Visited my old Starbucks since I was passing Chino, upgraded store, definitely not customer friendly (removed all seating) cashier rang the order incorrectly (I just scanned my cel) didnt notice it until next day. The 800 number took care of it. Glad this isnt my home store any longer

Only 2 stars because the manager eventually gave our money back and the drink. My bf was on his lunch break right now (4/26/24 2:12 p.m.). He got a drink in the drive-through, and we paid at the window. He gave the girl working $10 to reload the amount of the drink, which was almost 7$. We got the receipt saying it was paid for, but then she said it was canceled on her end, so they had to CHARGE HIM AGAIN. Excuse me? No, because she TOOK THE MONEY she gave him $3 in change, keeping the $7. She refused to give him his drink and said he had to pay a SECOND TIME because it messed up on THEIR END. The manager comes over, but this girl doesnt let him come talk to my boyfriend. Instead, she just tells the manager he didnt pay for it at all. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! now she is wasting his lunch break by trying to make him give her more cash. Meanwhile, it still says we paid for the drink on our in-app receipt. As you can see in the picture. (Idk what the .70 charge is for because that only showed up after we left.) Finally my BF said, loud enough for the manager to hear, that she had in fact taken his cash and given him only $3 back in change so he just wanted his drink so he could go back to work as this whole thing took about 15 minutes of his time total. RIDICULOUS to take the cash and have it in your drawer but say it wasnt paid for. And no, the money wasnt on our card as if it hadnt been charged. STILL this girl tries to pay for it a second time with a different card on our account that reads $13.00 even though my bf explained thats been there forever and we cant delete it but it DOESNT WORK. Besides HE ALREADY PAID! I have never seen anything like this before. We go to this Starbucks all the time and never had an issue. But this was just out of line. Again, Im giving a star back because the manager eventually just gives him the drink and $7 back as well, but the time it took cant be given back. Plus, this shouldnt have even happened in the first place if the workers know how to do their job and NOT LIE about having taken someones money. This review is all over the place compared to my usual reviews because Im so mad I cant think. Yeah, its only $7, but you dont take someones money and then say that you have to take it again because YOUR end messed up. Regardless of the amount. Im just baffled by this girls line of thinking and how people who think like that can even get a job handling money and interacting with customers.

We stopped in quick for brewed coffee; one iced and one hot. My wife was waiting in the car so I grabbed our order and we continued our long drive.Something was terribly wrong with the coffee- we are regulars of Starbucks and know what to expect; either they had the measurement of grinds WAY off, or there was some cleaning agent residue in the carafe- it had a bad chemical taste to it.We were already in traffic a good distance away so we contact Starbucks through our app; after a very long wait we are informed that we were supposed to utilize the “barista guarantee” - meaning, tell the barista and they will make it right.I get that, and that generally works when you stay there and drink your beverage- here’s the thing: this one location doesn’t even have any tables or chairs to do so!Plus, Starbucks, what kind of customer disservice are you providing your guests when you have the exact record of our purchases, through the app? You should have called the restaurant and inquired rather than resting on the dismissive excuse that I am to go back to the barista.Let’s not forget, we are still in a free market where the consumer has choices, and we will choose based on Quality and Service, both of which you failed on this occasion

Everyone is real nice but the drive thru takes too long specially in the morning.Then I went another day in the afternoon and I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line . Not the workers fault they only had 3 workers.Then another morning I ordered the mango dragon fruit refresher and they did not tell me they didn’t have the inclusions for any of their cold drinks. What I got was color flavor water. Last time I’m trying this place.

Extremely slow service, and my drinks are rarely ever made correctly. Staff is also unfriendly.

I actually stopped here to use the restroom. Yet, they didnt have one. Compared to a typical Starbucks, this one doesnt have that great ambiance. Its not somewhere where you can sit and enjoy something to drink.

This is the only Starbucks I’ve gone to that doesn’t allow customers to use the restroom. It also has a horrible atmosphere since there are no seating areas inside. And to add more fuel to the fire the employee who took my order wrote it down wrong she gave me a hot drink when I asked for ice. I understand we are human and make mistakes however I told the employees that I ordered iced and as customers kept coming in they kept giving them their drinks. I waited about 15 min for them to give me my drink and to top it off I had to tell a different employee bc the first one took the hot drink and just replaced the label to someone else’s online order and ignored my drink. I will NEVER come here again. If you want good service theirs a Starbucks off of Archibald in Ontario which is 1000 times better than here.

This Starbucks is open 24hours a day and the staff is great, even at 3am. Highly recommend!

Tierra mia still wins this place but the frappe are delicious here I cant lie or hate
