BEST Starbucks in the entire area of Roseville. Every time I come here they make my drink exactly how I ask. Full flavor, not watery, not bitter. I am writing this review after going to yet another Starbucks and getting my drink messed up, wishing that I went to this location. Thank you for being top notch!

I took my son to training, thought I’d get a cappuccino at Starbucks, stopped at the drive-thru and ordered a cappuccino with one sugar and left a dollar tip. I left and tasted warm milk without coffee, but I had no time to go back. I stopped by to see them after training and said that they sold me milk instead of cappuccino, the employee was not happy but remade my cappuccino, tried this cappuccino in the car and threw it away. It was impossible to drink the bitter taste of double or triple espresso. I was very polite and did not conflict. But the employee decided to take revenge on me. That day I didn’t manage to drink my usual cappuccino.

This Starbucks has vastly improved I went in today and expected to wait at least 10 minutes and to my surprise I had my food and drink within 5 minutes. The service to was a lot more friendly than previously and I was immediately serviced upon entering and greeted too: )

Its okay. I usually get a traveler to take for my family gatherings but I guess it just depends on whoever is working. Some days they forget the cups, some days we get a short half and half others not, once they made chocolate milk or something instead of venti milks/sweet cream cups. Its just all over the place and I never know what Im going to be picking up when ordering a traveler through my mobile app. Just very odd, but the coffee is good.

I love this place! It’s right by my house I go there at least once a day. I love the staff they’re respectful and kind and they love to say hi to my dog when I go through the drive thru. I’ve never been to a better Starbucks this is my go to place. 100% recommend the foods always hot and fresh and the drinks are perfect and made with love I love this place and the staff💚

Open 24hrs? Not exactly. Drive thru 24hrs inside till 8pm.. this needs to be somehow addressed in their description/hours I’m not the only one coming in thinking it’s open later. This would be an awesome location if they at least were open inside to 9 or 10pm. Overall good service pretty friendly staff clean inside and the açaí strawberry black tea lemonade was pretty refreshing on this 105* weather day.

I was looking for a cool coffee drink with less sugar and had questions. The man at the counter gave me 3 options I picked one. Then asked how much sugar would be in the “pump” of flavor he put in. He stated he will have to check the app and did so; I thought this very nice. As I was leaving, not even out the door, he turned to his coworkers and said “on my god one of THOsE customers.” They all chuckled!!Sir, if wanting to know the sugar amount due to diabetes then yes I am. Also why does asking a question make me one of those customers if you are in customer service? Sadly disappointed

I walked in, and I found the only smiling faces were the patrons. I waited a while before anyone acknowledged I was at the register. The girl who helped me was very nice and pleasant. The others didnt appear to really like what they do. Such is life. My grande iced oatmilk latte was bland, to say the least, and tasted more like oatmilk than coffee. I wish they would let the espresso finish dripping before they add the milk. Wont be coming to this starbucks anymore, unfortunately. My drink has been bland twice. Thats enough for me.

I ordered Ice Tea Matcha Latte without ice, and 5 spoons of matcha. I ordered it on a drive-thru since the store was closed and so I didnt immediately notice that the matcha was made poorly: it was not stirred at all, there were about 8-9 spoonfuls (I asked for only 5), and the foam of the drink was about 2 inches. When I later returned for a refund the store manager said he would not do a refund since I drank more than half of the drink and offered only to remake the drink, even though I had not drunk a quarter of it. I was originally given the drink only 3/4 full. Despite this the store manager argued with me, he was against me, I was not pleasant to communicate with him.As a result, I left the drink and said I would contact customer service. I would like a refund for the drink and compensation for this unpleasant situation

Love how quick they always are!! Today we tried all new drinks and they were super fun. We ordered the new strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino, you have an option to do coffee base or without. We got both so that way my 8 yr old can try it. It was super sweet but he liked it, o course. We tried the mocha cookie crumble, pretty tasty and we got an iced passion tango tea lemonade which was refreshing!!

Worst experience of my life driving to this 24-hour Starbucks when they had a sign posted saying they were close for maintenance from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. I showed up at 4:05 and was left at the door ignored by four people Even after one of them. Gestured the classic 1 minute finger gesture but then left me at the door for another 5 minutes. I called and was talked to very rudely by a gentleman When I asked about my refund. He reminded me again They just got to work even though I was aware of the issue of their maintenance prior because of co-workers running into the same issue at this Starbucks earlier, AND I had been at the door watching them for about 10 minutes. I put in a mobile order before I got to the store. The order went through and then I got a notification that my order was ready but when I asked about it I didnt get a straight answer. I asked about my refund. I was told I can come back at 4:30 or go to another store which frankly doesnt make any sense when it comes to getting a refund. I wanted to deal with the same person that I was talking to on the phone and when I asked what time he was working until I was brushed off and he reiterated that the Starbucks is open 24 hours. If youre going to be open at 4:30, dont have a sign in your drive-thru that says close from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. additionally, if somebody is at your door with a question and theres four people inside, maybe update your sign or let them know the status has changed.

