This Starbucks location serves coffee just as you expect with ample space inside to enjoy your drink.Plenty of chairs but very few comfortable leather seats that you would typically find at these cafes.At the time of our visit it was a bit busy. Service speed was a bit below what you would expect at Starbucks. Drive-thru ordering available.Clean restrooms. Books are available to read thanks to real nice Little Free Library in the dining area.

Dont go to their store if it was 8pm especially if you are an asian. I was told by police man they called only because I dont accept drive through service. The store has totally closed on 8pm even the opening time is 9pm post on the wall. Good job to tell lies to customers by the posts. The Caucasian with black glasses is so mean and very bad attitude. Is that your Starbucks cultures and proud? Shame on you.He was not trying help the customers ant all, what he good at is only make updating and intensifying conflicts worse and worse. He didnt care company and store reputation at all. Actually he is much taller than me and there were three more staffs in the store. They locked the door 1 hour earlier and refused me walk in ordering. Because I keep knocking the door they call police. I am alone there female. What he did on me really scare me.

This is the best coffee place ever! I got the Salted Carmel Mocha Frappuccino and it was delicious! This is my favourite spot to chill and study and they even have outlets under the table! Definitely a must go!

Ordered a drink via app.google hrs dont reflect store hours.arriving 10mins before your posted store hours your doors are locked.i have a hard time understanding why the doors were locked and your employee instead of walked over to the door, decided to sign language me to go through the drive-thru.really not the best way to interact with customers.do better.

I came here for my birthday Matcha Frappe last month, got 2 cake pops for my kids and the wonderful lady added a birthday cake pop for me for free! She was so nice and wished me a Happy birthday 2x and it made my day special!

Hit or miss here. The service and drinks can be great or they can really suck. I mobile order. Today my coffee was on time, just being finished up, had a friendly greeting and the barista acknowledged me and wished me a nice day. Yesterday they had twice as many employees and not one ever looked up to acknowledge or greet me. My coffee was sitting there but I couldnt get anyones attention to get it. When I did, it was made wrong. They were not friendly and seemed to care less about customers.

One of the best Starbucks Ive been to, The customer service is great, the employees are so nice, polite, welcoming, and fun. They always get my order right and they always do it with quality. My drinks are always the best quality from this Starbucks, they dont cheap you out on quality and quantity. You certainly get what you paid for here. One time the guy in front of me decided to pay for my drink, Yorba Linda is a great city and this Starbucks location is certainly one of the best. I always have a great experience here that even if I had a bad one I couldnt be mad. Couldnt ask for a better Starbucks.

Pregnant woman with a craving here :) I came just now (10/07), it’s 8:30 pm and they don’t close til 9. Two employees looked out the windows as I was pulling up so they hurried out to lock the front doors. The male employee went to put the cones in their drive thru while the female stared at me as she locked the doors. I guess I didn’t hurry out of my car in time. Disgusting customer service. I’d be glad to take their positions if you’re hiring!

The food and drink are what they are, its Starbucks. Not this locations fault, its just 3-star fare.Service at the drive thru is excellent, but in store there is a lack of smiling and excitement as the crew work like crazy to get everything out... Also not really their fault because of big volume, but still not a pleasant experience.The physical build-out is pretty and spacious, really one of the best Starbucks around.The parking and access to the drive thru are kind of sketch/perilous, be aware. Drive thru lines can get out of control at this location, along with the Anaheim Hills location near Weir Canyon.

I love Starbucks...but not this one. I was in Yorba Linda visiting family over the Holidays. During that time I visited this store about 9 times. I have also been here many times since it moved locations in the parking lot. Every time the service has been painstakingly slow and inefficient.I tried drive through, I tried going in, I tried mobile ordering from home and waiting longer than the time it said on the app...it’s always been a long wait for drinks.I watched during each visit. Every time I watched people talk to coworkers rather than make drinks. This is the problem.I give 2 stars because on more than one occasion the barista or cashier has greeted me with a smile and apologized for the wait. That’s good customer service...unfortunately the regular service isn’t speedy like it is most places. I much prefer going out of my way to Yorba Linda and Valley View than this location.

Whats a dragonfruit and mango drink without the fruit bits? Sweetened water with ice. Very disgusted. Next time, just say, its not available, so I can order another drink. If you offer this option to a person who doesnt know anything about this kind of drink like my husband who was next to the window and said it was okay, then it excuses you guys. Next time, pls. dont say the sweetened water with ice tastes like the dragonfruit mango drink.

