Being situated next to the 22 fwy, Main Place Mall, and several medical facilities, this location is considerably understaffed. Whether corporate unrealistically expects their baristas to operate on a skeleton crew or they simply had call outs, I feel bad for the staff at this location.

Most Starbucks tend to all do well when it comes to maintaining the same taste of their coffees across all stores and this one isnt very different. My coffee was not bad but the experience is where things can always be different and my experience there today wasnt great. I walk in and notice people working hard and fast but no one acknowledges any clients. There are a ton of made drinks lined up where mobile order clients, like myself, cant reach, but since they are all working hard and fast most of us decide to be respectful and wait until we are acknowledged. I waited a few minutes and nothing and when someone came in and went straight to one of the workers and said HEY! I have a mobile order for her name and the person she talked too didnt even look up just told the person behind her to help and then the line of about 8 of us we finally helped and got our drinks. In retrospect I should have been more assertive and asked for my drink but I hate that as a client I have to do that. The best Starbucks always have people working hard and fast like this one but all their employees acknowledge all clients right away, and to me as a client the fact that they dont, at this particular Starbucks, is unacceptable...

I normally come to this location, but ylwont be returning here. Matt the barista was rude, I simply asked a question to which he replied very rudely, he even stated I order a latte next time since I ordered my iced caramel upside down. He didnt do it upside down, when I asked if if he could mix it, he just said at that point is just a latte and next time order that, then he snapped the lid on the coffee making it splatter and was a mess...

I work in the same shopping center and get coffee at this location quite a bit and spend tons of money for my team on a regular basis especially since we are in the same shopping center. I am not really an app person, but my team said that they were giving 1/2 off drinks on Thursdays this month and to download the app. I did but the coupon did not show up. One of my new employees used to work at Starbucks and said they should be able to give me the deal and to just ask. I asked the person there if I would get the deal and he said yes. When my phone was scanned it did not give me the deal. He asked if I just downloaded the app I said yes. He then told me because I just did it, I dont get the deal. I think if someone takes the time to download the app regardless of when. I cancelled and went to Coffee Bean. It is not about the money. The deal should be granted. I have uninstalled the app and not plan on going there again. Coffee Bean is right around the corner.

I like this location and so do alot of other people; very popular Starbucks! The baristas were very friendly, quite likeable which is very important and professional. Also this Starbucks is very clean inside and out... enjoy your coffee indoors or on the patio.Of course they have WiFi for their customers. Would never recommend the reheated/frozen food, but the drinks are good when they make them right, and its also not 99% ice for a $6 coffee like sometimes when I finish my drink its still 3/4 filled with ice which leaves me wondering what the $6 was for, the drink or the ice because I would guess there was more ice than liquid in most of the drinks they make... I dont normally go to Starbucks anymore, not because of any particular incident just tired of the cost for how much drink you get

The quality and attentiveness of service at this location has gone down very very much. I used to come here all the time and always it was greeted and was asked when I walked in the door. now I stood here for over 5 minutes after my mobile order was ready with notification and yet the baristas cannot find my order. second time tap into me and I understand it is busy for the most part. they do a good job. they just need to work on their customer service a lot more. be attentive to your customers that are in front of you, not just what youre doing behind the counter. very important thats all.

This place is consistent with most Starbucks. No specific complaints. Generally fast and clean service. You get the Starbucks quality consistent with most other SB stores. Unless you live under a rock you know what that means—for you. For me Starbucks coffee is incredibly bad if you’re an unsweetened coffee drinker.

I am highly not recommending this place, the lady who was attending me dont know how to work in a coffee shop. I just order a punkin Spice ice coffee, and the lady just give it me whatever he wants, Just she give me a hot punkin Spice, when I am not order that coffee, also I order two venti coffees and Just she give me one. I will call the Starbucks corporation to report her.
