I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year, visiting twice daily. Unfortunately, my experiences have left me disappointed with the level of customer service.My husband and I consistently felt unwelcomed, as the employees never greeted us and seemed to view our requests as inconveniences. This lack of friendliness coupled with the noticeable sense of clique among the staff made the environment very uncomfortable for us.The consistent attitude, and negative looks from the staff have made our visits less enjoyable. We hope that the management can address these concerns promptly.I highly recommend exploring other options to ensure a more positive coffee shop experience.

Lots of outdoor seating for California weather. Same area as 24 fitness, so good for a drink or bite after workout.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I’ve been a regular at this location for the past year. I literally go every single day. & I get the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here. It’s hostile and a rude atmosphere from 2 girls that work there. I also found spit in my coffee today and this is where I draw the line & I will be working to take legal action against this establishment.

Overpriced $5 for a bagel. Took them over 5 mins to make it. While their employees are changing trash bags.

I am a long term customer of the shop. I would order a tall size SC Cold form Cold brew every time. I was sitting in a table replying some tedious email and I heard my name being called. The lady Barista just gave me a free drink of my favourite. I have been thankful for how kind the people are around me in this special holiday season. Happy Holidays!

I got there before 9am on a Saturday morning and only ordered two cups of coffee with two shots of espresso in each. A bunch of people started coming in after me and were getting their orders in 1-2 minutes. Fifteen minutes later and still nothing! I had to ask what the deal was and she poured both orders in front of me in 30 seconds… I was literally sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes and none of the staff took the initiative to ask me if I’d gotten my order yet. Ridiculous.

Cashier sitting on a chair, didnt think to ask if I needed a bag for the 6 items I purchased in addition to 2 venti Americanos? Ok...? So I ask for a bag & instead of putting my purchases inside one for me.. she just hands me a closed one to do it instead myself? Ok...? So as soon as I place one item, she asks me to respond to the cc terminal? Ok..? Hold on dear, Im busy doing your job. Then I get my Americanos, clearly Im not staying to drink 2, no one thinks to ask if I need stoppers? Idk, I feel like 99% of the time Starbucks has it right. This place is not even close. Management should be on top of making sure that standards are consistent with Starbucks brand as a whole. Just saying. Common sense, Common courtesy.

This Starbucks is very well managed and staffed with friendly folks who take a genuine interest in their customers. One morning I was running late and my mobile order did not go through. The manager remembered me later in the day when I went in and sorted me right out. Then about a week later a partner who works the early am shift also remembered me and apologized and gave me a coupon. It made my day she remembered after a week

I had AMAZING experience in this Starbucks. The lady barista gave some treat to my son because my son was too excited to be there.It was really helpful during my order was ready because I have a another baby with us.Google map says they have Drive-Thule but they do NOT have the one.
