The manager Jackie is very rude and she embarrassed me a few days ago in front of a big line of customers.She didnt want to give me a refill of hot coffee because my cup didnt have the sticker that they forgot to stick on it...Today I went to buy another hot coffee and they forgot to put the sticker on the cap again i talked to her and let her know that as a managerShe is not doing a good job... She a stupid Latina frustrated with other latinos.. thats why she behaves like that..I hope she gets replaced for another good,kind and humble MANAGER A REAL MANAGER!!the service sucks at this location because of her.. Slow and rude staff. This didn’t feel like a Starbucks. My friend called it a “hole in the wall Starbucks. Like a wanna be Starbucks” Didn’t follow my online order instructions. I was in a hurry to have them remake it. Especially they were already slow and rude. Just take an L and never come back to this store.

As with other Starbucks locations, this one is really hit or miss. Sometimes I get great drinks, sometimes I get terrible ones. It’s pretty inconsistent overall and you have about a 50/50 shot of getting a good drink. Today was one of the days I got a bad one that’s why I’m writing this review - I ordered a $6 grande iced matcha latte and they served it to me half empty.

This Starbucks get alot of traffic. While the drinks are pretty consistent but the place is a mess. The floor is fill with trash as well as the preparation area. The restroom is out of order and throughout the time I stay, it remains out of order for the entire time.

Beware!This store staffs never get my orders right! Ordered green tea and they gave me match tea! Not happy!Go somewhere else!This male, Mexican staff served my drunks last than the customers after me, waited for 20 mins and served last?!? Not happy. God somewhere else.This white female staff served me a nasty Green tea lemonade drink, taste like rug!The place was overcrowded and not safe! The customer service was good. However, the whole place was filthy from the counter I set at, to the floor around me and the floor behind the coffee bar. The restroom was disgusting! I think it was the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. I was extremely surprised by the lack of cleanliness in such an affluent area.

Great coffee shop in the metro pointe shopping mall. Its the only one in the area and has a fast staff with quick service. I like the outside eating area. Its full of greenery and has a hidden hideout feel to it.

Good vibes here at 6 am on a Thursday. Friendly workers and they were fully holiday seasoned out on November 3rd. Nice location by the 405 for an early stop though Im sure they have heavy mall traffic later in the day.

I have been going to this Starbucks for at least 5 years and I dread picking up my coffee cause some of the employees here have terrible attitudes. Usually the ones at the register are just so unpleasant.

Customer service is always so subpar. Five employees doing random things behind the counter. All of them ignored my mom and I who were waiting at the register. The floors are also just so dirty. There were also several jugs of milk out when the shop was completely empty so questionable as to whether or not anything is stored properly. Cashier had an attitude. So rude, I didn’t end up ordering anything.

This is my familys favorite to do when we come up to Orange County, we go to Metro Point walk over to the Starbucks get some cake pops and coffee or Frappuccinos and walk back slowly and find all the adventures along the way, we used to live at the cape which is the apartments right next door

Three Extremely polite and helpful ladies work there. They have awesome customer service and all deserve a raise. They even helped me find a gas station because I wasnt from the area. They actually probably rank number for customer service out of all the locations Ive been to and Ive been to so many different Starbucks in different states. The cashier with the braids was super sweet and patient. The young lady making the beverages was informative and the other girl helping was so nice. They all went above and beyond.

Small but very efficient store for serving drinks in a shopping complex. People always thirsty when shopping, I see the store always get busy. Good thing is staffs making drinks pretty fast.Even the store is small, they have a colorful large painting inside to bright up the small area, plus they have outdoor seats as well for customer to hang around. Efficient is the only word that can be used to describe this Starbucks location.

The gal Becca here at this location now on this Saturday night around 10 pm is not only the exceedingly pleasant & cheerful type, she also just made me a pour-over of world-class quality.Remarkable. As I take another sip now I notice its perfect, hello?This, is significant inasmuch as a good many baristas at other locations either dont know what theyre doing or intentionally muck up a pour-over as their way of saying, listen mister, Ill take the trouble of making it because I *have* to but since I loathe doing it youll have to live with however badly it turns outGreat employees make the tasteful difference.

Never too busy at this Starbucks! Its really conveniently located on a corner of a very large shopping center so its kind of nice that you can go to the Starbucks but you dont have to get involved in all the different shopping areas in the big parking lot. The staff is always super friendly and has no problem giving you a Trenta cold brew!

It is a good place, it is kind of small. The staff is one that works hard to get the job done. They always serve coincident drinks, and always has a good attitude. Spent a lot of time in that store during car repairs.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks conveniently located in this shopping center in Costa Mesa. It is a very small location with barely any seating inside, but with a decent sitting area outside. Clearly, this Starbucks was meant for people passing by during their shopping. The staff here were really friendly and I was satisfied with my iced coffee.

Starbucks always somebody there the coffee lots of varieties not even on the menu they have stuff you got to know whats going on I have the iced coffee dont even know what the name is Im not into and all these flavored coffees extra shots so much to know so I leave it up to my wife and especially to my niece Maritza she is an expert I understand every day and buys a large coffee and tries the different ones my coffee was really good then I can see why she goes every day I went and bought coffee from McDonalds and one from Starbucks they were pretty close but Starbucks won out by little bit but as for varieties Starbuck has all the others beat its just a fact of life but youre going to have to wait in line highly recommend Starbucks

We ordered 4 items. Had to put in in 2 orders 2nd to clerk confussed. Asked for cheese in turkey sandwich removed wasnt done. Lactose intolerate person couldnt eat. Our almond milk frapachino took 20 mins to make. SERIOUSLY rude reponse when we asked if they forgot to finish our drink order. Attitude of one dronk barrista awful not like starbucks usually service. Wasted ten bucks!

I like this Starbucks because it has outdoor seating. The coffee here is good also especially the caramel iced frappuccino. They have a pretty good dessert section as well. The lemon cale is to die for and the new chocolate chip cookie is just heaven on earth.

Finally opened and remodeled. Right across Sears and Din Tai Fung. Staff/Baristas are super nice and friendly, havent had an issue yet! Can get very busy at all hours of day, as long as this mall is open.

7 years ago this place was my favorite in the nation .. I’m a regular customer for Starbucks, average 3 times a day, it pisses my off when the customer service is poor and no respect to the clients, they’ve been hiring zero experienced rude no smile . Been sitting here for 20 min waiting for them to brew my coffee it is a simple REGULAR COFFEE what is taking 20 minutes:UPDATE- SO FINALLY i get my coffee after 30 minutes and they then give my coffe to the wrong person and THEN the giu takes her coffee that was mine throws it awaya and then goes and does something else for 5 min and then comes back to ask me WHAT I NEED.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Aside from the traditional atmosphere and coffee and teas moods here the staff its nice and friendly comparing of that one on Tustin city on Newport Ave., next to Togos, here the staff its friendly and never questioned your refills, It is a little packed in the afternoons but its a nice place to do some out of office work, or read a book.
