I have never shopped in this location, but I came in to do an Amazon return. The parking was easy, and the store us in an easy to access location. The clerk at the Amazon return desk was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue getting my return page to open with the qr code, and the clerk was very patient. He helped me get the qr code and made the process easy.

Staples the store I can always depend on when I’m in a tough situation from having available difficult to find cables pertaining to computers & tvs, thermal paper for credit card machines, office cleaning supplies, fast turn around for printed ads pertaining to business advertising & I can’t forget to mention the availability of Amazon return services, the staff is always welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. I’m grateful to have this business in our beautiful community.

Don’t order online for shipping or pickup in the same order you will get multiple charges on your card when they break it up into pickup/delivery orders. Hoping the original full amount is released soon but this was done 3 days ago and it hasn’t yet.

Amazing customer service I felt like I was at home. The cashier, lizzie was amazing, I never think about downloading store apps but she changed my mind and even got my download. Amazing 100/10 experience and such a clean and lovely store. I’ll definitely come back for my future projects.

I went to go drop off some Amazon return items…it was 15 minutes before close and not a soul was in here. I live about 20 minutes away and one of my items had to be returned by the next day so I figured since I was in town I would stop by really quick and get this done. I seriously couldn’t find a worker on the floor. I’m guessing they were all hiding in the back because it was close to closing time, but couldn’t get anyone out on the floor to help so I left. Kinda annoying, also kind of ballsy because someone could’ve stolen big ticket items and nobody would’ve known/done anything.

I needed one piece of paper printed out on card stock same day they refuse to do. It said it wouldn’t be ready till 7:30 PM. Sent it at 10 AM needed it by 1230. They wouldn’t do it. Super frustrating.

I had the pleasure of being helped by a lovely lady named Danielle I believe.... Danielle was awesome. My sister and I were going through a rough patch trying to get our dads obituaries done. Danielle was authentic in expressing her condolences and understood that we are a little frazzled and had no idea how to proceed. She went above and beyond ALL THREE TIMES that we arrived. She remembered who we were and gave us the best care in such a trying time. I would stand on the rooftop and scream my gratitude to this young woman if I could. Danielle you are awesome and my family is forever grateful for all you did for us. All the prints look amazing. I appreciate you so much.

I was in this Staples yesterday morning and I honestly had a really great experience there. I was having an issue with the printer (not their fault, I was just having a morning) and the lady working by the printer area was so helpful and took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do. Also there was another employee out when I was looking at boxes for a package that was also really helpful in finding what I needed and answering questions. It might not seem like much, but I was just very pleased with the level of customer service and thought it needed to be said.

I gotta admit. They kinda made a mistake with me on getting my printing out on time. But then the acting manager jumped in and actually brought it to our worksite to drop off our printing. She took care of it. I was extremely grateful as we really needed some help. She went far and above to help out. Thank you.

Called at 1:47pm 12/09/23 to ask about a 35 ft cat7 cable but the desired distance was unavailable but the assumed young lady on the phone was extremely excellent at going back and forth to check lengths and prices for me which is something that most dont do anymore for which Im very grateful to see I forgot to get a name to place here but thats why I put the time frame in hopes the company will see this!

Nice clean store. Used the UPS package service. The girl was busy but called assistant to help me. Easy to mail off my package. Last pick up is 4pm so my package was received quickly. I will use them again.

Cant even walk in and get a copy made without going through a bunch of hoops with your credit card. Thats literally all this company is used for is printer supplies and making copies of stuff, and now you cant even use their copiers without an upfront 5$ fee, a third of them were broke to begin with. Id rather buy a cheap printer from Walmart at this point, what a sorry state this company has turned into, doesnt even have the capability for you to walk in with a couple dollars and make a copy of something or even off your email.

I went in there to print a paper and it would have been nice to know Apple Pay doesn’t work on their machines before driving all that distance and wasting my time trying to print. I asked to print with them and pay at the counter with Apple Pay and they could not comply with me.

I experienced the best customer service on my visit to the store. The young man who helped me with s printer cartridge was polite, professional, well spoken and went the extra mile to get me what I needed. It is rare these days to find this type of service. People who really care for the customer.

Great as usual. This is the only store in the area where I buy my computer and office supplies. Today was the first time I have visited the Yuba City Store in the morning. I arrived at 9:15 AM, only to find they had opened at 8:00AM. The parking was GREAT and I saw maybe 5 or 6 customers inside. As usual, the store personal were very professional.

Very helpful staff, helped unload 115# paper for shredding, young lady in charge of printing center took care of me but still kept her eye on other customers. They were greeted, told wait time, how to work machines, etc. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service only problem is the town its in doesnt have USB 3.0 A to USB 3.0 A which is a pretty common cord that came out 15 years ago. Whole towns still rocking the 2.0. Staff is friendly and understanding though. (The entire yuba marysville area needs to get with the times.)

This store will not stand behind there mistakes of there staff.They will come up with excuses that they are to busy to look in to the problem. I sent a computer to get repaired. I asked the girl helping me if it was insured she said yes. She also didnt know how to print return paid label . I had to wait for some else to help her Seems like some one should be able to figure this out. Now I have a broken computer and the store says they can do nothing. Dont wast your time going here.

I went in and bought a laptop on Black Friday save several hundred dollars. Did it late in the day so the crowd was next to nothing. The tech support guys are very helpful and understanding. Im a technological dinosaur. The laptop was for my daughter and they helped me make sure it was going to be exactly what she needed. Some say Staples is too expensive but if you catch it during a sale its definitely the way to go. Cant beat the staff there.

The employees and the night supervisor are very rude and do not provide customer service. I came to the store to print some simple documents and had issues with the printer. Getting help from the workers was like pulling teeth and I ended up leaving without my prints. Terrible spot and would not recommend.

This place is completely unorganized. I placed an order online when I arrived for pick up they did not actually provide what was ordered. When I told them this was not what I ordered they told me to come back in 20 minutes when I did they closed down the copy center for a break. While the sign said see customer service to pick up orders no one in the store was able to help until the employee returned from break. Meanwhile the handful of employees working were doing nothing but standing around since the store was empty. There is definitely a lack of customer service.

I just do not understand how this store stays in business. I have been trying to contact the Yuba City CA store since 9:00 this morning. Was looking for info on Copying and scanning and was told to hold on someone would be with me shortly. No one ever came on the line. I hung up and tried a little later to only have the same thing happen. So I tried other depts. and still no one ever picked up. Right now it is 12:15pm and still unable to reach anyone. So this has not been a very good experience for me at all.

Went yo store and took care of my business myself, daughter and her husband got into car ready to leave .young store employee came outside took my license plate number.Really .called store manager that evening, asked him if it was common practice for them do that .His sorry ass stated no it wasnt nd that hes sorry if it appeared to be like that .
