Just tried the chicken maple egg sandwich and I was a little skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely friendly, coffee is freshly brewed when you order it. Really great experience

Cool Starbucks location, the staff is welcoming and friendly. Tried cafe misto here, service was quick and the coffee tasted great. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. There’s also a drive thru, would come again.

Very bad service, employees dont seem to happy with their job. They couldn’t do my drink exactly how i asked for and the girl who was at the window gave me a really bad nasty attitude! This is by far my worst experience at this particular establishment! Never again will i stop here.

Last time I try and come here for business. They seem to never follow the hours of operation posted. I’ve stopped here numerous times and they’re not open. Today they should be open till 6pm and I came in at 2pm and the lady at the door wouldn’t let me in and literally shooed me away with her hand and said closed and faced her back to us. Last time it was a few hours before close time and they closed off their drive thru and were also closed inside. It’s now over 4 instances and I’m over wasting my time with this place so I thought I’d leave a review to hopefully help others not waste theirs.

So incredibly friendly with an awesome sense of humor even early in the morning when most of us would just be grouchy because we haven’t had our coffee yet. This location states its open at 4:30 am, three daysin a row trying to get coffee at 4:45-5:00 and no luck. I can see people in there going in circles like they just showed up, one person looked like they still had their purse on almost as if they just showed up and this was at 4:50. This is a coffee shop, if you open at 4:30 am maybe getting there before 4:30 might be a good idea.

Great location, employees are always friendly. But, my biggest issue is their hours of operation. From what Ive been told, they need more employees to help . There are MANY times where the drive-thru isnt open, if Im lucky, they will just close the drive-thru window super early. Am new to this as a Starbucks Customer. But I have to say the girls try very hard to welcome you in. They get extremely busy at times but they still take the time to welcome you in. Sometimes they get back up and you have a little longer of a wait. But you as a customer should try to understand. They make sure your taken care of the best they can and if you have a question the manager is there to listen and take care of your problems. So just try to understand when you walk in. They are trying to handle the drive thru and inside and get both out in a timely manner. So for a small coffee shop they are doing a great job.Thank you,Sincerely,Mike

Every time I go to this location which admittedly has been seldom since Covid, its closed. Their hours are constantly changing. Today it was just 3:10 pm when I drove up. Drive up already closed. No closed sign on door so parked and walked in. Nope, door locked and none of staff even looked up when tried to open the door. Two other people who knew it closed at 3:30 walked up, but apparently 3:30 is not when they close, but when they expect to be gone. This has happened enough times since Covid that I just quit trying and this is my closest location. This store and its employees seem to have lost heart.Might as well close it if you cant offer full day services.

So I am writing a one star review and the review was at the drive in window. Its pretty understandable how rude the staff must be. We dont usually go to Starbucks. Since it was an early morning travel we visited the place for some quick breakfast. We stood at the order window for around 3-4 mins looking at the menu and deciding what we want but no one took our order. We thought may be we need to order at the same window where we pay. The last standing there was so so rude. She told us we are not supposed to order here. After a little argument she gave us our order saying its the last time she is doing that. Looks like customer delight is just a word we study in management books these days. If the case was other way around they expect the customer to co operate and wait longer hours in line but if its an honest mistake its so hard to make an exception for a stale butter croissant. It really was stale. They are probably not even keeping the track of how long the food items have been on the shelf as well.

The afternoon at this location is NOT the friendly. I understand that they were somewhat busy, but they did not stop and ask if I had a mobile order or not. They preceed of making drinks and put about 4 drinks and still hadnt asked if I had a mobile order. No wonder I give the morning crew a better tip than the afternoon crew at this location. At this location, the afternoon crew just seemed out of it while making coffee. I get it they were somewhat busy, but not stopping for a quick minute to see if a customer had a Mobile order. The people that helped us were AWESOME! Had a difficult order, but they took it with ease and positive spirit. They were fantastic!! The manager that night though, cant say the same. I took my mask off to sip a drink and was SNAPPED at to leave my mask on indoors. Definitely could have been handled better, especially since there was NO sign stating to leave mask on inside. But being the American I am, I will still give 5 stars for the wonderful service I received from those who helped me. :)

What a lovely visit I had today. The wait was long and loud. When I politely and quietly asked when I might expect my drink, which had allegedly somehow never actually been transmitted three feet away from the register to their printer, I was in the wrong for not making myself a nuisance sooner and I should have known better. This staff member actually blamed me for sitting quietly and patiently for my drink for over an hour during the holiday rush.She then told me to never wait in their stores again. When I, again quietly, responded that I would not as I did not plan to walk into this location and order directly again, I was loudly told that they’re all working very hard, that it’s Christmas and they can’t be with their families. I further responded, still calmly and quietly that I had not said anyone was doing a bad job and did not complain at all, this woman tried to further embarrass me by telling me that I was being rude. Because I did not want to wait in such a loud and crowded location again. My god, what a terrible person I must be.So if you are a patient, polite, quiet individual, you are automatically in the wrong and I strongly suggest you find a different place to get your coffee. Like Peet’s over on Dublin or a nice independent coffee shop where you won’t be verbally abused and told you’re rude when you don’t complain and just want to know where your drink is.

