There is no condiment station for adding sugar or cream to beverages. The attitude of staff was inconvenienced when we asked for cream or sugar. Bathrooms require a key code. The latte I ordered was very weak. I used to like Starbucks, but it seems quality and service are lacking these days. I will not be back.

Smaller Starbucks but plenty of seating and not too busy. It has a drive through and is accessible. Staff is awesome! Very friendly and appear to like working with each other. Highly recommend.

Giving it the 2 stars because I love Starbucks and their drinks always come out amazing but, I asked for light ice on all 3 of my drinks and they filled our cups literally almost all the way up with ice leaving us with less of the actually drink for me, my mother, and my sister. I went to the Starbucks, and asked for a black iced tea lemonade, which they had me repeat at least four times. I was then given a cold brew. Not being able to tell the difference it was ice tea or not took a big old sip of coffee. However, I am allergic to coffee, so when I said this to the workers and asking for water, they acted like I was crazy. After rinsing my mouth out and getting my drink, they all stood there and were staring and going, Oh, that’s the girl that’s the girl and did absolutely nothing else, it was the most embarrassing experience, and I’m glad that I have just a mild reaction to coffee And not fell into shock because I don’t believe they would’ve actually been able to help.

I go to Starbucks 2-3Times week to get a cold cream brew or a mango dragon fruit drink and something to eat. I go⁸ to the Downtown location the most. THE staff is very friendly .I have have had the same experience at the other locations

I get coffee here almost daily for my boss and co-workers. We definitely prefer Starbucks over Petes coffee and Dutch Bros. I also enjoy the double bacon egg croissant and the yogurt parfaits or fruit plates. Service is always quick but I do wish all the locations had drive through but they dont and thats ok too.

I love my Starbucks!! However this one has failed me several times. Three times didnt have all the ingredients for my order, which was nothing out of the ordinary. Two times they couldnt make frappuccinos. Other than that they are delightful. The people that work there are nice though.

Upon trying to look at the cup display of everything that actually was for sale I was informed that thats not allowed--you have to have someone assist you.Not sure whats up with this (I collect cups and frequent a lot of stores all over NorCal), this is the first time Ive ever run into this policy at a store. No explanation as to why, just not allowed. Odd, but okay?Also noticed some cups that were labeled not for sale, almost as if it were someones personal cup collection or something (or maybe theyre actually being resold, no clue). These included Been There series cups from Hawaii & other states (amongst other collectable cups that are not actually sold locally like the Pineapple studded venti tumbler, also from Hawaii). Maybe thats why customers arent allowed to touch the cup wall?Either way, off-putting & def wont be back. Half the time if Im not paying close attention the cup comes home with a bent straw or a chip in it & I get annoyed w/myself for missing it--so why would I have someone else get the cup for me if I already know Im going to be particular about its condition? It just wastes everyones time.

Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. Never going back! I was a first time customer and I have never had such bad customer service. I ordered two drinks and waited for them without being told how long it was going to take as well as not being asked my name. I then ordered some pastries and the woman who served me was rude and inconsiderate. I waited more than 20 minutes and when I asked for my order I discovered my drinks in the pick up section for mobile orders! It was a slow day so there no excuse for them to have missed informing me about my order. The whipped cream on my day drinks was melted when I received them because of how long they were sitting there. Customers that ordered after me were greeted nicely and served quickly! I felt so disrespected and I will never go back. If you expect respect and good customer service I dont recommend going to this location.

Dirty! Overflowing trash cans with trash falling on the floor. Five gallons of milk sitting on the counter with lids off. Lids off of everything behind the counter. Random spills, empty boxes and trash on the counters too. Bacon and cheese sandwich tasted like cinnamon, so I assume the oven was dirty too.

Amazing customer service, but they never ever get my simple drink right. It always is messed up in some little way. Clean up crew is very much needed. They are VERY short staffed and the drama is out of hand. You can hear them complaing about other coworkers or maybe even customers just sitting at the tables waiting for your coffee.

The staff are really pleasant and happy to do their job. The cafe seating and tables is quite small only about 5-6 tables; and one, maybe, open at any given time. There isnt an air curtain, above the entrance, like most other Starbucks; so there are an annoying amount of flies around the front windows and tables there.They are quick to clean a mess and the store is impressively clean, aside from those flies.

