All the associates in the printing section were so very helpful. They had such a great attitude. I was ordering celebration of life cards for my mother’s funeral and was feeling very emotional, but the first associate that helped me was so patient and helped me create the card. After I left, I noticed I needed to make a correction, so I went back and a different associate helped me with the same helpful attitude and made the correction for me and reassured me my revision was going to work. When I picked up the order, another associate was just as helpful and pleasant. I know they didn’t know how emotional I was feeling going through this process, but they were all so sweet, pleasant, helpful that I can honestly say I have never received such great thoughtful service. Great staff! They all deserve a promotion!!! Please thank them for me.

As reported to store mgr. the employees are terrific. I recently relocated from Lake Havasu, AZ. to Temecula and have found the expertise at this store to be most xclnt like my prior store. Yes, they can be busy with Amazon returns, but when they are focused on you its A service !!

I went to have a form to print and was having difficulty. I keep telling the American male that it is not going through, keep repeating same statements, might be in your spam, but none coming in my email. I finally gave up, it’s alright I will just have to go to other place, and he just said okay…….I’ve been to other staples especially in Los Angeles areas and they were very helpful and accommodating but not this particular store. 09/25/2023, 1855

I just have to say denise from the print and go section of staples....... She is an absolute angel....... Why isnt this employee the manager by now? I had to go there to print some things today and its always stressful when you have to print your tax return or disability paperwork and its just. A hassle and emotional but. I Was delighted To go and print somethings With denise. You have a smile that can turn any frown upside down .......

I needed blueprints printed up on a Sunday and Staples was the only shop open and able to get it done. Shout out to McKenna for the excellent customer service and making me feel like a priority 👍 I will definitely be back for my next big print job!

The lady working in the print center is completely unhelpful and VERY rude. Takes twice as long as it should because she is on a power trip instead of just explaining the process. Odd at best
