The manager Marcella and her team are crushing it. I am a regular here at this location and choose this locate over others due to the customer service and that I’m less likely to have any issues with my order here compared to many other Starbucks. Whether going through the drive through or walking in, the staff is quick, accurate, friendly and the facility is well maintained. Definitely have seen a change here while Marcella has been running the show.

This is pretty much my fave Starbucks to visit. Theyre always friendly & welcoming. I dont know her name but she has come to recognize me when I come in. In fact, on this visit, she not only warmly greeted me, but instead of me getting in line to order my customary water with ice, she went ahead and got it and brought it out to me where I was setting up my computer. I really wish I knew her name so I could give her credit for great customer service.

I have visited this location many times. But todays event really rubbed me the wrong way. I was going through the Drive Thru around 7:30 a.m. this morning. I ordered a grande size drink. Once pulling up to the window, I paid and waited for my usual. The cashier asked me if I ordered Tall or Grande which I replied as Grande. Once receiving my drink, I immediately noticed that the cup was lighter than usual which prompted me to open the lid. The drink was not filled to the rim nor was anywhere close to it. I asked the cashier if the drink is to have this much space from the rim. She took the drink back and then admitted that the batista made the drink thinking it was Tall size which rubbed me wrong even further. To be honest, Im not even upset about the sizing error. What annoys me is that the barista gave me a Tall size drink in a Grande size cup knowingly- and thinking I would not notice. The morale is what upsets me to be honest. Please do better Starbucks.

All employees were nice but Giselle stood out to me. Her kindness and hardship showed in the few minutes we had our encounter at the window. Our conversation was effortless.The drink was super yummy and I can tell she knows how to do her job right.

Ive just moved here recently, and I really enjoy this Starbucks. The staff is incredibly friendly and you can tell theyre not just here to do their job. The atmosphere and vibes that some of the staff members give off really do liven the place. The staff would smile amongst each other, welcome anyone who walked in with a warm welcome, and even the small conversations with customers are done in a warm, friendly manner.The staff here are really accommodating too. Im mute, so I use a text to speech app to order. There were a few times when my app lagged as I got to the counter, but despite the brief moments of silence, the cashier waited patiently.I really appreciate this kind of friendly staff since Ive encountered some staff members who would grow impatient or even retort back. It had made me never visit certain locations again out of fear of experiencing the same thing again.So to the staff in this Starbucks Location (especially Conrad [? Im not sure if this is his name since I couldnt see a name tag from where I sat, but taller male, wears glasses, light brown hair ?] and another male staff who wears a white cap backwards, and the staff who worked on 8/25/2022 at around 9am), thank you so much for being such lovely people!

This is the fastest, most efficient Starbucks ever! Whenever I come here they are so quick and friendly even with long lines. Truly the best Starbucks I’ve been to, I’m so glad they’re in my route to work

The best Starbucks in the area, all the tables have charging points and the seating layout is amazing. All the Baristas are super friendly and helpful. I accidentally placed an order at another starbucks and they still made me a coffee without me having to pay again. How cool is that? Thank you!

This Starbucks location is very unorganized. I have placed orders through the mobile app previously, and it has never been a pleasant visit. I walk in they don’t even say good morning, there is missing orders, and they do not prioritize an unhappy customer! If I could, I would give zero stars, do not come to this location!!!

I go out of my way to get to THIS Starbucks. Mgmt has a fast accurate and friendly morning team. So important for us commuters going to work. One note to other Starbucks- flat white does not have a whopping foam top.

Please don’t ask for a tip. Such low class. If i choose to tip i will, but don’t ask me, especially through the drive thru. Ask the company to pay you more, seems they can afford it. But, i also no longer have to go there either. I’ve deleted my SB app. I’m sure it won’t make a dent.

Ordered pick upOrder and received it through the drive thru. The person who took my order was very rude. It was mostly women. All of them I interacted were rude. The young woman who gave me my drink didn’t even say anything, or look me in the eyes. Felt like I was speaking to a robot. Just super weird. I’ve never had baristas be rude at Starbucks before. Seems like your workers are sad and depressed. Pay them more please.

This location is always fast and friendly, I have another location closer to me but choose to go here because they are the best. The manager is always sweet and her staff always goes above and beyond. Makes my day every time!To the person who commented about showing the manager and other employees how to be a business owner...might want to revisit your own skills since the non-Starbucks people were still smoking behind the nail salon business just today (which is also next to the drive thru sign), not sure how/why youd expect Starbucks to intervene, clearly not their problem.

