After reading the reviews I decided to check it out myself, stopped by on Wed around 2pm, as the reviews said, its a clean, nice place. Kenny came out and greeted me, we talked about the different % of tints. I ended up getting the ceramic tint 15% in rear, and 35% for the front. It took about an hour to an hour and a half. Almost took a nap on the massage chair 😀. Excellent work, looks great, and a lifetime warranty. Thank you Kenny. 👍👍

Kenny is very professional and to the point. He answers all of your questions to make sure you are getting what you want. He is very clean and makes sure your car is nice and dry after his work is complete. Highly recommended and he warranties his work which is great. Tint came out great. Shop is nice and the waiting room is even nicer. Massage chair, two couches, TV, Free Wifi, and a fridge with free drinks!!

I highly recommend this place!!! before I decided to go here I got other quotes elsewhere but wasnt satisfied, reason why I choose this place was for their ratings and price!! I contacted then via Yelp and Kenny messaged me within minutes, I made my appointment and met him personally, very nice and friendly. He did an awesome job on the tint!! I choose 35 carbon on the front windows and 5 carbon on the back windows!! I absolutely love it. I just should have gone a little darker in the front ☹ other than that I am a very satisfied customer!!! Thank you Kenny!!!

Very professional work, appointment is a must. Punctual and best prices, he has couches for you to sit and a little fridge with free drinks. You can help yourself to coffee and there is a unisex bathroom on site. He was quick and did an excellent job.

Best window tinting shop in LA county. Period.I do not write a review on another’s business. But Kenny is simply the best when it comes to vehicle window tinting. I had him tint all my cars over the past 4 years and I love love love his skills to a point where I am writing this.I am very impressed the ceramic film Kenny offers. I used to have 3m crystalline and Lumar. And I can tell you those were underwhelming as I was able to tell the heat penetrates the film fairly quickly on hot days unlike Kenny’s ceramic film.I know I will be coming back here for all my future cars.* Update;Kenny did it again. Beautifully applied ceramic film all around the car.No trapped dirt. When I opened each window to see how the film was applied at the edge, I could tell this guy is simply the best. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be coming back to Kenny for my future needs.

Awesome. I set up an appointment, he gave me an estimated wait time, and met the goal.Waiting area is clean, has a TV, wifi, free drinks (water, soda, juice, coffee). Makes waiting 1-1.5 hours bearable.Theres a window in the waiting area, so you can see Kenny do his work.I had the ceramic tint applied to my car, and it was worth every penny. He has a demo of all the different types of tint, along with a heat lamp so you can feel how heat affects the tint.

This is the best place to get you windows tinted in So Cal. The customer service is the best I had experienced. Got my window Tinted on a 2017 Mazda CX-5. This place stands behind their work, Recently the passenger front window tint started slightly peeling. They fixed it!! No questions ask.

This is my 5th time going here. Kenny is very nice and helpful. Hes always quick and has your vehicle ready when he tells you. Havent had any issues with bubbling or the tint coming off. Highly recommend him for tint services. Just make sure to give him a call to book an appointment.

Kenny is amazing. I have gotten my windows tinted him with around 3 times and he never fails. Great service, the lounging area is clean and also has free beverages. Definitely recommend this place. The times I have gone I’ve gotten ceramic and it’s a game changer in the summer. Keeps the cool in and the heat out.

Ive been coming to him with my vehicles to be window tinted for about 10 years now Ive moved to SD and since I come visit family in east los Angeles when ever I get a new car I make sure Kenny still tints my windows when I come up I make sure to pay him a visit by getting on the schedule since he is super busy, dont forget to tip him he will appreciate that you notice how hard he works to make your car look excellent! And how nice and cool he keeps his establishment for your enjoyment with beverages, snacks,65 inch TV, massage chair, clean restroom and air conditioned while providing you with some of the best tint in the industry!

