Great place to stop by right off the freeway. Easy drive-thru and the quality is good. I also tried the oatmeal and it was delicious and super healthy I definitely recommend. And the drink is a mix of green tea and Frappuccino all iced up. Its very refreshing. I would return and recommend.

Gentlemen at the register messed up all three drinks he may have been new but I repeated each drink size and whether it was hot or cold. Also needs to work on being personable I was a Barista for 8 years loved working at Starbucks being friendly and communicating with my customers I didnt get that at all here. Less speed more personal experience I wasnt in a rush .

Ordered 2 large ice waters with dried strawberries. The total was 10.10. I was in the drive thru so I didn’t make it a big deal. I mean are you kidding me 10.10.for tap water. I did call the manager and she was to busy but the person that answered told me “we charge for a speciality tea because a lot of people were doing this”. All I can say is WOW. Starbucks isn’t making enough money they have to do this !!!! No thank you! Starbucks you lost of loyal customers.

Hope they can clean the dust and dog hairs in the place. If you are allergic then avoid at all costs. It needs a deep clean. Wet wipe. Plus I have no idea why they can not vacuum crumbs/dust instead of sweeping dust onto customers and into the air creating a mist through the sunrays. Staff are nice. Perhaps clean the stores floor after hours?

This Starbucks always has a wonderful staff. The downside is the pathetic parking lot that is usually full from other business around and it and the typical homeless that enjoy the comfortable indoor temperature which of course they cannot ask to leave.Maybe they should have a homeless section similar to how they use to have a smoking only section. Sadly the politics that the company Starbucks adheres to let’s minorities and people who abuse them walk all over them.

Do not recommend!Only thing good about here is they made our drinks correct the first try.We ordered 2 baggels and 2 morning buns, so after our drinks came out we were waiting on the food and after like 15 minutes the lady asked what we needed, we informed her we were waiting on our food so she went to go look, come to find out it was made, and was ready before our drinks were, but it was all left on the counter by the machine. So irritated with our cold food I checked the bags and saw there was no cream cheese. I asked for some and she said with a really bad attitude we didn’t order it and had to wait in line to purchase cream cheese.Only nice person there was the older lady that handed us our drinks.

Went through the drive through. Waited in line for 25 minutes. Waited 5 more minutes to order and then drove to the window. The 2 people in side did not come the window. Just ignored us. I guess they were closed. Lots of cars behind me and when I first arrived there was lots in front of me. How rude. They need a sign. Will never go back there. This happened at 1:30 today

Ordered a venti iced royal black tea latte on mobile order. We went through the drive through, ordered more drinks as a group, and when we went to the window the barista said my mobile order “wasn’t there”. She also gave us attitude 🙃 I showed her on my phone it was the correct location and she said they would make it and to pull over and they would bring it to our car. We waited another 15 minutes and they didn’t bring anything. I went inside and it was just sitting on the counter. (Plus I noted in my mobile order that it would be a drive through). And they made the drink wrong! Hands down my worst experience at Starbucks.

I got scolded for adding to my order at the window. When their job is to sell coffee and they tell me no, then why even be open at all? Management here is terrible. And my original order tasted like garbage. Ive noticed that Rodney doesnt use the full pumps of syrup that you ask for. He barely presses down to about a quarter of the way and counts it as 1 full pump of syrup. Maybe the other employees are following his lead which is why my drink tasted like watered down coffee.

This was a great Starbucks to work at. I was visiting and needed to stop in to grab a coffee and check some emails. The staff was friendly and although the lobby was on the smaller side, there was plenty of movement from other visitors to allow for seating.

We always hit this place when go in or out of state because of its easy access location. But seriously, how many Starbucks close at 9pm??? This is the second time we tried to get coffee here at night and found them closed. I can understand the first time because it was 10 pm, but 9 pm are you serious? Its okay to say hello pretty lady they spent hours putting their makeup on usually when they dont have to wear a mask. I miss the beautiful ladies how about the rest of you would you like to see them not have a mask. CDC orders are very clear why cant the American people step up and follow the greatest scientist that ever lived he devoted his entire life to it. This place sucks. The people that were working were rude and not friendly at all. Would it kill them to smile? At least apologize for the wait. They made my drink then kept it behind the counter while my other drink and food were placed on the pick up bar. I waited for over 10 minutes, they ignored me and I finally had to get the attention of one of the baristos to ask for my drink. Overall, I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

I come to this location every once in a while. The staff isnt rude nor are they friendly. My drink came out tasting only of steamed milk without the coffee. The barista taking my order started yawning my face when I was in the middle of ordering. While the others are making fun of people who order the light frappucino with extra whip cream. I dont think in a service business that they should be making fun of customers while there are others in the store. Its not appropriate. Gossip amongst yourself on your own time.