I only have 2 Starbucks that I go to and this is one of them for so many reasons. The staff here is dope! My coffee is made how I love it, I don’t stand around waiting for my mobile order it’s ready when I walk in and they be playing the MF jams!!! Great Customer Service is always #1 for me and this store is so inviting. Thank ya’ll for literally providing a dope ambiance to walk into.

My experience was amazing!i recently went in to correct a drink i ordered at a different location, at first the male cashier asked me what exactly it was that i expected from my drink and he suggested of ways it could be fixed. It was my first time ordering this tea...but i did not taste like something Starbucks would sell.while he was giving me an explanation of the tea, a female barista quickly made the drink for me to sample (without me even having to ask!) . Right away she made me a completely new drink. She definitely has great customer service!!

Love this Starbucks - been going here for years but haven’t recently with the new Starbucks that opened slightly closer to me (gotta get back to it). Such nice staff, they really get to know their customers to the point that they can recognize you and already know your order. Can’t recommend them enough! The lady that took my order was trying to tell me they would have to charge me for more milk if i got light ice and was telling me the drink was made of 75% of ice i told her thats fine, charge me for the extra milk. Knowing how Starbucks charges and works. She finished taking my order and i proceed through the drive thru as a nice, kind man who greets me at the window charges me. He hands me the drink and the drink had very much room!!! If we are telling to fill the rest of the room with milk and to just charge me for it and we receive it with plenty of room still in the cup what was the charge for? Literally a little splash of milk??! Ridiculous location I have EVER been too. Kind man was just a plus👍🏽

I normally dont write bad reviews, but after having my order wrong 3 separate times within a week I am absolutely dissatisfied. I dont know if its just the drive through that makes the mistakes because I have never been inside.Dont get me wrong the staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly, but messing up 3 different times within a few days is kind of ridiculous. I dont order anything crazy, plain Americano with 3 extras.Please pay more attention.

And it is the same mistake employees make at several locations.My passion behind my response is that the guys mistake is a symptom of a much larger problem. He even asked are you sure? Maybe its the soy? Lolol. Nah bruh I ordered this drink a thousand times. And its sweet. When an employee forgets something thats one thing. When they add something thats not there it means another. Ask a linguist or business psychologist and educate yourselves.. Go down the rabbit hole and learn, this happens when a corporation gets too big to not be able to solve simple issues. This Schultz guys greed has trickled down into the poisoning mindset of low level managers and supervisors and is prevelant in most major corporations. There is a breaking point where they eventually must do harm to their employees and customers to grow. Just another reminder for me to boycott starbucks again. I have devoted my life to small business and taking market share from all of the top slave corporations.Old comment: I solved the managers problem with people smoking next to drive thru sign for her. She gave me the corporate answer, that she cant do anything about the smokers next to drive thru sign. The conversation I had with the neighboring business only took a few minutes. I know corporate retail chains dont have the company culture to solve small nuisances like this, but I thought Id like to show the manager and other employees how and what to do if they ever become a business owner. Starbucks (Fairfield Location) Parking is tough here. The staff is great. My drinks come out nice and hot. They have a great selection of food. I dont think its the best location. But it is a good place for a quick coffee break.

If you want your order screwed up go to this Starbucks. The snarky employees use excuses like we are human when they repeatedly short-pour your $6.00 coffee, make the wrong drink or forget to add the shots.Always nice when the customer has to return when they discover their drink is wrong only to hear insolent comments from the employees.I recommend going to the other Starbucks on Soquel. They do it correctly every time at Soquel unlike the entitled beginners at Central & Fairfield.

The barista who assisted me name was Patricia. I didnt get her last name but she was of darker complexion. She was amazing! She embodies customer service. Not only did she make my time at your location an enjoyable one she made me fill like family. I will be returning to this location again just to have great service provided to me in the manner in which she provided. She is a great representation of your company values. I am rating this starbucks 5 stars because of her customer service and the fact that my order was made correct and tasted amazing.

Very poor service. I went through the drive thru and kept saying “hello” and no one responded. I went to go inside and the two girls working completely ignored me and acting like I was not there. If they were closed they should have the decency to put a cone or something blocking the driveway because I was not the only car that went through the drive thru. I also tried to call them twinge and no answer. Very poor customer service and no sense of communication.

Its not ok nor sanitized to allow a dog to lick all over the hands that youre currently using to prepare food and drinks, in the drive-thru.... REALLY!! Especially me, since Im deathly allergic to dogs/cats... Even if I werent, that was extremely inappropriate and flat out wrong. Someone shouldve said, Sorry can you remove the dog from the drive-thru window, Im serving FOOD AND DRINKS, Thank You. That dog could have worms, fleas, just licked his butt after going poop or eats poop... This was very poor judgement and wasnt a good look at all.
