Appreciate the kind help of store manager Kevin during our recent visit. We went in to look at office chairs and shredders and got everything we needed plus a sweet deal on a couple of computer desks. Sometimes the timing is just right for a sale! But even without a sale, I appreciate the attention and knowledge that Kevin gave us and the help loading our purchases into our truck.Weve shopped at this store for over five years and its been a great experience overall.

Purchased a Brother printer six months earlier. All of a sudden it stopped printing. I tried replacing black ink cartridge, unable to remove it. purchased extended no question warranty. Brought machine back in and after some checking. I was issued a new machine. Great customer service.

I recently purchased a marketing banner and Razor flag from Staples. I shopped around and Staples offered the best price and exemplary service. Larry (Auburn, CA) assisted with design and order details. Turnaround time was terrific. I recommend Staples Print Center for custom jobs.

The print shop employees like to hide behind the counter rather than assist customers and make faces at them too. There was no other customer in the storeyou can see it on your cameras. Lazy. Maybe if you shower before coming to work and comb your hair you qont feel the need to have a stinky attitude with a stinky body

When my printer broke I used the online service to order my papers to be printed there, but when we got there to pick them up they said I wasnt in their System. They werent any help and told us to use the self serve kiosk instead of helping us. I am extremely disappointed and I wont be using their services again. They are not reliable, if you can, use the library or your school.

I was told by the manager that this store has no staffing. they are unable to do Amazon returns. Even though this is where they are sending us to do it, being patient will not help us. dont know why you keep the store open if you dont have people to run it.

Are you as tired as I am….with waiting longer for deliveries?…..for recycling cardboard and plastic?….tired of being the secretary for every company you purchase from?….tired of dealing with packages that the post office says was delivered but they left the key in the wrong mailbox?…..tired of the claimes and unresolved issues with no paperwork to prove you paid for, but didn’t receive the merchandise….if you said YES, then I highly recommend Staples where I can purchase and save myself the angst all those yeses generate….let’s put Amazon and all such dysfunctional businesses …..back in their proper place….Shop Staples

So happy Staples is nearby. They have always been my favorite store for all my stationery items; and when they have their sales, you can’t resist buying a large amount to stock up because the prices are incredibly low. The store is always clean with a Hugh assortment for office and school supplies, home and business supplies, and various office furniture. The print/fax/scan machines that are for public use are always top quality, efficient and inexpensive. They also offer services to handle all jobs, whether large or small to print/scan/fax. Their staff are always informative and helpful. Every item in the store is good quality, and return policy is sufficient to recoup cost or exchange. They also offer computer repair service, and a good warranty on all their computers and office equipment. I can’t say enough good things about this store, or about their employees, or about their merchandise, warranties, or return policy. I hope they stay in business to continue providing office and home needs for the community.

Coty was a huge help. He was able to do the cuts I needed on my oversized photo image right on the spot and now the image fits perfectly in my frame. I only have a small cutter in my studio so I need to outsource larger cuts. Will definitely get back to this Staples for more services.

The store is nicely displayed. The manager, Kayla and clerk, Alyssa were both professional, kind, helpful, and very personable. I was grateful for their help and upbeat personalities.I will be making regular visits there for my office and necessary supplies. The prices are most competitive with other stores.

Nice store to get all my office supplies. Foam board, crayola crayons, lettering, paper, signs, self sealing envelopes, pens, ink toner, printer ink, tabs, post it notes, manilla folders, rubber bands, USB thumb drives, paper clips, they have absolutely everything plus things you didnt know you needed. Recycle ink cartridges and get credit towards new ink. Friendly service.

Cant stand that when you buy a new printer they are immediately trying to sell you more ink or toner cartridges... I know they come with starter (small) cartridges.. then they start hammering you about the extended warranty for 2 years when it is actually 1 year as the unit comes with one year warranty.....the people that work there must be driven to sell extended warranties. The people at this store are nice and helpful and I have no issue with them... its just the sell sell sell attitude of corporate.