Slow service, with an attitude. Always out of whatever they are promoting, cups, you name it. Was there last night at 9pm, they close at 10. The girl on the speaker said they could only make Grande drinks because its after 9, they had already cleaned, and they are low on Venti cups. 1. It doesnt matter what time it is. You. are. OPEN. Youre supposed to make whatever people order. 2. Your equipment is going to get dirty regardless of what size drink you make. You close at 10 not 1 so you dont have much room to complain. 3. I really dont think you were running low on cups. Thats such a lame excuse. And if you were, management: cups do not expire. Order by the boatload if needed. When I got to the window the blonde girl working refused to give me her name after I asked 3 times. Your superiors or corporate can look up who was working but i mean okay sure just dont give your name because you know you screwed up. Ive brought issues up to management in the past at this location. The manager did say she was sorry for the issue but then negated it with its all the stores in the valley not just us. No. Its really just you. The locations in Cathedral City and Palm Springs are fantastic. Never had an issue. Never had an issue with the La Quinta Cove store or the store on Washington. Or the Cook location. Its always just this one. Yes I go to Starbucks everyday. I dont like complaining but its gotten out of hand.

Came to palm desert to visit my brother and during the day its very hot so we would hangout at this starbucks and get some cold water for about an hour each day. The manager Carmen embarrassed me in front of other customers for using the restroom too long which was only about 10 min. I have a condition which I need to use the bathroom more than most. When she confronted me she also accused me of stealing the previous weekend which wasnt me because I was not even in town. She also told me since I had not bought anything that I shouldnt be using the bathroom so much and that it was rude to sit inside and drink water without buying anything. I called her supervisor Justin and he said it was just a misunderstanding. I was very upset and wanted an apology from Carmen but he said thats not gonna happen. Im very surprised in the way this was handled. The whole thing was extremely embarrassing.

This Starbucks was non-accommodating to gold members. The girl at the register would not refill my iced coffee, even though, I had bought my iced coffee there at that store location. She said they only do refills within 30 minutes of your purchase. I had never been told that before at any other Starbucks. And I was purchasing more drinks, at the time, I was expecting to get a refill, as i usually do. The barista was probably in her early 20 s and did not impart good customer service. And also, the bathroom, I tried to use, was absolutely filthy! And therefore could not use. The barista send she would take care of it but did nothing to actually keep her word.

The fresh brewed cup of coffee not only let me forget the bad days but also relaxes me.I am writing this review to share my experience at the Starbuck store located at 78385 Varner Rd, Palm Desert, CA 92211. This place was my favorite place to stop for a cup of coffee as I need to drive to California and back to Arizona at least once a month.On 2nd of January, 2019, my family stopped at this place for a cup of fresh brewed hot coffee at around 8:50pm. My wife walked into stores but no one greeted her, 3 employee was busy cleaning the stores (mopping and cleaning the restroom). The only guy took the order and lady with eye glasses prepare the coffee from behind the counter. My wife noticed that lady with eye glasses start touching the equipment and made the coffee without washing her hands from mopping the floor. My wife came back to car and sip the coffee from a cup she just bought. She told me that the coffee was not right. The concentration of the coffee is very week with lukewarm water. I took the coffee back to the store but the employee lock the door as it just passed 9pm. I knock on the door to talk to one of the employee. I told the one who open the door about the condition of the coffee we just purchased (lukewarm and concentration of the coffee). She simply lock the door after telling me come back tomorrow.The Starbuck is known to me as friendly and always keep the freshness of the coffee at right temperature. This particular Starbuck failed both, rude and bad quality. I threw the coffee away in right front of the store.I am not sure whether the barista would treat Caucasian the same way they treated my wife with lukewarm coffee? Or is it that Starbuck losing its edge with their employee training and let any non-qualified person to be food service and became barista (she is not qualify to be barista) ?I hope Starbuck come back to its sense that I can continue to enjoy without worrying about whether I will get good coffee or not.The loyalty goes both way. I will be loyal to Starbuck by keep coming back; Starbuck loyal to me with fresh coffee at right temperature. I can tolerate some rudeness as they are also human. But I cant not tolerate bad coffee from Starbuck.Starbuck, if you are reading this review, can you re-train them?
