I have no idea why they go out of their way to make delivery orders uncomfortable. I have ordered from this store several times through the delivery app and always requested a straw in the instructions, but they never provide one. There was also a time when I ordered drinks with pearls for delivery, and they not only failed to include a straw but also gave me a regular drinking cap, which is too small for the pearls to pass through, instead of at least providing a foam cap. Pickup is fine since you can at least ask for a straw face to face, but delivery is just a no.

Went here to order a simple scone for breakfast. Sold me the scone and we sat there for over 5 minutes. Then was told they had no scone left because they probably gave it to someone else in the drive thru.Absolutely ridiculously poor customer service. I asked for it to be warmed up so they put in the warmer and then gave it to someone else.I do not recommend this Starbucks go to a different one.

Went in ordered tall Carmel macchiato cup of water was taking some time and lobby wasn’t that busy. When asked about my order the lady snapped at me like I was bothering her. When she finally gave me my coffee I asked about my cup of water she again snapped and said give me a minute! Well I stood there several minutes. I finally asked another worker for cup of water and the same lady that didn’t help me made comment to her co/ worker and handed her a cup to give me water. So dissapointed as I always go to Starbucks . Thinking to taking my business to a new coffee shop that just opened . Better Buzz coffee they are very nice and not snappy and coffer not bad at all .

Good location and on my way to work. Recently enjoyed flavored Latte. This location is a bit on the small side, and usually a crowd in the 8 oclock morning hour, so be prepared to know that there may be no indoor seating. Friendly and attentive baristas.

Ordered a grande, iced, quad blonde Americano. Barista made it hot. I let them know it was supposed to be iced. Barista told me, it really didnt say that, as Im clearly reading the sticker on the cup Iced.

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Even if they make a mistake, they will make it right. Super friendly folks work here. I come here all the time and find it a relaxing coffee shop to hang out and work. Lots of tables with outlets. I am happy they built this new Starbucks recently.

I dont drink coffee but my wife does and she loves to stop at a Starbucks. I like the pastries and maybe a Frapachino. We stopped here for a coffee for my wife and I got a pastry. The pastry was still warm and was excellent. I bought a gift card for my Sister. She also loves to stop at Starbucks. The girl behind the counter was friendly and cracked a few jokes about the weather. She was funny and made me laugh. I enjoyed the stop and thanked my wife for suggesting a Starbucks stop.

I go to Starbucks in many states since my works consists of travel, I requested for extra 2% and the oatmeal that was presented appears as they just put the oats with a drop of milk. Highly dry, and very disappointed.Next the drive thru cuts off my order as soon as I order the blonde roast by telling me the total when I was not done ordering.Employee is recommended to attend a drive thru course to improve skill and communication.

On our way to The Flower Fields this weekend, we started getting hungry. We decided to stop at the nearest Starbucks without having to drive into the city too much. This was the perfect spot. It was convenient and clean, and the service was great. The drinks were delicious too. 😋 I highly recommend this Starbucks and will keep it saved for the next time were driving by. 🚗

Very friendly staff - makes drinks perfectly. Issue I have with this place is that the design of it makes it LOUD - not a good place to do any work or bring clients for conversation - the barista bar workings echo throughout the entire place. The new design of the restaurants is very utilitarian and not the typical Starbucks Cozy that their cafes used to emanate.