Rude and unprofessional! These dummies served me a brownie in pieces and a chocolate chip cookie in pieces. The bags they came in had chocolate all over the outside, so as soon I grabbed them my hand was a mess. Tremendously filthy service. How hard is it to take an already baked brownie and cookie and serve it properly? Idiots. Hire new staff!

I called needing help on a holiday item and was helped and greeted in such a way I have never been at any Starbucks location!!The girl I called and spoke to working at this location went over an above for me !! I was looking for a holiday cup an I couldn’t describe it clearly I’ve the phone, so I asked her if I could have her number an FaceTime her if able, and she said yes!! And then she showed me her store’s inventory! Abeling me to see the exact cup I was looking for! And to make the long commute to that location.I sincerely appreciate that customer service and the way I was treated and helped. And again have never been treated like that at any Starbucks, it blew me away.!!! Thank you immensely!!!!!!! For all that you did . I will be calling corporate to make sure you guys get something from them.

I dont know what this is? Do you know what this is? I just know what its not, its not made correctly, its not coffee. Its not something that tastes good, its not something I finished more than 10% of for the first time in my entire life but more than anything else, its not worth the $6 I paid for a grande. Blech. It should have been an iced apple crisp macchiato, instead it was hot milk and burnt coffee with no other available flavor, I gave it to a coworker who had a similar experience and then they threw it away. I wont return to this Starbucks because Ive never had a drink wrong at Madison I80 and I should have used my instincts and went there instead, no more future mistakes

At the delivery window the girl realized that I want hot white mocha, even if it was My Fall. She, with smile said that she can give me a hot white mocha and I was so happy that after long time in the long line I get my nice hot coffe. Since I didnt have a car this particular Starbucks refused service as all that was open was drive thru ... It appears that the night staff was instructed not to serve people that walk up (That would b predominantly if not exclusively consist of homeless individuals and possibly b directed towards yours truly personally since the staff has for the last year or so shown empathy towards my situation needing ice and water in the excedingly hot summer days mostly 100 degrees and above and hot water for Top Ramen, soups hot chocolate ect.in the winter as most nights are at or helos freezing and Starbucks is the only thing open especially since Covid 19 has taken what scarce aminitys were available prior )...my apologies I have Vered of topic a Scouse 😬 however I really cant compliment or express my gratitude toward the kind and thoughtful night staff at this store I highly recommend an evening visit .... 😏... So I was informed that they have been recently instructed by Management that due to an incedent involving a pedestrian at Starbucks drivethru that they would no longer be allowed to show there usual kindness ...😞...Short story long...🙄....that being the case unfortunately on this particular occasion my reveiw will have to consist of the outside dining facilitys I was fortunate enough to be alowed use of to rest a moment and use there wifi ... 🤔.., tabels were clean and furnishings in exceptional condition and as always the staff coming and going warm and friendly .... In regards to the matcha review, I was in line the night this lady caused a scene. I was scared to approach the situation since she was not in a car. I felt bad for the baristas, they were all kind and were shaken up after when I approached next. She was yelling at the workers telling them to give a refund and I saw the drink with a straw in it already half gone from being consumed. Very loudly she was saying it was made wrong and the who she calls the “manager” was telling her it was filled to the top and that because she drank half of it that he could remake it for her. I personally know that is a Starbucks policy being an avid starbies lover myself :) and believe that is a fair and reasonable solution. Please be considerate of customer service workers in the future, baristas keep us caffeinated and berating them makes no sense if you want great service.

Lazy, rude staff wont grind one bag of unopened Starbucks beans even though it says on the bag that they will. As a former SBUX partner, a friend of current SBUX partners, and a regular customer I know for a fact it is policy that they do grind any unopened bag of Starbucks beans whether purchased that visit or not. My esspresso machine is picky and needs the uniform grind that an industrial grinder provides, and I like it fresh. Now I dont have coffee beans for tomorrow morning... and I know where I wont be going for my morning cup.

My daughter liked it his location and so will you. Its clean. Its near great Mexican restaurant and of course another boring Subway 🚇. But, girls working there are hotter than the coffee and the drive thru is quick.As for the food, I like it. The tables are few, but bathroom 🪥 little.Its charming but know rustic. Rude, I called the Starbucks for my MOBILE-IN STORE order to pick up because they locked the doors and the guy who answered was petty and rude and told me I had to go from the drive thru but the line wasn’t even moving, this is a slow store and I am never going to this Starbucks, I told the guy they’re losing a customer and he said he didn’t care basically. So disappointed in the staff and store for not updating hours and pick up services on the app. I left without picking my drink, waste of money.