Wow. I go to a lot of Starbucks. This could be the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited over 5 minutes for my coffee at 9 pm with no one ahead of me in line, 5 employees behind the counter (not kidding), one mobile order ahead of me (who also had to wait once he came in and then ask them to fix his coffee). This location seems to be lacking proper management.

This location is right off of a freeway that sees a lot of people, and a lot of commute traffic, I expect its busy most of the time.Ive only used the drive-in for this place in the last few years so I cant speak much to the service inside. As for the drive-in its a Starbucks, the drive loops around the outside of the buildings so you dont feel you are in the way but when the place gets busy it the window really seems to suffer, it could be the inside is just as bad and its the crowds so Im not marking them down much for that.The drinks are consistent, which is more than I can say for other locations.

Personally, I have never been treated so rude at a Starbucks before. As I was trying to pull up my eGiftcard the worker told us in a rude voice guys hurry up I have things to do. There wasnt even anyone at the drive thru or in line behind us. I was horrified. We love Claire that works at this location! Shes always friendly and greets us by name when we come in! We tend to come in the evenings and love when shes there. We wish she worked all closing shifts. Franklin is great too! Debbie usually works the late shift and leaves a lot to be desired. A simple smile and friendly greeting goes a long way to calming customers about the long wait times and user error register issues.

This is a cozy place across the 508 from the Costco. In addition to a spacious interior for seating they have a nice outdoor area where it would be nice to sit on a warm day. Bathrooms were clean.

Do you have between 15 and 30 minutes to spend in a drive thru? If your answer is yes, this is the place for you, it has happened to me more than once, doesnt matter if there isone or many vehicles, maybe too many customers, maybe too few employees, but it happens way too often.The only reason I still go there is because is on the side of the freeway, but most times, I just avoid it, and not even an I am sorry it took so long, or anything like that, it seems like they think they are doing you a favor.

The baristas work hard here as this location is pretty much always busy (particularly as they have the drive thru and are right off the freeway). They appear to be back open for walk in orders as well as the continued mobile order pick up via walk in or drive thru. I think what might be helpful is some plexi glass or a sign (maybe I missed it?) near the mobile orders as I made the mistake today of reaching to get mine myself when the baristas (kindly) let me know they do it now (which makes total sense given COVID). I love driving through this particular Starbucks even though I live forty miles away on the Peninsula. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. I only rated them four stars because of the line wait yesterday. There was one staff member that was kind of gruff with me the couple of times I went inside to avoid idling my car in line. But she warmed up to me eventually. The only rub I got the wrong way yesterday was from the drive through barista, who asked me after i placed my order, is that all? Then when he handed me my coffee, it splooshed all over my hand. But that was a gaffe and Im not going to sound any more OCD critical than I have to be. Overall, the staff is extremely friendly and has seemed to get better over the last year.

Most Starbucks gives you spoon with oatmeal automatically. It should come with purchase of a hot cereal. The staff could also ask if a spoon is needed. You have to ask. Dont forget, especially with hot oatmeal.

Been here many times as it closes late in comparison to other nearby Starbucks and everytime its the same, young kids who give you watery coffee. Had to wait for almost 15 minutes at the DT when it was my turn they upgraded my drink to a Venti and gave it for free plus a free card on next visit. I think they did that for almost every who waited for more than 10 minutes in the line. Just by sacrifising how much cost it will impact their profit, they still made sure their customers are satisfied. Needs improvement with the staffing tho.

We mobile ordered because it was raining. When the app said it was ready we went it, it wasnt there. There was only 1 girl working so i went to the register as i could hear 2 women talking in the back. One came out told her the app said it was ready and she said that maybe i put in the wrong store because my order didnt come thru. If I could give this store a -100 star review I would. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD!!! We went through the drive through ordered a green coffee and as my husband pulled out THE LID WAS NOT PUT ON SECURELY AND SPILLED ALL OVER MY PURSE AND BURNED MY HANDS. Luckily no blisters. Im not a starbucks guy at all. But joined a buddy who goes here often. I line the three soft corner chairs. They allow me to work comfy having a laptop on my lap which has been one of my biggest problems in life. But These starbucks I like. A great starbucks location right off the Freeway it is not your typical location it features a very large communal table a bunch of leather easy chairs and its own mini bookstore where you can buy hardbacks for a buck only thing missing is a fireplace!
