This is an update from 7 years ago. I recently went there to get business cards printed. They have put the lines in. They give the customer a template so they get the file they know theyll be able to print. This is good. They did my job well and had it ready in a couple of hours. Each staff I dealt with was nice and professional.

Poor customer service on print section. They were too busy with barely any customers to print something. Also never called when the print was finished. At the end I had to go there to realize that they were not even able to print completely. Waste of time. Go to Thousand oaks and deal with more professionalism.

The knowledge and assistance in the printing section is extraordinary. They work with me to get a perfect result and I am beyond satisfied with the printing services here!Unless I am doing a giclee, I will go nowhere else.

Terrible service from the guy at the print desk who said he was way too busy to assist me. UPS got my business that day and from now on.
