Theyve redone the shop - just a small counter, no display, no menu. If you want to look at drink descriptions, you need to download an app - absolutely no paper or digital displays. And the staff messed up the order - made the wrong drink. Disappointing, as this used to be our go-to Starbucks.

Drinks are great and comes out fast.They renovated this Starbucks to be a grab and go. Not a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and or get any work done or sit and chat with a friend.

I drove by many Starbucks while running errands. ALL of them had a LONG drive thru line. I found this location near Hermosa Beach area off Artesia Blvd. No drive thru ( there was a sign that said Drive thru but it wasnt being used) 🤔There were only a few people in line inside the store. Im glad I stopped. Every now and then you have to get out of your car 😂

My recent visit to the Starbucks located on 1904 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience in this customer service review, as I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my overall perception of this particular store.First and foremost, the staff at this Starbucks were consistently rude and inattentive. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist customers. It was disheartening to witness their disengagement and dismissive behavior towards patrons who were simply seeking a pleasant coffee experience.Furthermore, it was evident that the store was significantly understaffed. There were noticeably long queues, and the limited number of employees seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand. This resulted in excessive waiting times, even when there were only a few customers present. It was frustrating to see such a lack of organization and efficiency within the stores operations.Adding to the chaos, the staff appeared disorganized and confused. They frequently made mistakes with orders, often forgetting to add requested items or mixing up customer preferences. This lack of attention to detail further contributed to the overall negative experience.To exacerbate matters, the stores frequent closures without any specified reason were a recurring issue. It was extremely inconvenient to arrive at the location, only to find it closed. The lack of transparency regarding these closures left customers like myself feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at the Starbucks on 1904 Artesia Blvd in Redondo Beach was extremely disappointing. The rude and inattentive staff, combined with the stores understaffing, disorganization, and frequent closures, created an environment that was far from the welcoming and enjoyable experience one would expect from a reputable coffee shop. I hope that this review will serve as constructive feedback and prompt improvements in customer service and operations for the betterment of future patrons.

$5.45 for this tiny drink. That is an Oatmeal espresso. I would have rather had an oatmeal! With brown sugar and almonds omg! Never again. They are out of Matcha! So heres what I should not ha e ordered. Tiny.

This is by far the slowest disjointed, disorganized starbucks in the area. It consistently takes 30+ minutes to receive my simple iced tea. I keep forgetting how bad they are, now that Ive put their lack of competence in writing Ill remember to not go to this Starbucks again.

Super kind and helpful barista here! Nice small Starbucks. No drive through and parking can get full quickly but they are quick. Order ahead and grab your drink. Nicely clean single unisex bathroom. All handicap accessible.

My lunch, I order a carved ham, Swiss, egg sandwich. I just love this sandwich. Its really delicious. I also enjoy the hot tea there as well. Yummy! 😋

I ordered a hot latte (grande) and was given no sleeve so I asked for one and they didn’t even put it on the cup? I was told they only do that with tall and venti size. With 3 people standing around behind the counter you would think they could serve up some manners. Part of your pricing is because of the effort to serve the coffee with a nice presentation otherwise you’re no different than 7/11. Somebody remind these kids of that…
