I usually get an avocado spread. Today I got one. Once I got it, opened it, it was all brown. Really disgusting. Good workers there though but don’t recommend the avocado spread.

Gave me the totally wrong order and it could have made me sick. Sugar free means sugar free!! Zero accountability. No one answers the phone. Basically they stole my money and gave me a hospital visit in a cup. Luckily I checked it before I drank it. If you have any dietary restrictions dont go here.

So, I came to this Starbucks to do some work between meetings and have a coffee but when I went to plug my laptop in as the battery was running low, all the electrical outlets were covered and I was told by one of the baristas that “Amy did that” (Amy is the store manager) … I wonder why Amy would do that?!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! The customer service I experienced was the worst I have ever seen. In fact, it was pretty much non-existent. I placed a mobile order on Sunday 10/29/23 at 1:44pm (ready at 1:55). I walked in at 1:56pm & and the young lady working on those orders ignored me for a little over 5 minutes. I watched her give out two orders, no smile or even eye contact to those customers. She could not even provide decent customer service to me when she finally did acknowledge me standing at the mobile order counter. Not once did she look at me, even when she said, mobile order? I was about to call her out and ask her how much longer she planned to ignore me!!! To top this off, my latte was WARM & my warmed pumpkin loaf was COLD!!! Whoever manages this location (Griffin/McKinley) needs to pay and re-train their employees on decent customer service. 👎🏽👎🏽

I ordered a TALL caramel Frappuccino with no whipped cream and AEXTRA caramel drizzle . There were no cars in front of me in the drive thru. What I got was a grande with no whipped cream and no caramel drizzle. Now normally I don’t complain about a free size upgrade but I know this drink was not made for me because you can tell it was sitting there because it was all melted as well

Okay… so.. sometimes this Starbucks can be extremely slow. BUT that is NOT what this reviews about.. it’s about the ICE AGAIN… I left a review on yelp awhile back about this same issue… well a couple weeks later it happened again, today!!! It tastes like soap/chlorine bleach… like my ice melted a bit and I dumped out half my coffee. This taste has been in my mouth all day… something is wrong with the ice. 😭😭😭

I ordered two tall pumpkin lattes. The girl at the window handed me the cups ( one- by-one) and the first cup caved in and the cap fell off as soon as I grabbed it. Hot latte spilled all over my hand and car. The girl at the window apologized on behalf of the company and said the cups are very flimsy. She immediately gave me a second cup to reinforce the cups and ensure it didnt happen again. My question is: is corporate that cheap that they cant afford stronger cups for their loyal customers and to avoid such accidents?

Ive never had a bad visit at this store. Sure my orders can be delayed or prepared incorrectly, but I never received a poor response for a revised drink and I usually try to order ahead to prevent the stress of being in a hurry. The only real complaint (should you call it one) is that they rarely have any of the newer mugs in stock. I usually have to drive a ways away or to the grocery store Starbucks locations for a variety.

Ive never been to a more friendly Starbucks. This location has an incredible vibe, love the seating both inside and outside. You can tell there is amicable camaraderie which helps with putting you in a light mood. Maybe Im experiencing this from a New Yorkers point of view but, nonetheless, great location great staff.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Without a doubt every time I go they mess up my order or give me someone else’s order. Today I ordered a frap, and they handed me one that was completely melted and watery. Had them remake it and it came out with huge chunks of ice in it. Didn’t drink either. Busy, as expected for the morning time. However, the staff was not engaging or connecting with customers. Starbucks training has plays for the employees. The final employee handing off drinks should be engafing but instead was just calling off drinks and ignoring customers. I had to get her attention after getting my drinks because a pastry was missing from my order. Its okay, it could be better.

I always go there with my coworkers and lately they have been dropping the ball. But today they really messed up I asked for a venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and it had not oat milk it was straight espresso I asked the barista if it had oat milk and the sweet cream cold foam and she said yes (in an annoyed voice) but it didnt have any to bad that I noticed when I got to work WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION I rather drive a bit farther but have what I ordered and paid 8.75 for .

I had just came back from the dog park and when I got my order the barista realized she gave me wrong drink. So she asked for the drink back and I saw her hand that EXACT drink to the people behind us. I found that pretty nasty because my hands were DIRTY from playing with the dogs not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic. I felt bad for the people who actually got that dirty drink.

I went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order was awesome. Very friendly and patient, seeing as though I didnt remember what my drink was called and we had to figure it out, and when I got to the window I was greeted with a friendly smile and some conversation & jokes to pass the time. I was able to get a glimpse at his name tag and it was Daniel. You will certainly leave with a smile if he is working the drive thru.

There’s one girl here that knows me by name and gets me my drink (thanks girl). Another girl acknowledges me and asks my name and I get my drink. Other than that, and the reason I did not give this location a 5 stars, is that I feel ignored at least half the time I walk in, and I get a feeling like I did something wrong..