It was really nice to have an old favorite. I had a grande iced latte, and a bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. The line was 5 cars and went quickly, I was impressed with the speed and courteous nature of the service people. My breakfast sandwich was heated to perfection crispy on the outside with delicious perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. A medley of tastes well done. The only thing better was the iced latte, perfect harmony of ice coffee and milk. I was very satisfied and will do that again 😊👍

I live nearby and every time, literally, every time in the last 5 yrs of me coming here, the order is WRONG EVERYTIME!!! Everything from a Salted Caramel Frappe or even the S’mores Frappe! And then my name is spelled wrong! The staff is too busy gossiping to themselves to actually pay attention to those of us coming in. Honest if I could rate negative I would. The staff taking the order just always sound so uninterested and I’ve gotten a few that just didn’t bother to actually hear me out. I’ve ordered extra toppings before as well, and omg they sure know how to add the bare minimum after I’m paying extra. I feel they should get retraining on some areas.

Is there a way to give zero stars because this is one of the worst Starbucks experiences I have ever had. I get Starbucks nearly every day, but this was my first time at this location. The service was mediocre, but the drinks were wrong, and it took nearly twenty minutes for someone to warm up the item I ordered.

It sad me to say this because this Location was my favorite one. But today I order a ultra Caramel Frappuccino with heavy cream because regular milk does not seat very well with me. And the drink different it barely had any caramel I had to go back to ask them to add some caramel and they they just add one more pump. And after a couple of sips I was able to tell that they did it with regular milk and now my stomach is feeling funny thanks for making the bathroom my Friday plans

This location is great! The staff is friendly and courteous, the environment is spacious and relaxing, my order is always right and filled timely, and the drive-thru is a blessing when I have a car full of munchkins. The only issue is when the drive-thru is crowded, it is difficult to get through the parking lot. People coming from both directions also makes getting in and out of parking spaces and into the drive-thru frustrating. Better signage for traffic control would be helpful. Overall, this Starbucks is one of the best in the area!

Out of towners not welcome I guess. Stopped to get a drink, ordered online using mobile order app. Store was semi busy. Checked in and Waited for our order and when gal asked if I wanted a cup holder and I didnt hear her right away, when I did and answered yes, she threw it at me. Thanks a lot of the excellent customer service. Cafe Vanilla frap was disgusting and iced coffee tasted like the milk had spoiled. Worst Starbucks experience ever!

A great place to sit in/by, getting things done or just sit back self-indulging in a foggy/shady/rainy day, or year-end occasions... indeed. 👍👍😎😎🐩🐩I do not expect a Starbucks to be my bedroom, however, some noises can be avoided like employees slamming cabinet doors, banging counters while working. In the customers peace-loving perspective, I found this as somewhat careless and disturbing. In the Starbucks cost-effective perspective, the company could save on not fixing broken cabinet doors sooner than they would.

I come here almost every morning. The service is usually hit-or-miss. There are some really nice people like Steven and a few others who always go above and beyond and then some people who I wonder why they are working in a customer service retail environment? If you arent a morning people person, why would you select a career where you have direct contact with the public early in the morning? Hmmmm... Ok, so this morning I go in and had an amazing experience with a new cashier named Katelyn. She was so friendly and sweet and just made me feel incredibly welcome. CONSTANT WEIRD PROBLEMS! I love to come here with my daughter and draw, read and relax...usually 2+ times a week. For some reason this place has weird numerous little problems here and there. Tonight the air conditioning kicked on at 9pm, when it was 52 degrees outside. I asked them to please turn it off and they said they have no control of it. So I had to leave!!! We had been there for an hour already when the air turned on...really a/c at night. One of the last times the music wasn’t playing all night, the time before all the trash cans were over filled and spilling over, the other time the tables were dirty, and the time before that the lights were so lowly dimmed you could barely read a book. What I don’t like, is when you go up to tell the staff, they have a little bit of an attitude, and it is always “we can’t control that”. So time to go somewhere else when I’m spending $10 on 2 drinks.

The Starbucks in Yorba Linda is my happy place. Feels so good to come in here and sit awhile think and while having my favorite coffee and sometimes run into a friend. Or I can use the drive through and grab a Frappuccino after a workout at Eastlake Village or 24 hour fitness. It gives me that burst of energy I need at the moment.

Having worked a full 7 days this week, I was desperate to get up, walk to Starbucks and make it in time for the last day to try the Unicorn Frappuccino! Ive been looking forward to this all week and checked the hours of this location, which is literally a 7 min walk from my house. Store hours listed as 10PM closing time. Thats all it says online is closes at 10PM. Well apparently thats for the DriveThru only! If you want to walk up and enter the store they close at 9PM! That would have been nice to know before I got here on foot!!! Staff just snickers and stares at you. Even if they didnt have the Unicorn Frappuccino left, I would have loved to indulge in something else from their menu. . . Wont be setting myself up for any more disappointment, wont be going back.
