Excellent inventory and good prices for small and mid-sized businesses. This is also our favorite place for school supplies. And their printing center has several useful services that I use regularly. Plenty of free parking and a very helpful staff. .

Did you know you can recycle batteries, ink cartridges, soda stream dispensers, computers and accessories and even markers at Staples?!?! The list goes on and on, and the rewards are REAL! So many times now Ive been surprised to have a cashier point out to me on my app that I have enough rewards to actually pay for my entire purchase. Its really incredible and I am super thankful! I definitely feel like I get my moneys worth, and I always appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the representatives.

Absolutely love being able to shop in-store: being able to see the features, compare items and check out the quality of the products in real time.Love that Im not adding to the packaging pile that is collecting in our landfills.Plus, the staff at this location are super friendly and helpful.

Super reliable amount of office supply inventory (only place I know to get typewriter ribbons), always good deals, good customer service and they recycle electronics. I come here for all my basic needs from mailing/stationary to desk furniture and equipment. And when it comes to printing, the customer service is miles ahead of FedEx.

I worked here in the Print and Marketing services for a while and the staff there is so chill. Like, the printing services are bomb, and as far as jobs go, it’s really nice to get to print out peoples’ cool projects! It’s LA, after all, so everyone comes in for a unique project.I will say that the computers in the print center are VERY slow. They take about 30 minutes to boot up, so if you show up first thing in the morning, expect a wait. It’s no fault of anyone’s except Staples Corporate for not upgrading the computers.Karen and Hector are awesome store managers by the way!! So kind and helpful

Based on my recent experience at this store, Staples feels like the poster boy for a dying customer experience. The things they sell at their store can be found cheaper even at other stores, and when you do decide to purchase from a store like this Staples, there seems to be no empathy or humanity when the product you purchase is faulty. And with gas prices so high, save the drive, youll get a better deal with better customer service online.

Great printing service! Ive had 4,000+ pages of documents printed here and am pleased with the service. Michael is wonderful and will call you if any questions about the job come up. The service is on time and several times, when I was in a bind, they processed my (fairly large) job while I waited. I am grateful this service is my community.

OMG! I may sound crazy, but office supply stores are in a decline. Surprisingly the store was what I expected and much more. I was able to find what I need and I am willing to drive a bit extra just to more office supplies for my office.

Used to go to this staples all the time! I’d use the do it yourself printers very often, printing out the same kind of files every time (audition sides, scripts) The past two times it’s not been working, this morning with the same issue, and the person next to me was having the same problem, so I asked for help from one of the workers. I was really embarrassed at how much of a burden I felt because I couldn’t get it to work, it was about 8:30am when this occurred so I definitely could’ve had a whiny or snarky tone, though I wasn’t trying to. He ended up printing it for me in the back, he just had to scan the barcodes, and I read out the page numbers for him to type into the computer. He said certain files have “blocks” on them so you can’t print them. I have zero knowledge of printers, but this confused me. I’ve never had any issues with these printers until this past week, I always print out scripts and sides and have never run into this problem, and he had no issue printing my stuff using the printer in the back. I never write poor reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. I know what it’s like to work in customer service, so I guess he could’ve been having a rough day. I consider myself someone who has a thick skin, but I felt the treatment I received was unwarranted and it upset me to the point where I’ll probably find a different place to print my stuff out and get office supplies.

Its a Staples, pretty much. Ive always found the folks there friendly and helpful. As of this writing theyre matching Amazons pricing on several sale items (printers, at least), which is pretty great, especially considering the rent they must pay.

Let me tell you something about the folks who work in the print shop area of this store. They rock harder than Zeppelin! They are knowledgeable, kind and thrive on perfection. Too bad theres not a sixth star to give!

I had the security guard Call somebody to assist me in a samsonite business case with wheels and the young lady who helped me when above and beyond her job and helping me find the best one for what I needed thank God for this lady. Wow...The Printing theme continues...Well I called ahead to speak with Print Dept to have some documents printed- So upon my arrival itd be done. Well the Printing Dept says that is an Option they do not offer.{Contrary to Popular Belief- this is not true..Mission Hills/Sherman Oaks does and it so convenient OMG } So after speaking with Karen(GM) whom just so happen to be in-store this day (Mar 16 @0945hrs) She explained while other store may-They (Staples-Studio City/Venture Bl ) does not offer this Value Added service. Also to Add to my experience I shared with her my encounter with her employees there.> Claudia- Floor Rep { Amazing / Very Nice = 5 Stars }> John- Print Rep { Very Kind & Helpful = 5 Stars }> Stan / Rus - Print Rep { a bit aloaf, resigned, demeanor would have you think hes the GM or Mgr...He is NOT. I just called Staples, I asked for the printing dept, I was put on hold for 5 minutes, then a man answered, I asked,is this the print dept,? He just put me on hold again, I waited another 5 minutes or more, the man Rod answered the line. Rod was curtsies,, but explained that if I were to come in now, I wouldnt be able to get 25 copies made right then and their. He went on to explain all the jobs he had to do that people were picking up at 7am, and all the work that didnt get done from the day shift! Poor Rod!! Poor me!!I asked him if he couldnt just do me a favor and print me 20 copies, the answer was a profound NO!I own a cafe, I know what busy is, I never turn anyone away, say no, or flat out not help a customer, especially if I dont close for another half hour!!Perhaps thats the difference between a commercial chain and a mom and pop, so to speak...It seems poor Rod is the only one working at Staples right now, he mentioned having to close up, etc, but I think if Id just had gone in, and not called, someone wouldve had to make me my lousy copies!!! BLAH!!
