Made a print order online and chose this store for in-store pickup. After picking it up, I decided to add foam backing & lamination. Taylor & Julio were very helpful going over my different print options and I was able to wait in store for the lamination. Will be returning to this store for in-store pickup.

Went to return an item that I ordered online. The gentleman named Julio was passive aggressive when assisting me with my return. He asked what kind of return I had and I told him what store I purchased the item from. He then proceeded to state I didnt ask where you bought it from, I asked what kind of return you had.A rude statement to make to a customer who doesnt work for staples or has any knowledge on the different types of returns they offer. He then proceeded to explain the different color codes on the barcode which let them know what kind of return it is. Green label is for express returns sweetheart. Way to mansplain things to me.Thank you Julio for this useless information that I will not commit to memory because I dont work for staples.

Andres was incredibly helpful today with helping us select a laptop and a chair today. Very friendly very personable and the store itself has great deals!
