Okay first off, I know this is not just a this location issue. These drinks are way too damn expensive. I only went because I was given a gift card. If a coffee is gonna cost 6 dollars, there better be some good service that comes with it. This location does not provide that. I often wait more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. The employees arent very nice with the exception of one or two, and take way too long. I have had them forget multiple things in my order before. People. Stop going to Starbucks. Its way overpriced.

Update your times. I ordered at 4:35 am on the mobile app. Order went through, got to the drive through and no one answered. I waited for about 3 minutes until I pulled forward. There were 2 employees who both looked right at me and ignored me. So I called the store. A woman picked up and I said I put in a mobile order and just watched you both look at me and walk away. She said we’re not open I’m not sure how it let you place a mobile order. I can send it to a different store. I don’t have time to go all the way to different store hence the reason I chose this one close to my job. No refund right now. I have to come back I was told. Update your app and what it says online Starbucks because both say they open at 4:30 and start accepting orders.

I will let the picture speak for itself. Multiple times my drink was 50% whipped cream. Once time they filled the bottom third with whipped cream and put the drink on top.

Update: Tried again after 2 years. Same exact thing happened. Thes people dont know how what “Verry very little cream” means. They serve you a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Disgusting.Original review: I dont usually have a problem with Starbucks but this particular location is a joke.I ordered iced coffee with one (0.5oz) creamer and the hand me a cup that is about 90% creamer.I park, walk in, ask again for a iced coffee with very little (0.5oz) creamer and 2 minutes later they give me a cup thats about 99% creamer. I ended up pitching the thing in the trash because I had already wasted 20 minutes trying to get a cup of coffee and was late for work.Ive ALSO been served raw bacon at this location. When I called to report the raw bacon to the store some snarky 13 year old boy with a lisp had the nerve to tell me it was impossible because their bacon comes pre-cooked and they just heat it up. Like I dont know what raw bacon looks like?!Look at the pictures Ive attached. Pathetic.

There are two girls here who always make my drink so that it’s the best coffee in the world, some staff who do it decently (at the level you’d expect) and then there are constantly new staff who make my drink and it’s pretty gross. I love this store because it’s close to my job for my breaks but it’s a gamble sometimes

Great customer service! I had to take my son to the restroom while they were making our drinks and during that time some girls stole my sons drink. Another lady saw it and told us when we came out to retrieve them, the Starbucks staff made us a new drink and I didnt even have to ask for it. Not only that but the fellow who rang up our order was super friendly and helpful. Ill definitely go to this location again even though its out of my way

I wont go into the details, but I was shocked at the way my order was handled. Basically I paid to fix my order bc they were out of the ingredients, but I had already paid for it. And then i paid again for coffee to add to and fix the drink.I work in customer service so I give a lot of room to other service workers, but this was insulting.

Location is hidden in far corner of parking lot so it seems quieter than many Starbucks. Service is timely and effecient. Most times i enjoy mochas and teas that i order but a few times they have messed up. Drinks in a few instances seemed watered down w/ limited or no flavor. Food always taste good.

I have been coming to this store since it opened. The past few visits have been less than impressive. My order has been wrong each time in one way or the other and they act like I am the one who stated my order wrong. I am very careful to state my drink (the only one I have ever ordered) as I do ask for a few extras. Today I noted it was incorrect when handed to me. The cashiers comment was I didnt make it. Not, can I fix it for you, just do you want your receipt. There are other stores close to my work so I guess I will start going to them from now on after many years.

Ordered thru the app. Twice today for a full car, most of our items were great and as expected. Took off one star because the bacon egg sandwich had undercooked bacon which kind of ruined that one. I dont think that issue is unique to this location sinceI think those foods are prepared elsewhere.

This is a really great Starbucks and all the employees have been super sweet. I wanted to check the reviews because I felt so sorry for the employees who I witnessed being abused over the phone by a guy who had come in and acted annoyed and then promptly called in (I guess trying to hide his tirade from bystanders) screaming and cussing at employees. I talked to them a little bit about it, and sure enough he’s on the reviews here calling a very sweet and professional employee a “13 year old with a lisp” - this guy apparently acts ok in public and then thinks it’s ok to scream and cuss people out (who were actually being remarkably professional) - and it isn’t ok. I wanted the employees to know that the rest of us see you, how hard you work to try to get people’s orders right, and how you work to make things right when there’s a mixup or mistake.The guy is also just flat wrong, all it takes is a quick Google search to see that the bacon comes pre-cooked. Starbucks doesn’t have the time or the equipment to cook it fresh in store- they just heat it up. If your bacon was cold just ask for another sandwich?? It’s not ok to be abusive to people, especially covertly so you won’t get called out, and take your issues out on innocent folks trying to do their job.Anyway bravo to the several employees who have had to handle this dude so far. I hope you guys get nicer customers in the future.As far as the store goes- it’s a pretty great Starbucks! Really nicely located, has a good drive through, and friendly service. I’m there a lot as my Mom lives on that street, and it’s a nice place to go and get some work done if need be.

I come to this starbucks pretty often because it is close to school for me, but its not a great Starbucks. I often have to wait for a barista to come take my order even when Im the only one in line and the store is empty, they take FOREVER to get peoples orders done, theyre often wrong, and many times my order is done after people who ordered after way after me (I pretty much only drink white mochas which other stores make pretty quick) I only come here due to the convenience of the location. Im a Starbucks Gold Card holder and this is one of the worst stores ever.

Drive thru is disgusting. That aluminum counter where they hand you your beverage is so dusty. They are handling food and beverages and couldn’t even wipe down the counter. You have to ask them everything from napkin, straw, stopper. Nothing is given without you asking. Poor customer service.

Ive left bad service reviews here before but things have changed, just really dissapoitned I got serve iced water not iced coffee. Came here to get a coffee I usually get, but it tasted like the beans had been burnt during roasting. Ive also finally figured out why they call it Venti (which is 20).. because it must only be 20oz. Not only did it taste bad, but not even worth the $5 anymore. Went to Dutch Bros to get my coffee experience back, so much more satisfied. 32oz of better tasting coffee for the same price.

I come here every weekday before work. Half of the time my drink is exactly what I ordered. The other half not. I let it go, because mistakes happen. As a customer here I pay a lot of money for coffee. Today I placed a mobile order per the usual and they lost my order. I realized this when after 20 minutes my drink had not been made. This made me late to work. When I finally tasted my Carmel macchiato I was blasted with peppermint. Who puts peppermint shots in a Carmel macchiato?! Was I punished because I asked to check on the order I placed 20 minutes prior? Since I already left and paid for my drink, I can’t go back and ask for a refund or a new drink. Now I have a drink that is a waste. I will not be ordering Starbucks from this store going forward. That is a big loss considering I pay for a 6 dollar drink every day of the week for weeks.
