Melissa was extremely helpful with my printing order! She went above and beyond to help me get the right paper, size and sheerness. She gave me a few samples and made sure I was satisfied with my order. Great customer service!

My experiences here at Staples have been the best, I truly enjoy it everytime I come here because the employees are very welcoming and very helpful for anything. Any concerns or any issues then they will work with you to do what’s best. They are very professional and have a plethora of office supplies and offer printing, this store is just amazing. One of my visits here, I went to buy a computer chair and they generously helped me with picking out the chair and which kind would best suit my needs and I found the right one and have enjoyed it since. The warranty for those chairs are definitely worth it because it gives you that assurance that if anything goes wrong then the store can always help fix any concerns. Overall I’d highly recommend this Staples to anyone in Glendora or nearby as they give a very welcoming experience and easily the best Staples I have ever visited. I’d definitely be coming here again.

Had invitations printed here and was helped by Alyssa and Sophia who both were AMAZING!!! They were so helpful and kind. I had trouble uploading my artwork and they took the time to make sure I had the best quality and was happy with the printing. Thank you Ladies!!!!

I had a business printing account at the Covina location on Arrow Hwy before they closed and moved everything to Glendora. I had cards on order and suddenly the store was gone. The gal that had helped me in Covina had moved to the Glendora store on Gladstone. She shows up at my store with my cards! Super service!That was awhile ago, but I never had written a review so since I just had another good experience I felt the time was right to leave a review.Today it was Kevin. Called in an order, and since my account was moved from another store, I wasnt sure if they would have all the necessary files and images for the printing job. Kevin was able to find the files and take some light changes over the phone, and I can pick up the items today!

This place sucks. Went to use the self service printers and it froze on me which still had my credit card on file so I tell the lady what happened she goes no it wont charge you it will reset itself. Well it didnt and some printed 5 dollars worth of stuff on my card. Not a lot but the principal of the matter was I was misinformed. Dont come here for printing. Shopping is one thing but any print needs go else where.

Wont take phone orders for print jobs. Every other staples will. Apparently its a policy their supervisor has for them. And this was after denying that they have an email to send print jobs to and then admitted after I listed the email address... sounds like they are incapable of doing their job.
