2024-06-15 23:21:46Ive been using Staples printing service for banners for the art gallery in which I am a member. Print quality is important! I am extremely happy with the product I receive - the price - the quality and the turn-around time. And while I am picking up my banners, I buy paper, ink cartridges - you name it. Rewards were set up on my phone by a clerk in the printing department so last time I picked up banners I bought packing tape with my rewards. Win/Win all the way!

2021-08-25 05:01:16I’ve had a few things (invites, cards, etc.) printed here over the years and it was okay enough quality (paper and ink wise). I would say that for personal use it’s mediocre, but I don’t know if I’d ever use them for professional/business use. I’ve had similar things printed through those online sites and the online sites’ quality was always better in comparison …but Staples is faster if you need something in a hurry because you don’t have to deal with shipping timelines. Speaking of, if you drop something off at the store they’ll tell you that they can do it right then (without you even asking them to do so) and you’ll think to yourself “oh what great customer service”. Wrong. It’s a trap! Watch out for this because they’ll charge you a “rush” fee that you won’t know of until you get the bill and you’ll be like “uhhh, I didn’t need this right away…there was no rush…”. Sorry about my luck, I guess? Darn. Also, count your items before you leave the store. I once asked for and paid for 16, but only received 12. Looks like some people aren’t getting a card? Bummer. Another time, I brought in fancy paper that already had an image on it and half of the job was printed upside down. Maybe some of the recipients won’t notice? Fingers crossed. All in all, the quality is okay for jobs where imperfection is okay, the customer service is hit or miss, and I feel they’re a bit on the pricier side.