Starbucks continues to lose reliability. Now the stores close without warning; just like this one. Once a place where you could gather with friends, conduct business, now, just a place that serves horrible coffee at a premium price. I dont think they understand; people go there not because their lousy products or woke staff. People continues to frequent the store in order to gathered with other people and or to conduct business. Thats it. Stsrbucks by taking away such perk from consumers, they have nothing to sell that a consumer cannot get at 7/11, AM/PM, Dunk and Donuts. By the way; did you know that 7/11 coffee was rated best coffee in a blind folded research among Starbucks, AM/PM, Dunk and Donuts? Welcome to the Woke force with poor working ethics. First off, I just want to apologize for the nature of this message. I do not usually do things like this. This morning I went through the drive thru at location #5749 on Alicia Pkwy in Laguna Hills, which is close to the 5 fwy. I was there at exactly 6:56:09 am. As I was pulling up to the drive thru window, I overheard the entire staff, specifically two young girls wearing sweaters, at the drive thru window, laughing and shouting hahaha they drove off without their drink. They actually fell for it and left. Their shouting was so loud that I could hear them even though the windows were shut. Eventually one of the girls came to open the window and charged me for my order, which was a food item and a drink. She handed me everything but my drink, and proceeded to tell me to have a great day. I waited by the window for a few minutes, trying to get their attention to notify them that I did not receive my drink. One of them looked directly at me and immediately turned the other way. It was clear that they were trying to purposefully avoid me. After trying to get their attention for a while, they opened the window again and said heres the remaining of your order have a nice day. I wouldnt be so upset at this situation if it wasnt for me hearing what they were doing to the cars in front of me. It was very clear that they were purposefully withholding peoples orders, even when the customers, including me, had already been charged. The line was longer than usual. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. I sure hope that other customers have complained, because this impacts us more than they can comprehend. People are on their way to work, have just spent their hard earned money, and are purposefully not being given what they paid for. Seeing the quality of employees that work at that this location, it is safe to say that I will no longer be coming here. This is very unfortunate because this is the closest location to my house.

First time leaving a starbucks review; it was a horrible experience. Went in the drive-thru and ordered a drink, strawberry acai. After I paid and left a tip, I noticed that not 1 strawberry was in the drink. She said they dont have anymore but claimed to still taste like strawberry. I was disappointed for not telling me before she finalized my order. I wasnt going to take it and ask if I could change my order at the window. However, she took the drink back from me and came back with several strawberries in the drink. She said she found some. I shouldnt have tipped her.

The locations in this area are terrible when it comes to hours of operation. They state they close at ten but are closed (inside) before eight. Countless people had tried to enter and immediately had to return to their vehicles. Had high hopes for this location as all the others closed extremely early.I’ve noticed Pomona and Ontario have better hours, inside closing at 10:30-11:30 pm and drive thrus at midnight, and some 24 hrs. What a shame Irvine area cant improve on this.

I ordered a decaf Pike Place coffee with cream and sugar, and I was disappointed with it. The coffee had no flavor; it tasted like water and cream. The barista decided to double the cups instead of using a sleeve, so the lid was not secured, and the coffee spilled all over my car. I threw away whatever was left of the coffee. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Starbucks location.

We have come to this Starbucks a lot & have a hit or miss chance of getting your coffee correct. Yesterday we ordered 2 coffees. One with sugar & the other with cream. We did definitely get two hot coffees but no sugar in one & no cream in the other. I was a little disappointed. Hopefully next time we can have the coffee like we ordered.

Horrible Place! I am Starbucks customer for more than 10 years and have never seen any Starbucks location as bad as this one. They have 4-5 employees in a most of the time empty place and yet they are all confused. My order 90% of the time is simply a Grande Pike with 1 raw sugar and cream and everytime that I order here I have to explain what I want for 5 minutes... Incompetency should have a limit.

On Memorial Day, security refused me to even park to pick up a coffee coz its clouded and they want to prioritize others. Theres a cute barista here that does a phenomenal job at this Starbucks. I promise this will be a rather poetic than creepy review. As a former business owner/ manager, the stress of hiring is real. Most (I hate to say YOUNG) folks hate working rather than hating their job and that sort of negative thinking is very sad and very common.HEADHUNTERS where are you? Theres a real asset here. This one barista here is absolutely energetic and full of life (I dont think its the coffee). She greets her customer with absolute warmth and joy. She asks for feedback on the products and quickly offers a solution upon the slightest critique. Shes quick, sociable and knowledgeable with the companys products. Shes a smart girl and wears a Disneyland pin on her apron (I do remember her name but will refrain from sharing it publicly).

Went by last night to get a cappuccino and was greatly disappointed. Ordered a large and got just over half the drink with milk foam. WTH??? Cappuccino yes comes with foamed milk on top but not like that bs. The drink had no bite to it and honestly tasted like watered down coffee. Supposedly it also had two expresso shots.
