rude when telling me next time to not do that. I come to their store every day-I expected better customer service from these ladies. A little appreciation goes a long way. They clearly don’t need my business. I will not be returning-fortunately there is another Starbucks the same distance from my house-I will be going there from now on.

I am very disappointed at this Starbucks location and sad l will never order again at this specific location due to the rude barista l had. I order online pretty much every day and l don’t mind waiting sometime because things happen. But literally this day was bad l ordered online and when l got there my coffee wasn’t ready so l waited a bit then asked barista and this is exactly what she reply to me “ you are going to have to wait for your order because am pack and we have people training “ she had an attitude and was really rude answering back. Again l don’t mind waiting sometimes but the way she talked to me was what really made me mad. I always order coffee but l will never order at this location since they can’t treat people with respect.

Service isnt great, food is sometime flat, not appealing, and the quality of the baristas are under par. I was a coffee shop owner and barista trainer. Its getting more and more common that baristas are just automatic coffee machine operators, but this location repeatedly has issues with quality. The location inside is loud and cramped as well. Not my favourite location but not so bad that I dont go.

Cream cheese. Utensils. Napkins. EtcWhen this opened, there were some consistent staff members, and things were better. Now almost every week it seems like there are new faces and things have gone down hill.

Like most other people I go to quite a few Starbucks. We usually go here late afternoon after my daughters physical therapy. I wanted to pass along a quick review that the staff here always makes my day. They laugh and participate and always end up causing me to grin by the end of the transaction. Its great in these times to see people care about a job and provide great, interactive customer service. Keep up the good work Rossmoor afternoon crew!

The wifi connection here is the slowest Ive ever experienced at a Starbucks. My advice is to mobile order even if youre staying there. Ordering in-person with certain staff can be challenging.

I’ve been to this Starbucks numerous times and have been disappointed at how messy it is. Each time I have been here there was a mess on the counter by the napkin and straw station as well as trash and spilled coffee on the floor. There was also a mess the counter where you can sit. It doesnt seem that there is any effort to keep the place clean.

Patti is the rudest person Ive ever come across at any restaurant Ive ever been to. I work in food service, so I know what its like and I have empathy for food workers. That aside, Patti is consistently rude to customers. When I asked her for a modification on a drink, she said, Youll drink it how I make it.

They need to improve on process of distributing mobile orders. You can see mobile order for 5-10 minutes before someone comes up to distribute them. Employees are very busy and Starbucks needs to refine process of distributing the mobile orders in a reasonable amount of time.
