Great location, with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Can get quite busy and crowded, especially during the morning rush, at lunch, and whenever there is a BOGO promotion. For a better experience, order ahead or try to avoid the busiest morning/lunch hours altogether.

I like I like going there cuz I grew up in the city of Santa Ana California and 4th Street is clean they have a lot of shops in their clothes food Plus pawn shops in the coffee shop is very clean and this like old school thats why I love going there with my family my kids as a family Starbucks shop and its not a lot of parking space you have to pay for the parking but its free on Sundays only

I love this Starbucks!! Friendly staff and always trying to make you have a great experience. They get busy starting around 10 am from what I have noticed. You may have to wait for your drink a little longer but they are moving as fast as they can! I tend to go 4 times a week to this Starbucks and they remember me each time! :)

Sandwich was cold in the middle, so they gave me other one thats too hot that it burned my tongue. Iced Matcha latte not blended well. I had to ask two times but their face expressions were rude. I was not being rude and other Starbucks do their drink correctly. Disappointed but maybe they were having bad day or dont know how to do their job.

Today I ordered a cup of coffee at this Starbucks location and waiting approximately 12 minutes to get the cup. I received it and it was lukewarm at best. It was no warmer than a cup of coffee that was left in a car during a warm day. This is the third time in two weeks this location served me lukewarm coffee and I let it go the first two times. I gave this store the benefit of the doubt that they might be overlooking the coffee temperature because of how busy they could be because of this pandemic. Today I finally brought it up to their attention since the store did not look that busy with me just standing at the door. They offered to give me another cup but I would have to wait approximately five minutes for it to be brewed. I decided to take the loss and left. I did not have the additional 5 to 10 minutes to wait for a new pot of coffee to be brewed because they could not monitor the coffee’s temperature like they should be doing in the first place. I left disappointed with the quality of coffee served at this location. I do not think this is fair for me to have to wait 10 to 12 minutes for a lukewarm cup of coffee only to wait for an additional 5 minutes just to receive a hot one. For a coffee store with such a brand name of a reputation it is really un-believable that they cannot monitor the coffee brewing temperature of coffee. Another aspect of bad service is how long it took for a cup of coffee to be poured but that is a whole different issue that needs to be looked at.

I asked for a splash of oatmilk since my cup wasn’t filled all the way and Melanie said “I can charge you for it” after I already paid extra on the app for oatmilk . She gives off an attitude with sarcasm super unprofessional! . Very disappointing. I pay $7 for a drink that’s half made and wants to charge extra for a splash to fill it to the size I originally paid for. I didn’t have my phone In my hand or else I would have asked for a refund on the spot

Great green tea frappe and blueberry scone - my cashier was nice. But they do not offer outlets to charge your phone. This was the only reason I stopped in. As a transport driver I asked if they could charge my phone behind the counter I was told NO. The smericky remark from one of the guys behind the counter, we have had outlets in years! How would I know this as I have never been here before and I even I paid the meter out out front with for 1 hour.... Ill never come to this location again...

Great service, plenty of seating, easily accessible on the corner. The only drawback here is parking can sometimes be further down the street since its in downtown. There is a parking structure caddy corner, every time Ive gone there though, there has been parking available near the front, so its probably not a concern unless there is some kind of event going on. 😉👍

To my dismay, I decided go across to Crave to use the restroom, and get my drink without a bad attitude.. Crave sells drinks too, and has much better service.

I give four stars because everyone here works very hard as they know parking is limited, there is almost always A wait time and the staff works with a sense of urgency. Now minus one star....one Batista has accused me of bringing in an old cup for my refill, yesterday refused service to me altogether. I live across the street at the artist villages. I get up at six am to move my truck out of the public parking structure, I have too many tools to carry up late when I am done working for the day. I was absolutely humiliated in front of a large crowd. I am not posting her name because I believe that would be Taking the Low road. I hope the discrimination ends with this. Made it into Starbucks at 9:56 happy that the ladies were still open. The young lady who made my drink I will leave her name out of this review. Please retrain her on how to make a iced caramel macchiato. I taste no coffee inside of my beverage. I was wondering why it was so hard to shake up and mix it was because the caramel is hard to mix with milk. Typically I shake my drink two times and is ready to drink I was giving milk caramel and nothing else. Cant wait to return to that location for a refund or remake

I had to wait 15 mins to order when there was one person ahead of me, they werent even ordering, from what the cashier and the customer were talking about Id assume they were coworkers. They were just talking and that was the only register open, there were about 4 other baristas there but they were also just socializing . When she finally took my order it took another 15 mins due to the fact that only one Batista was actually making drinks. Not your place if your in a rush.

Since this Starbucks is close to my house and my school its the one I come too. The times Ive come its always a gamble whether or not my drink will come out right. The staff are always friendly which is why I give it two stars instead of one. Once I ordered a drink for myself a double chocolate chip frappe and a strawberries and creme for my sister (which I took home for her). When she tasted it she said it wasnt sweet, she didnt taste any strawberry, and it was mostly just a watery drink just colored a pale pink color. Another instance I went and ordered a strawberry acai drink and it was just mostly watery and didnt taste good at all. When I tried it I was already at school and couldnt go back. Another time I went I ordered three drinks one strawberries and creme, a double chocolate chip, and a vanilla soy latte. This time the barista charged us about $10 and I was wondering why it was so cheap when I usually pay about $15 for 3 drinks. so I let it go. When I got my drink it was good and I had no complaints at all. (I was so relieved) Until we got to the the strawberries and creme. She made it soy so I told her (politely) that I ordered the vanilia latte with soy not the strawberries and creme. She made me another one which I thanked her for and apologized for the trouble. She then told me she forgot to charge us for the vanilla soy latte so I ordered it again (which was no big deal because there was really nobody there just about two to three people) and I finished paying so I just had to wait for it. Once we got it I thanked them again and apologized for the trouble again and was on my way home. The vanilla soy latte wasnt even a full drink that I paid for it was half foam. It wasnt sweet at all and was mostly bitter coffee. I enjoy coming to Starbucks but I just rather go to the local cafe across the street were I know my drink will come out right and I dont have to be that annoying customer who complains about their drinks. I know the baristas already have a hard time trying to acommodate all customers but I still expect to get good quality drinks that I pay for.

I walked in, sat down, and before I could even get my tablet out a manager came over and rudely stated if I was going to sit at a table I needed to make a purchase. I told him I planned to make a purchase just please give me some time and space. Within 2 minutes was back at my table hounding me to make a purchase yet AGAIN. I again stated I would make a puchase if he gave me time but I didnt appreciate him hovering over me and hounding me. He then asked me to leave. I told him I was going to buy something and I had been a loyal customer but because of his behavior would not be returning and furthermore, would post his very rude behavior so other people do not get treated this way.
