2022-10-07 19:14:07Wow...not expecting great service in these type of chains, but Im really happy with the experience I just had.I came in to print some travel documents in color from a USB. Ive done this before at other locations, so Im familiar with the process for how to use their self-serve copiers. For some reason, it wasnt reading my USB (which Ive also used before many times). I went to the counter and the lady there said she could print them for me. They took up an entire page because I forgot to resize them and she even offered to do it and make smaller copies. I didnt want her to go through the trouble so I just accepted the first ones printed. I then pulled out my wallet to pay and she told me not to worry and that she wasnt going to charge me since I was having trouble.I know it was just a couple bucks, but these little gestures of kindness matter. I didnt catch her name, but her customer service and kindness totally made my day. Thanks!
