In terms of location and atmosphere, it is my top 5 Starbucks I have been so far.But after COVID fades away, I started noticing this Starbucks store’s music changed to more clubbing genre and louder. Today, I finally used my Apple watch to measure how loud the music is, which showed around 40-45 decibels. I was sitting at the far corner, away from cashier. I could not too focus on reading my book.I dont know if it is Starbucks policy to broadcast louder, pop music. I have not heard holiday music yet today. I feel the 3 ladies talking were fighting with the background music. I sent my feedback to Starbucks to clarify if it is their policy to broadcast a particular kind of music.Thank you.

I usually get a drink here, not food. Im in and out. This is not my usual store, but they do greet me by name when i walk in. Nice to feel welcome!

Great Starbucks with a lot of room to sit and work if you need. The staff is super friendly, especially Sav. They always get my order right and they take the time to make it so it’s not rushed which can take a few extra minutes if they’re busy, but it’s worth it! Lots of parking as well

Christian at this location had an awesome suggestion. I got a new fav drink. 🙌🏽 This location is always friendly and big bonus —plenty of parking compared to most locations in LA. No drive thru, though.

The staff is great, always helpful and welcoming. The drinks are consistent every time. Service is fast and with a smile. If you are a regular customer they get to know you by name and will usually great you with it! I do wish that they had a larger selection of merchandise but not everything can be perfect!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and quick service. Enjoyed a frappucino while relaxing on the patio.

So the baristas here are usually great, sometimes there is a small wait, it seems like they get a lot of mobile orders. BUT if you are coming here to work Id suggest going somewhere else. A lot of their seating is taken up by regulars who literally stay most of the day (Im genuinely not kidding, I see the same people in there almost every time) and there are very few outlets. Literally only one wall outlet in the entire store, which is the only outlet to fit any laptop adapter. Just a heads up if thats part of your reason for the visit.

Never ready always running behind! What’s the purpose of ordering on the app!!! They are good when they are good ……the baristas always look flustered. I have come to that store twice in one week and both times I had to leave with out my food, I shop here all of the time, they need help! I dont have 20 minutes to wait on microwaved food …. I have a job I have to get back to! Never going back to this one I will drive to west hell first or never deal with Starbucks again. It’s not that good!

This is a real well located Starbucks, on the outskirts of a giant shopping center inside a even bigger mixed use development, located five miles away from the Airport. I often find myself killing time in this area waiting to pick my boo up. Added bonus this Starbucks location is next to a Whole Foods for pre or post lax shopping!
