I stopped by Starbucks at Quail Hill shopping center this morning for a business meeting. Location is fantastic, with a great outdoor sitting area that’s perfect for meetings. There’s plenty of room inside as well, In case you want to catch up on work. The staff were friendly, and the coffee was, as always top notch. I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area, looking for a cozy and welcoming spot.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The supervisor, Charls, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He dismissed my concerns with a condescending attitude and seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of customer service.To make matters worse, I noticed a disturbing pattern of behavior that seemed quite discriminatory. Charls allowed certain people to bring their dogs in without saying a word, but as soon as others, myself included, came in with a dog, he became hostile and confrontational. This inconsistency and apparent bias are unacceptable.I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, but this one was by far the worst due to Charls behavior. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of respect and care for customers. I won’t be returning to this location.

This was a quick in quick out. I went in for a wrongly ask for drink called a medium mocha frappe. They didnt laugh at me, and she didnt make me feel bad for not ordering correctly. What she did was smile slightly, look me right in the eye, and said, (the correct name of the drink that I wanted).I looked around the shop while I was waiting for them to prepare my drink. Did not actually realize that you can get everything from all kinds of coffee from all over the world, coffee makers and coffee mugs, or t-shirts and sandwiches. Starbucks is quiet a place to visit. There always seems to be plenty of people doing important things sitting and enjoying theyre special drinks. One of these days Ill figure out what the stars are all about. I was told I have 50, but I have no idea what that means.Next time youre in the area, stop and take a look and buy your special drink.If you liked my review, please LIKE below and if you get a chance please RATE me. This particular location is hit or miss.The staff is nice, but maybe too nice. Chatting with coworkers when people are trying to ask for straws (that sort of thing)They make some of my drinks really foamy and sometimes I feel ripped off by the fill amount.And sometimes its great 😃👍Just depends

Regular coffee from Starbucks is better than a gas station cup of coffee. And its cheaper.

This cozy, neighborhood Starbucks has seating in doors and out. At times, its hard to find a table or any seat. The staff here is always kind and competent. Bring your dog if you want to chill outside. Theres a donut shop next door.

This is the worst experience I ever have with Starbucks.I was yelled by some lady because they mixed up with my order and I asked them to make it again.She kept arguing with me and showing her temper!But I didn’t need it! I need my order to made correctly!!!!!!!You don’t listen your customers and then just yelling at them. Is that ok?As a result they mixed up second time with my order, so i just wasted my money and my time

The staff here are great, but a few weeks ago this store disabled the “order ahead” feature. As I understand some stores have done this because they say it’s detracting from the experience for in store customers. I hope the owner/manager sees this review and recognizes a simple fact: the vast majority of people do not go to Starbucks for the “in store experience.” They go for the same reason they go to McDonalds: it’s convenient and fast. Without being able to order ahead, this store no longer provides that speedy convenience.
