I love coming to this Starbucks location! ☺ My wife works down the street from this location, the service is always phenomenal. The Cafe is super clean, major plus! Not to mention, $3.00 Thursday promo today. Awesomeness! Overall, always a great experience. Not leaving out the greatest of details, when I say light ice they put a little bit of ice as it should be. My wife is always happy when I bring her an Iced Matcha Latte 👍

In a VERY disappointing fashion, this Starbucks location is closed on Sunday! How do they assume people don’t need coffee on Sundays?? It’s not like SB doesn’t have an abundance of part time workers to cover the shift. To the management of this SB, Do BETTER!

On my way to my volunteer shift at the, USO at LAX, I stopped here at 6:30. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with up beat greetings. It was a nice way to start the day. Customer service 10! Of course the coffee and breakfast sandwiche were a good start, too! Will definitely be back.

Poor customer service ( I am paying for coffee its not free !!!)I asked for a matcha green tea latte with customization (3 extra scoops and no ice and no foam) in it. They did a poor job. They just added matcha powder in milk and gave it to me.Moreover, I asked for venti, they gave grande on top they made me to stand in line to get the order changed.If you didnt like to serve, better please tell that rather than serving a drink which is too bad.I order many times at this place and never felt like this before. And this time their service is too bad and too worst. (They felt like, as if they are giving me a free drink).

I lost my receipt so i can’t recall the girls name but i absolutely loved her and her service 🥺 i apologized for ordering a complicating drink & she told me it was easy, gave me a big pup cup for my dog & ultimately just made my day so much better because i was stressed out which she had no idea. i always have a great experience there & i’ll deff be back to find her name and make a better review but girl just know i thank you so much 🫂♥️

I personally made a mistake on my.order and free of charge he fixed it then me and my uncle asked for cream but for the third time they re made our drinks and did not charge us. Of course I gave a decent tip but the amazing staff did not only continue to remake the drinks but also educated us on a few things we did not know. If not for the love of Starbucks, for the love off a truly dedicated joyful delightful and amazingly kind staffi recommend this Starbucks more than any other coffee shop I have been to in LA!!! To the staff THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND AND FOR THE EDUCATION ABOUT THE COLD BREW WITH ESPRESSO SHOTS 😎😎 💕

Probably my favorite Starbucks in the South Bay. The store is very clean with clear instructions and barricading for social distancing. And the staff are always very friendly, fast & efficient. Additionally, the mornings I have visited they have great music to pep me up and get me motivated for my day -- this morning they were playing Selenas cumbias from the 90s. It made me happily nostalgic.

I go very often here for my lunch. Sometimes coffee isn’t the same taste but well mostly it’s good. Service is also good but sometimes a female employee is annoyed and I don’t know what’s her problem yet.

Gosh I love the sausage and egg and cheese English muffin. They make a good Americano too. As Starbucks goes, this one is laid out weird....and kinda rough around the edges. No worries though. Gets the job done.

This places staff used to be amazing, friendly fast and know what they were doing. Now the staff here made mistakes all the time, and cant even answer if we could switch the coconut milk to regular milk. And EXTREMELY SLOW. No structure, a person ordered two drinks 10 mins after me got it before I did. Theres always tons of ppl stuck by the door waiting for their drinks, which never happened before.

It’s a decent Starbucks. Located right next to Noah’s Bagels. The parking can be tight at times. The service seemed really nice. There aren’t that many cozy places to sit here. This is a busy in and out place. The music is also pretty loud. It does get really busy.

Friendly employees they get the job done most of the time but are somewhat unorganized. They always seem to scramble during the morning rush. Id recommend assigning people to specific tasks like ONE person for mobile orders versus one for all and all or none type deal. I also see OFF the clock employees in the work area from time to time, chatting it up or getting their own cup of joe. Very unprofessional and not helpful.

It is always busy in this Starbucks but it is in a convenient location. Besides the fact that is is super busy always the service has me coming back.

I love this Starbucks because of the staff. Its pretty safe that you will get typical Starbucks quality in any of their stores but the staff at this location go above and beyond to make you feel like they value you as a guest in their store.

Let it be known that Im only giving this 1 star review after *multiple* bad experiences. When ordering 2 or more drinks, I have always had the baristas make a mistake with at least 1 of them. It can range from something totally benign to a complete mess. Something as harmless as using the wrong sweetener to something more ridiculous like adding milk and caramel to a drink that has neither. If you decide to ask them, nicely I might add, if they can fix it, the employees will glare at you like you offended their ancestors or something and you can either take your messed up beverage and drink it or waste 20 minutes waiting for the correct item to be made. Good luck if you ordered multiple drinks to take back to your co-workers. Basically, the only reason to come here is if you are one person ordering one drink.

After they restructured rewards program, the customer service is terrible. Its so difficult to get a free coffee anymore its ridiculous. Will never go back here again. Ill gladly take my business down the street to 7-Eleven where Im treated like a proper customer.

Well what can I say, if you want a really good cup or coffee, latte or frappcino then this is the place for you. Coffee is fresh, lattes and frappcinos are made correctly. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and will make any drink the way you want it. They also have very pastries and sandwiches. Try it!
