I recently visited Staples to get some business cards printed, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Luis Zainz. From the moment I approached him, Luis was incredibly patient and kind, ensuring that my experience was smooth and stress-free. I was unsure about the design and format of my business cards, but Luis took the time to walk me through the entire process. He provided valuable insights and suggestions, which helped me make informed decisions.Luis demonstrated excellent knowledge and expertise in printing, which made me feel confident that my business cards would turn out perfectly. Despite my numerous questions and adjustments, he remained patient and accommodating. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable.In the end, the business cards were printed exactly as I had envisioned, and I couldnt be happier with the results. I had an amazing experience getting a recipe book printed at Staples. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had to go back on several occasions (my fault--not theirs), and every employee I encountered was gracious, wonderfully effective in their job, and helpful. I am so happy with my print job from Staples!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The staff is rude, zombies, and they gave me the worst quality lamination Ive ever had and it too 1.5 hours to have literally 2 lamination done. I called management and they were rude and dismissive. Ill be calling corporate. Awful service and attitude. Go just around the corner to ups store, they were kind, quick, better quality, and cheaper. Plus they werent rude to me and didn’t act like zombies.

Jasmine did an excellent job assisting me with my printing needs. My project was a challenging one, but she was very patient, knowledgeable and creative. The end product turned out better than I could have imagined - I was excited to share it with others. Thank you! Carla

The Print Team here ROCKS! I have printed here a ton for both business and personal jobs. The Team is very kind and supportive. Luis and Brenda helped me on some last minute business cards and saved the day for me. 10/10 would recommend

Mary in the printing area was SO helpful and kind. I had to get a giant 8 foot banner printed and she helped me put some hook things in it, and made sure to roll it up and put it in a bag to keep it clean. She was so friendly and happy and you could tell she really enjoyed her job. Thank you Mary for your help!!°

They refused to print out my movie posters and decided to force a refund because they were apparently copyright. Give me a break. Got them printed somewhere else easily and they look awesome. Luckily the second place I went to the people were super nice and not idiots like the people who work in the printing department here.

Paid $85 for some construction plans to be printed. Went to pick them up and they had been abandoned due to their policy. Never received an email regarding my order being thrown away. A courtesy call maybe a week before tossing someones work away would be a good business practice but as of now I will be giving $0 to this staples and will take the thousands my corporation spends yearly to their competitors.