Previous reviews are not a lie. I contacted Kenny to ask about the price and schedule. He was ready for the work that the time we confirmed. Also, he finished the work at his promised time (90 mins).When I visited his shop, he helped me out to make a decision with the demo heat lamp. If I choose this, I will feel this amount of heat, and if I choose that, this amount. it is a very interesting demonstration and a definitely good way to communicate.His work is amazing and the same quality as other peoples review. Definitely come back when I need another window tinting. Thanks!PS. His work comes with the lifetime warranty (I am pretty sure I dont need that warranty due to his high-quality work) and very comfy lobby area.

Over the past 5 years I’ve taken a Civic, BMW 530I, Tacoma, Tucson, RAV4 and a Kona here. All of the work he does is great and having the lifetime warranty adds piece of mind. This is my go to window tent place and recommend all my friends here. You won’t be disappointed by the work he does.

Thanks Kenny for superb tint job and service. Appreciate the fast response over the internet and explaining the difference in tint qualities in person.Kenny quoted a price and 1.5hr to complete the job for a new Mercedes. When I got there, I decided to upgrade to the ceramic tint which was twice as much in cost but he was reasonable and fair to not over charge me. Finished the job in 1hr.Excellent experience and I highly recommend. Thank you!

Owner was super helpful, nice clean place very comfortable lounge, free drinks and snacks there is a massage chair as well. Made appointment and was out of there within an hour. The tint was perfectly applied no bubbles or scratches. All tint comes with lifetime warranty. 5 stars all the way only place Ill ever go to. I paid 170 for some decent tint.

Just got my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback windows tinted here . I was looking around for the best most reliable place around town and i had seen nothing but great reviews about Kenny and his work . After bringing in my car here i 100% reccomend and agree with all the previous reviews . Kenny walked me through all the different types of tint and was very informative as well as answering all my questions . The shop is a very clean neat setting and he gives very accurate time frames for the job to get done . I choose this place because it had a 4.9 star with awesome reviews. When I got there the person (Kenny) was professional but very blunt when you ask him questions. I took my parents car there to get tinted. It’s a 2012 Honda Accord very clean. My parents didn’t want to pay the high amount for the ceramic, so they got the regular tint which isn’t that bad at all. So when we told Kenny that we were going with the regular tint he shook his head and said ok will be done in 2 hours. Four days later my parents looked at the car and said “hey there are some bubbles”, so I told them wait another day and see if it’s still there. Well ... apparently it didn’t go away, so I advised my parents to go back and bring the car and show Kenny that there are bubbles. So the warranty for this tint is a lifetime but Kenny advised my parents that the bubbles are there because the lint is between the window and the tint and he wasn’t going to fix it but he did fix some other bubbles. At this point I am scratching my head thinking wouldn’t it be his fault because he didn’t clean the windows properly if there is lint inside the tint? So he should redo the tint which he said he is not going to. Well ... my parents didn’t want to argue with him and so they have decided to stick with the tint hoping nothing else goes wrong with the tint. I would definitely not take any of my cars there. But if you still choose to use this place to tint your car after reading this, I would definitely recommend that you ask Kenny questions especially about lint that may be stuck in between the window and tint due to not cleaning the window properly before putting on the tint that may cause bubbles if he will redo the tint. Kenny is the man! He is very courteous and customer oriented. I made an appointment and wasnt too sure of the type of tint I wanted. He took his time and explained the different types and he also let us experience the tint with his heating lamp demonstration. I decided to go with the ceramic tint and I am very pleased with the results.The waiting area is very clean and inviting; with the beverages and snacks, you dont mind waiting the hour and a half.I will definitely recommend Star Window Tint to my family and friends.

This is your first and last stop for tint. Kenny has alot of tint selection depending on your budget. He did a heat demonstration regarding each type of tint. Protecting you and your car interior should be a big consideration when choosing the right tint. My advice? Get the good stuff. Get the Rayno Phantom S9 ceramic tint. You get what you pay for and believe me its worth every penny. Lifetime warranty included
