Absolute worst and untimely service, EVER! I place a print order through Canva on Monday. Never got any type of confirmation saying Staples received it, is working on it, nothing. I call tuesday to confirm it was received. The man on the phone said they’re extremely short staffed and couldn’t confirm what printing had received (totally understandable) and asked that I call the next day. He was very kind… I wish I got his name to exclude him from this review. I called on wednesday… I get a woman, whose name I believe is Debra or Brenda (found that out from the supervisor because she didn’t say her name when answering the phone). I tell her VERBATIM “I’m calling to confirm my order was received on your end.” A reasonable check in, right? Considering I placed the order through a third party…. She says “name” … I tell her… She gets back on the phone and immediately goes into “it’s not supposed to be done until tomorrow.” I said, “oh that’s fine, I just wanted to confirm it was received by you all as I never got any type of confirmation”… she immediately gets an attitude and starts going on and on about things irrelevant to my request and ends with “I have over 50 orders before yours so you’ll have to wait til I get to it.” As if I was asking her to speed it up or somehow make mine a priority… I would never! Then says “but i might be able to get it done today”…. i go in today (Thursday) at 3pm… the man says “Oh, it won’t be done until tonight.” I would have called but the way I was previously treated on the phone I opted out of that type of interaction… now, I’ve wasted gas. Needless to say, I have no desire to give staples a dime of my money in the near future and will be giving this feedback to Canva.

Walked in to pick up a chair i bought online and ended up liking a different one. staff was super helpful, friendly, and even saved me $20 by price matching the online price. 1000/10 will do business again

I ordered flyers before an important event, but in the end they weren’t printed at all the way I wanted, and now I don’t know where to go. They treated the work very irresponsibly, they could not trim the edges, although they trimmed everything online when checking the file

Please refrain from visiting this store with small kids, one of the store manager was very rude to my kid while he was just playing with wheels suit cases. My kid was almost into tears,for a moment I thought of informing officials as well as we never faced such issues until now in any other stores.. I would suggest that particular store manager to show good behavior with kids..

I ordered business cards online for same day pick up and when I went in the cards did not look good at all.Debra was very helpful! She helped me with my re-do of the business cards and made sure they came out the way I wanted them to! This lady went above and beyond! I hope she gets a raise! The paper police got me today at the self printers. Dont try putting colored paper in the HP printer or the printing manager will come out, say Im ready to lose a customer today and turn off the machine on you. Seems like turning off a machine mid job would cause more damage to the machine than a stack of colored paper. Worst experience Ive had at any Staples. I cant say that theyll lose me as a customer. But I cant wait till the paper police moves along so I can get back to doing business.

This is a must review and if there was more than 5 starts I will give them to Morris and Lauren who kindly help me over the phone with my order. They were extremely helpful and patience with me. I got my pricing and will be picking up my order by tomorrow. What a great example of superb customer service. Almost rate now days. I acknowledged their commitment and promised to place this review. This review is particularly for the Print and Marketing department-I’ve been blown away time and again by their customer service and their commitment to making sure we are satisfied with our final product. Last year Natashi helped make sure our holiday cards were perfect (there was a slight imperfection on one of the photos and she caught it and contacted us to fix it! We were blown away). This year Gabby and Noelle and Josie all went above and beyond to help make sure the process went smoothly with our 200 custom cards, and thanks to Josie helping us swap out a picture, they turned out perfect once again. I will most definitely use Staples every year for all of my cards and we will continue to drive the 30 minutes to go to this particular location where their employees are absolute fantastic and truly care about their customers.
