First time I had a regular fresh coffee in all the years Ive gone here. Coffee was great. The service was excellent and staff members were very friendly. The atmosphere was very chill and perfect. All in all, the visit was worth a perfect 5-star rating. Would definitely recommend visiting this Starbucks. I will definitely be coming here again

This little Starbucks used to be pretty nice until they remodel it. It looks more like a Doctors office or something just chairs. No couches, so you cant really be comfortable. Hang out with your friends or just having coffee to chill. It just doesnt really have that vibe comfortable. Its like a cafeteria. Get your coffee and go. I would go to the coffee bean by the AV mall way better .

I like the pumpkin spice latte and strawberry refresher. There are some shady males/people that go in and dont buy anything and then act suspiciously. I take an observation approach when Im working on homework and notice everything around me. They got good oatmeal and cake pops are amazing.

Starbucks prides themselves on their coffee and different types of coffee beverages they make and yet do NOT offer decafe hot coffee. The lady tells me this morning the best they can do is an Americano. How can you claim to be the go to coffee spot and dont even have the basics. So disappointing...

Love the employees here. Both ladies that took my orders each time I came, were delightful and prompt. As well as, professional! I love that. I must say the brownies here are amazing! I suggest the brownies warmed up. They are so much more enjoyable during a cold and rainy day. Its very comfortable here with plenty of seating options to choose from whether you enjoy sitting outside or inside. Also, has a drive-thru at this location.

Gotta love the smell of Starbucks coffee. They have a new blended drink, like a slushy sort of, strawberry, pineapple and passion fruit, or Dragonfruit. Very refreshing in these hot 🥵 times. So if you find yourself out and about this weekend with temps north of 100°, you might try a blended drink. Also, a new favorite is the vanilla bean scones. Yum.

We stopped at this Starbucks when driving through Palmdale for coffee and it took nearly an hour for them to prepare 3 drinks. We watched everyone who ordered after us get their drinks and leave. If we werent so tired from the drive we would have noticed sooner. When we finally noticed and asked about our drinks they got really snippy and said, everyone is still waiting for their drinks you need to be patient. I let them know how long we have been waiting and that we just watched two people who ordered after us get their drinks. They then looked up when we ordered and immediately started to make our order. There was no apology for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good customer service.

Made a mobile order before leaving my house. 2 drinks. Order said it will be ready at 733. Get there and they only have 1 of my drinks ready. The guy I did not get his name. Said youre waiting for 1 and continued to start other orders and not work on mine. Why is one of my drinks ready and not the other but instead of finishing my order you decided to work on other orders. I understand it gets super busy but this is the 2nd time this location does this.

So we had to return them, an normally cause of the current condition of the world the dont take the drinks back, which I guess they all dont follow the same protocol. More and more I notice Starbucks employees are getting slower and slower! I love your drinks but I am not very impressed with having to wait 40 minutes or more in DT. Today I stopped by during my lunch break and by the time I got to the window I had already been waiting 35 minutes then to top it off I waited about 8 minutes in the window and no one even acknowledge me so I ended up leaving without my order because it was time for me to go back to work. Basically I spent more than 40 minutes in the DT and ended up with no drink. I know Covid is crazy right now, I work in the restaurant industry as well but at the end of the day slow DT means less business and more upset guest.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. Ive been coming here for over a decade and have rarely been disappointed. The baristas are top-notch and always friendly and the manager Emma always makes sure things are done properly and her customers are happy as they leave. Shes been the manager since before I started to arrive and has always kept the store the greatest in our valley.With the new upgrades, sitting outside on the patio is far more comfortable and welcoming with a great amount of seating and shade. Perfect for those hot, Frappuccino days! I miss this place as it is not so nearby to my new address, but I have to stop by any time Im in the area to enjoy the wonderful environment and drinks that they craft. See you next time!

They always get my order wrong. Last week 3 days in a row my order was wrong. Yesterday my tea was so full all the way to the lid that when I took the stopper out the tea came out and burned me. My thumb blistered while I was at work. Today I ordered a tea with 1 tea bag and asked them not to fill the cup again and instead they added milk. Seriously the slowest store in the valley with employees that dont listed to the order. Half the time I order a crescent and asked to warm it it is cold. Crazy. The owner needs to give their employees a wake up call

I have made my orders ahead of time several times and everytime I am in the store to pick up my drink there is an issue. The baristas are backed up. Im not sure why the App tells me my drink is ready when it is not. I have to wait an additional 5 minutes to receive my drink. The last time I ordered two drinks one soy, the other whole milk and I saw the woman putting whole milk on both. The sad part is that not only am I lactose intolerant, but there is little attention to detail at this location. Seems like you pay for additional shots, soy and who knows what you are actually getting. My drink was also picked up by another customer the last time. As customers please have the courtesy to check your name before taking a sip!

Most of the time I get the cafe late hot. Lately there is barley any coffee in it, it tastes like milk. I have been adding a shot of espresso but I shouldnt. It seems that they are making me add the shot. I am picking coffee and been lately if there is one close by. I will give them a shot again and see what happens.

The store was clean and people super friendly. My only issue is the music was super loud. I had to go outside to.listen to a conference call and it was 104 outside. Not unusual for SB to have loud music over the seating, but wish they could have seating areas with a little less volume.

If I could put more stars, I would ! This place is amazing, amazing staff, So sweet, they’ll go above and beyond to make my visit nice. Good prices and not too busy. And even when they are too busy they still make sure they get your order right. And even if they don’t, they’re super sweet about it and will make it again no problem. Clean place. Amazing. I honestly do not come here for the food or drinks. I only come for the reason that it is quite and I am able to study in a comfortable environment without any conversation or concerns. I come here frequently to study and with this I have seen an improvement with my studying. With the loud place such as my home, Starbucks is the best place to study.

I have to say, Ive been coming to this location for a very long time and Ive only had one issue. The issue I had (long time ago) was ordered a drink thru the drive thru and I received the wrong drink. Yes, a very small mistake, which was fixed.Regarding the wrong drink, I was on my way to work early morning drive thru was packed. When I became my turn to pay and collect my drink, I drive away and took a drink of what I thought I ordered (black coffee). Once I find out that it wasnt the drink I ordered, all I did was called the store let them know, and for the next week all I had to do was give them my name for their inconvenience. Not only did I get a weeks worth of hot coffee I was given a $15 Gift Card.Moral of the story, communication is the key. If people would just communicate in a respectable manor, things would be alright and corrected.My family and I have been coming here since theyve opened this location and have spent many hours in this location and Ive never heard of any of these issues regarding the complaints for the negative reviews.

Every single time i come here the drive thru is super slow. it always takes 15-20 minutes to get my order and twice they didn’t get it right. i’m not one to be picky but when you’re in a rush, in the drive thru for 15+ minutes, and they get your order wrong it gets very frustrating. i only come here because it’s the one closest to home but i might just start going to the second nearest one.

Starbucks locations tend to be the same, delivering overpriced coffee thats irresistibly addicting, but this location takes far longer than any location Ive ever visited. A suggestion, place an order, get gas at the nearby Chevron, play through your favorite game at Game Stop, and pick up some groceries at the Stater Bros across the street. At that point, you should only have about 10 more minutes to wait before your drink is ready. If youre in the drive thru, make sure you fill up prior to, or else youll risk running out of gas while idling in the lane.
