I ordered a mocha frap with a shot of expresso. It tasted nothing like a mocha frap, it literally tasted like pure dirt it was so bad I had to toss it out. I normally order from here because I work at the mall but this is def the last time I come here

People are very nice here. I just don’t like paying for a venti and getting less than a grande by filling the cup over the top with ice. Did not notice right away until after I left.

This is an atrocious example of Starbucks - it has continually and repetitively gotten every, single, order, completely wrong. Add the ridiculous wait times and extreme understaffing and every time you will just ask yourself, why? - Avoid like the plague. Zero Stars.

Long wait. We waited over 10 minutes for a cup of water, with only 3 drinks in line before us, and saw people behind us get their drinks faster. After close to 15 minutes of waiting, we asked if our other drinks made it to the queue (as this has never happened to me, and I thought maybe that would explain what was going on here) and the barista nodded bluntly and walked away. She returned shortly, made our drink, and roughly slammed it on the counter and called it out, in the most monotone, bored, annoyed voice I have ever heard from someone whose job is serving others. She made my mother-in-laws and my drinks wrong, on top of it all. The woman at the front who took our order, however, was very nice and friendly. But the ridiculous wait time in proportion to the amount of orders in front of us, topped off with the rude demeanor of the barista, soured me more on this Starbucks than the bitter taste of my drink.

This Team is great have been coming here since they open I work in the mall I literally spent $50-$75 dollars weekly, love there customer service .Also Tory is a doll so nice, friendly and full of energy .

So I’m a little annoyed at this point I asked for an iced drink I get hot I asked for a certain bread and got something different, I swear I’m not one to complain but it’s the third time it happens and I don’t like to tell them other wise so I just keep it the way it is but at some point I guess you have to speak up but I just don’t want to be that person