The person taking my order at the drive thru today was the most unprofessional Starbucks worker Ive ever encountered (and Ive encountered a lot) He acted like hed rather die than be taking my order. I used to like this location, but it’s become very disorganized and overcrowded. I ordered ahead on the mobile app like I usually do, which usually get you an estimated p/u time. I got there probably about 1-2 minutes past the p/u time. 1. I couldn’t get to the pick up area to ask because they had a ball of people standing waiting for their orders. This in of itself is disturbing since I noticed a few of them were not wearing their face masks. As I waited for the groups of people to disperse (about 5 minutes) and finally got to the pick up area, they didn’t even have the drink ready and requested I waited an additional 5 minutes so that they could prepare my drink. This has happened to me multiple occasions at this particular location. I hope this gets sorted out.

Took a very long time to get my brewed drip coffee. The label shows I wanted almond milk but the coffee was black with no kind of cream.Also not Starbucks fault for the amount of homeless around store. But they should call the county every day to complain.The trashes outside needed attention. There was overflow and garbage on ground. These clearly werent checked in a long time.

And it is the best. The atmosphere is cozy the seats are comfortable the staff is friendly the consumers and customers are usually pretty nice to great place to hang out

This is the Starbucks closest to where I work and I try to avoid it as much as possible. They consistently burn the espresso so it’s always extra bitter and nasty, they lose drink orders all the time and then just forget about you, drinks never seem blended enough. It doesn’t matter what you get it’s not good. The staff are nice enough but clueless.

This morning I went to get a coffee. I decided to go through the drive through considering I have a one month old baby. Figured it would be faster and easier. But to my surprise the lady was very rude after I said she got my order wrong and slammed her little window. By this time after waiting 10 minutes just for her to take my order (there was one person in front of me) I was irritated and just wanted my coffee. So i honked my horn which got someones attention and finally I received the correct drink.. no compassion for a new mom to be had. I hope when that little girl has a kid someone treats her just the same. Poor customer service

This is a great Starbucks. Always good service here and theyre usually pretty quick. I come here pretty regularly as its close to work. I think going inside is sometimes quicker than going through the drive-thru if theres more than two or three cars there.

My recommendation is to go to the Starbucks in the Marketplace, NOT this location. Inconsistent drinks almost every time I come in...Drinks not filled all the way either..Stale bagels too. Often friendly staff but it doesnt excuse wrong drinks made consistently inconsistently. Some new staff lately and I can understand learning but it has been this way for a while. Starbucks is expensive, should be more worthwhile to want to go to this location and not feel like Im taking a risk with if Ill get a correctly made coffee today and waste $5. I dont want to keep being discouraged from going here. Be better please!

Absolutely disgusting service. 20 min wait for an iced coffee which didnt even come with ice. Staff argued with me about the size of the coffee as I wanted Venti size, and apparently the Nitro Cold Brew is supposed to be served in Grande size only. I paid for a Venti sized coffee and stated that it didnt have to be Nitro, regular Cold Brew was ok but I was served with the smaller size. The sales board clearly states the price as $4.45 yet I was charger $4.95...I have only purchased this coffee 3 times at 3 different locations and each time, I have received the larger size. No ice and no syrup as requested, last time I will purchase from this location. Your staff need better training as the excuse provided for the delay was that they are also serving drive thru clients. If a team of 7 people cannot manage the store correctly, get new staff or better managers.

This place is next to 7-Eleven and WITH a drive through. Do NOT post wrong review for a wrong Starbucks, folks. This place is frequently visited by Sheriff & CHP officers. No worry, they provide extra security & they dont bother you at all. 2 out of 3 times I came here I saw cops either sitting inside or outside. Its probably because it is a convenient location off 101 fwy. Baristas are good. I see customers from all walk of life coming here. It can be rowdy at times. They do have 2 unisex restrooms, unlike the one next to Costco (only 1).

I am so disappointed of this location. Today i submitted a mobile order while i was coming from my home. Mobile order should at least take 3-6 minutes. I arrive at this location and all i see a huge line of customers waiting in line to get their coffee but i still dont see my coffee in the mobile order section. I waited a few minutes more. After another 5 to 8 minutes i STILL DONT SEE IT COMING OUT! I got really irritated because i had to get to work on time. I go up to the register and i asked the girl where was my frappuccino and she looks over to the small printer and she was looking through the receipts that were coming out of the printer. So they didnt prepare my cup with a label in the first place. I get there no coffee ready after 10 MINUTES. This is ridiculous. IM NEVER GOING TO PLACE A MOBILE ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. Management should read this review and tell employees that mobile orders need to be prioritized. Because if you order via mobile is because i dont want be waiting in line. This place should be like the Starbucks on Stony Point and Sebastopol Rd. Ive never had to wait for my coffee there. ALWAYS ON TIME!