I shop for my company a lot at Staples. I could go online but the friendly atmosphere and the customer service is the reason Id rather just go in to the store. (Chandler) is so very nice and helpful she is the reason I go in to the store and not shop online. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Had a previous printer absolutely fry on me, went in in a panic needing to print and send documents tonight for my business, standing in the printer aisle a little lost trying to figure out what I needed an associate, Ian showed up to the rescue asked me what I use the printer for and immediately suggested multiple printers best for my needs, was extremely friendly to talk to, helpful and answered all my questions, I submitted my survey for amazing satisfaction, but the site didn’t have an area to compliment this associate, for all my future office supplies will definitely be returning here over my previous locations. Look for Ian if you visit he is an all star!

I went into the auburn staples desperately trying to find a charger for my computer. The girl working in the store named chandler was amazing and sat down with me to research the exact charger I needed. Then ensured that my computer would charge with the charger she chose. I couldnt thank you enough chandler. Ive never had this good of customer support. Give this girl a bonus!!!

I went in with an ink issue. Three lady sales clerks were standing at the front. They would not even look at my ink cartridges and said that it was my problem. They ladies were not only rude but dismissive and told me it should work and that I must be wrong. It turned out that one of the cartridges were faulty.

Did not sell envelopes separately. I didnt like that because I only needed one. Liked that I didnt have to put cash on a staples card like at kinkos in order to use copier. Much simpler to just insert credit card into copier slot. The clerk was a little weird, but helpful.

Three people walked past me never once asking me did I need help. Aparently, Jonathan doesnt know how to describe furniture. Wasted my gas when I couldve ordered from the store I was out. Will never do business with this location again. First and last time here.

Very poor customer service in the print department. Have waited three days now for a simple print job of 25 pages front and back. If you dont have enough employees to handle the volume of work do some hiring.

Usually has the office item I need. And I love that I can leave packages there for UPS pick up, no questions asked...Unlike the place in North Auburn that wants an arm & a leg in fees or gives dirty looks when you drop off something thats pre-paid postage.

The worst office supplies store Ive ever been in. The managers are a joke and dont seem to have any professional training. They sold me a defective laptop and refused to take any responsibility for it. They have no experience in conflict resolution, and the left hand doesnt seem to know what the right hand is doing. I wont be going back there again.

The print center used to be efficient and fast. I dont know what happened. They told me that printing out and binding a short term paper would take a couple of days. There was a grumpy old man who told me this. He seemed annoyed by my request. In the past, they cheerfully did it while I waited. I was going to give them a second chance and they couldnt be bothered to answer the phone. The Fedex Center is in the same parking lot in Auburn, CA. They are as good as Staples used to be. Ill be giving Fedex my business from now on.

Terrible customer service. I came here rushing to a meeting and their self service cutter was absolutely garbage and they couldn’t even figure out how to work it, the manager would not let me use their cutter and wanted to charge me for them using the cutter. Then they did not return my flash drive.

I took my computer in for repair on 2/22/13 & after taking the computer back 4 times & 2 weeks it still has problems. They were paid over $350.00. I spent hours at the store & at least 7 return trips trying to get it fixed. It is still not done & I will have to take to a real repair shop. They never offered a refund. This has turned into a computer nightmare. I will be taking them to court!!! Beware!!!

I went and buy my very first laptop acer here 5years cost close to 500$ when one day in my screen says my windows are not genuine,means counterfeit my acer was just 2 and a half years old then.so i went and go back there have one of there technician fix it but he says he couldnt fix it.went home and have an online guy fix it but they want 150$ to fix it..so i didnt do it.so i just put it away.to me,u shouldnt be allowed to sale laptops like that thats deception.i will never buy anything there anymore.thats my last i swore.my friend bought a dell laptop the same time i got mine ang hers still working great.i wish i know then what the best laptop to buy.to all the buyers out there reserch first and ask questions on your friends before you buy stuff or u will get screwed.