Drive thru is open 24 hours, and this place is amazing because of that. Ive never been inside, but from the looks of it through the windows, its pretty clean. The parking lot can be a little tight and tricky to navigate, and may God have mercy on your soul if you try to get back on the freeway via the Chevron parking lot during busy times of day, but this place makes a serious effort to get your order right, and the crew is pretty cool!

I find it kinda weird how the lobby of this location is open or closed at whatever times they want it to be. If they are all being lazy, they close the lobby even with like 6-8 people working in the store. There are no set hours for their lobby. I go to this location sometimes multiple times per day, I have only seen the lobby open a handful of times. They instead want their drive through to be backed up 20 cars deep even middle of the day, like noon. I will be finding a new Starbucks that takes the time to not cut corners, makes drinks correctly and is more friendly. If those three things are important to you, I suggest you find another Starbucks as well.

Was charged $3.75 for a drink that I thought cost $3.25... Not sure why but that left a bad taste in my mouth. Its my new drink of choice and it is relatively cheap in Starbucks terms. Great customer service at this Starbucks. I ordered a particular item that was not on hand at that time, the staff informed me that it would be a 5 minute wait for the tea to finish brewing. Once the tea was finished brewing, the barista brought the item to my car AND gave me a $4 gift card for my next order. She apologized for the wait and wished me a good day. That meant a lot to me. Good job Starbucks staff.

From working at Starbucks and ordering Starbucks for many years I know how to make the drinks CORRECTLY. Small white guy with shaved head needs to be taught how to make drinks, my cappuccino with an add shot is watery from you not blending the shot LIKE it is supposed to be done. I did not ask for a floating shot. I even told him my drink is wrong and he argues about it. Not only is the shot expired and making the drink taste harsh it is not what I ordered.Update** called the store and Hilary offered me a free drink to make up for this. Much APPRECIATED!

We were traveling. I got my Pumpkin Spice Latte for my Birthday 🥳 They didnt make it easy at first. Semi blocking all parking and front of store so we didnt see the sign that said drive thru only!! Environment was clean and organized visually. The staff greeted customers as they walked in. The music was a little loud, since one could hear it from outside. The staff was respectful of their customers seating space--wasnt loud or rude when cleaning like other starbuck.I had trouble with my order though. She was chatting with a co-worker and wasnt helping the customers. When I ordered she asked for my drink size three times What size, I kept saying, A tall or A size Tall and finally I just said give me the smallest possible size. I was a bit annoyed because my drink had to be remade twice. They put ice in it the first time and I wanted it to be hot. The second time I asked again for no dairy and then they asked Do you want cream....THAT is Dairy.... Finally I got my plain black hot coffee. Its really not that hard to get. The only thing that needs work at this starbucks is that the staff needs to listen to their customers orders better and understand the menu.I personally do not like Starbucks coffee. There are much better place one can go to get a real, delicious cup of coffee...but it was fine.

Workers are NOT friendly. They will talk to you in a monotone voice and ignore your presence. Its a very nice Starbucks. I ended up here by mistake because I ordered using the app and put my order in at the wrong location. The Starbucks people offered to make me a replacement drink where I had shown up, but I felt bad and made the 3-mile drive. I am glad I did because the staff at this Starbucks is actually happier, more welcoming and more attentive than most. Since those are all hallmarks of every Starbucks, this one is so much more inviting than the rest. I travel often and pass this general location when I go. I have to admit that I have passed other Starbucks closer to the freeway in order to get a drink here since this incident.

Had drink remade from Wednesday order today. Not happy with the value of the drink. Formula gets diluted when shots and pumps get added. This changes the true value of each drink when you follow lines on a cup. This was explained to me by a manager at the store.Some stores dont follow the lines saying customer service is more important, and you get what you pay for. That should be the standard. Why does this policy so different store by store? Example I ordered venti 3 shot espresso 7 pumps white mocha, got 5 pumps white mocha instead. Most of it fit and they put extra in a tall. Today I had it remade with the added 2 pumps of white mocha and it all fit in the venti cup with no extra. What value am I paying for?

This is my Go-To place after hauling railroad crews from the Bay Area to Roseville. Its the last 24-Hour store in the Bay Area and Valley, which is great for me since the Union Pacific is a 24-hour operation. I always have to repeat my orders several times and they arent complicated. There was a time I ordered a banana & a Puppuccino for my dog & they blended the banana into my coffee frapp! It was very small, when we ask why they told us that the Grande is their medium and that there is other sizes (not shown on the menu) that we should have known about!..
