The food and service were awesome today, as always; but I miss the nice jazz and soft music all their cafes use to have. Nowadays its very loud rock and roll. What happened to the relaxing ambience Starbucks used to have?

Welcome to your local Starbucks. A very large open spaced area. Filled with students in the afternoon. With a large center table and smaller 2 people tables along the windows.This is a great place for students to hang out and study together.Outside seating with 6 tables, night light, and railing to distinguish the borders.With the sign of the times, they are keeping up with health concerns, wiping tables every 30 minutes, and they are installing hand sanitizer units soon.Cons:Not enough electrical outlets, only the center main table and one table in front of the drive through line has an electrical outlet.When sitting outside you are bombarded with noise from the drive through. Should have made a sound wall, to quit the annoying sounds from the drive-thru

This Starbucks is 30 cents more expensive than other local Starbucks I visit regularly. The guy at the register told me, it must be the size, but when I showed him the receipt from a different store, same drink different price, he simply said I dont know!

I have been to many Starbucks but this one had amazing costumer service. I ordered 4 drinks and they came super fast. I was waiting for a friend to get her coffee and the worker checked on me twice while I was waiting. He was super nice and wanted to make sure i was ok. If you are going to a Starbucks this location was a great choice.

I just left this Starbucks about 7 minutes ago. I was in the car with someone else who was driving, I was ordering in the intercom speaking quite loudly yet the lady working there told me to speak up and I was too quiet. Instead, I had the other person in the car with me, speak word by word my order. I asked for a cake pop and the lady at Starbucks said “okay… and what flavor”, I said a birthday cake pop please. She whispered okay birthday cake pop, your total comes out to $9.80. I came up to the window, got the drink and sandwich I ordered and said I’m still waiting for the birthday cake pop and she laughed and said oh sorry yea I didn’t get that in the order. It’s not like she didn’t hear me about the cake pop… she literally asked what flavor I wanted. There was a whole line of people behind me so I didn’t want to have them all wait for me but super annoying… not my favorite Starbucks for sure. I wish people were just a little bit more polite here…

Pleasant order taker. Was super busy in drive-thru (not their fault as people constantly pulling up and cars 7+ deep). I found them quick and pleasant and under the circumstances efficient. My drink was correct and I dont know why but tasted extra good on this trip.

There is no electric outlets for charging your computer in this place. All the ones they previously had are covered in plastic and you are not allowed to use them. What is the point of coming to Starbucks where you can’t work since you can’t charge your computer.

Recently I went to Starbucks just to get something cold to drink and I wanted a green tea frappuccino type drink and one of the best drinks I have ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly even during this covid time. I highly recommend just treating yourself to something good.

They werent very friendly. We ordered 2 Mocha Frappuccinos and a Vanilla Bean and it tasted like it was watered down so we took them back and they replaced them, but there was no Hey Im sorry! We will never go back to that one again!!!! They seemed to snooty!!!

I sat in a long line of cars for about 45 minutes. People should only order for those people in their cars not 20 drinks for a company. Company orders should be done online and picked up. Way to long to sit in a drive thru for any fast service.

I cant not describe how great the staff is at this location. I have another Starbucks just around the corner from my house that I can go before going to my office but no one can match the level of service I get, specially from Dianne and the future store managers Stephanie and Elizabeth. At least I see them that way.

One of the best Starbucks in town. I go almost very morning and even if there is a line, I dont mind the wait since it goes by pretty quick. The morning staff is extremely nice which makes my morning coffee experience even better!

Gentleman at the register noticably pointed out another employees mistake. When I was up to order I greeted the employee, but didnt receive any eye contact or positive attitude. I asked for a recommendation and it seemed he unwillingly served me a Pike. Must have been the energy before speaking to me(oh well). Nice and quiet place to get work done, but only two outlets available. Bring an extension cord.

Anisha gave me excellent customer service and went over and above to make sure I left a happy customer. I ordered a pike coffee in the drive through with drizzled caramel, but did not taste much of the caramel. I decided to park my car and wait outside for an employee to help my situation assuming that it would be a burden for them to help me. I told Anisha that I didnt taste the caramel and without hesitation, she came up with solutions and suggested I try one pump of caramel to sweeten it up. She smiled and said shell be right back with my coffee. She made me a new coffee that was the best pike Ive ever had! Anishas customer service was excellent,so I want Bakersfield and her management to know how accommodating, friendly and pleasant my experience was with her. I give her a 10/10 and let my friends know that Anisha really went over and above for me! Well done!

This Starbucks store is staffed by friendly, polite baristas. Efficient and cheerful. The location, restrooms included, is always spotless. It has ample seating inside and some tables outside as well as a very fast WiFi router. There are numerous AC outlets for customers to use and the interior is kept cool. It is frequented by clean, quiet patrons, often students who go there to actually study. My wife and me consider it our Starbucks when we visit Bakersfield.Highly recommended!

I love Starbucks, but the seating set up is terrible. Tiny tables for two on the side, one ugly bar with the view of the drive-thru, and a giant interview table in the center. Oh, and no electrical outlets.

Starbucks just lost a customer and I’ll be going to sully’s for now on all I want is coffee and milk it shouldn’t cost 3.55 it’s usually only 2.15 for a small coffee with milkAt sully I can get a large coffee and milk 1.07I know the barista thinks she’s right but sorry the customer is always right even when they’re wrong this barista doesn’t own Starbucks and she’s not saving them money offending people and over charging them on coffee and milk

This Starbucks is kind of hidden. Parking is limited so you have to park usually a few yards away if youre out of luck. Good customer services. I usually order cafe americano. Clean place.

My favorite starbucks in town to go to staff is always friendly my drinks are always made right and tasty here only downfall is that they do get really busy I would suggest parking outside the Starbucks parking if youre in a rush you will get boxed in from the drive thru line being backed up

I went there for deaf event. I do not tend to go there for daily drinks. I see humble active workers serve customers so quickly. They attend events which host start in this starbucks on stockdale Bakersfield CA. Starbucks workers on stockdale Bakersfield CA, which cross with coffee road, help hosts to start events in Starbucks which workers appreciate. Workers love events which different organizations/clubs host in Starbucks. Special workers on stockdale Bakersfield CA cross with Coffee Road. So funny when starbucks near COFFEE road for example STARBUCKS road. Funny.
