I had a box to ship today and arrived around 2:30pm. Didnt get the employees names but all three were top notch! Great team to represent Staples! Two ladies and a gentleman helped out from entering info on the PC to confirming the label. Answering questions all throughout the process! 💯👍👍

I went in for TSA pre check and had a terrible experience. My appointment was for 12:20, and I got there at 12:22. Nobody showed up to the counter until 12:25. Then the lady told me I missed my appointment because she needed to eat her lunch at 12:30 (which I totally understand because employees need their breaks). I realize that I was a couple minutes late and there is no reason for her to show me any kindness, but she was VERY rude and ruined my day with her interaction.

Wednesday 7:30pm night 02/28/2024.Walked in to this store as I had a family emergency and needed to make a phone ☎️ call and Call my mother as she was looking for me because my phone was disconnected.There was a a young guy and girl that worked there and I asked to please 🙏🏽 please 🙏🏽 let me borrow a phone to make a phone call on speaker the guy just looked at me as asked the other female worker there.The female worker tells meIm sorry sir we cannot let you borrow our phone. I said but its a family emergency plis plis just one ☝🏾 phone call!!!!She completely ignored me, this is so disappointing that I could have been in a life threatening situation and I cannot get just one ☝🏾 one 1️⃣ phone call...had to go out to the parking lot 🅿️ to beg someone to borrow a phone like a homeless...Plus they only have one ☝🏾 door open to enter and exit. When they should have 2 working doors available to exit in case of a fire 🔥 emergency or earthquake.There is an extreme lack of safety orientation.All I was asking was just one ☝🏾 ☎️ call...And its sad the way I was treated and ignored. This store will be shut down soon!!!

Do not believe the lies that the Idemia Tsa Precheck tell you at this Staples location. The employee and what looked like a manager confidently told me that it will only take 2-3 days and the 60 days was for people with criminal history but when i called the actual Tsa enrolment number they said for most people it takes 60 days and 1 out of 10 people actully get it in 2-3 days. Now its 10 days later, my flight is tomorrow and i wasted the 80 dollars because the last time i flew was 4 years ago and dont have any flights planned in the forseable future.

UPS shipping is very convenient.I needed to return an item for repair via UPS and remembered that Staples partnered with UPS to provide convenient returns for Amazon. The item I needed to ship was quite large and I didnt have a spare box lying around my house that would fit it, so I checked the UPS store to see how much it would cost to purchase a 16x12x10 box and it would have been about $20. At Staples, I only paid $2 for the same size box. Definitely a great deal.The UPS assistant was very nice and helpful. She allowed me to demo several boxes and see if my item would fit before purchasing the box. Luckily, we found the perfect size. I had to make several runs back to my car to get my item and bubble wrap and she was very patient. Upon checkout, I received a Staples coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase.Other than the convenient and friendly service from UPS, I always recycle my drained batteries or unwanted electronics at this location. They allow me to accumulate points for recycling on the Staples app, but unfortunately, the app doesnt have the best UI, so I dont really use it.

Hello Everybody, I can tell this staple is the WORST staple I have met.I dropped a ups package the week before last week. Before I dropED it, I asked them whether there is some problem about this label because I know there are a lot of fraud ups label in the market. Although I can pretty make sure there is no problem about my ups label, I still wanna confirm with the colleague in the staple. And they confirm with me this label is not fraud because if this is fraud label it will not go through their system.Right now ups hold my package and suspect this is fraud label. I call ups and they recommend me to let staple explain with the label issue and give the proof with UPS.I called this staple store and their clerks’ attitude are totally WORST especially a manager named SAL. they tell me to ask ups because they are staple. The thing is you collaborate with ups and set a ups access point in your store. When there is a problem, you avoid the problem. Which means you make money but when the customers need you and you tell your customer there is non of your business

I was at this Staples for TSA Pre-check today, and I had the worst experience in my life! There was an assistant called Ellen who helped me at the TSA Pre-check station. I was 10mins late for my TSA appointment, and she told me to either wait after her lunch break or reschedule my appointment and come back on a different day. I was completely fine with it since she (as an employee) was taking her lunch break. So I decided to wait 30mins at Staples. After she came back from her lunch break, she started helping another customer who had an appointment. She was very nice to the other customer. However, when it was my turn, her attitude completely changed and seemed like she didn’t want to help me at all. I tried to say “thank you” multiple times just to be polite but she just ignored me and proceeded to maintain a condescending attitude towards me. At the end of the appointment, she told the previous customer that everything was finished and would receive status updates through email/text, and even gave the previous customer a Staples coupon. However, when it was my turn, she didn’t even say bye or give me a coupon. I had to ask her if I was good to go and how can I get a status update for TSA. I felt super disrespected and was treated unfairly although I didn’t really care about getting a coupon. This has been the worst service I’ve ever had. I feel like I did nothing wrong and waited 30+mins for this type of customer service?! Anyway, I would never come back here again.

I came to print 4 images and the lady in the printing department refused to print my images. She claimed that she was too busy doing a big project. I am sure the owner will not be happy if he finds out she is turning down revenue. Office Depot is a better choice, with better customer service.

I had a very unpleasant and scary experience with the TSA PreCheck Enrollment representative at Staples named Ellen. She was rude, unprofessional, and not properly trained on TSA PreCheck document requirements. She rejected my ID documents for name mismatch because of the middle initial. There was no reason for this because on the TSA PreCheck online form, it says that “It is acceptable if one document includes your full middle name and a second document includes your middle initial, as long as the first and last names match exactly”. Luckily, I didnt have to explain this to her because my full middle name was actually displayed on the ID document. When I showed her where to look, she became defensive and lashed out instead of apologizing for her mistake. I was really taken aback by her bizarre reaction. This should have been a simple and straightforward enrollment. Instead, I had to waste time to prove to her that I had the correct documents. If I had not taken a second look, I would have wasted even more time to rebook my appointment and would have to come back another day with the same documents. How many customers has this associate incorrectly rejected before me? Staples needs to provide proper knowledge and customer service training to their employees, especially employees who are responsible for handling sensitive information.

Had the best experience ever with an employee named Eve in the copy center! Working on a project for obstetrics and pediatrics nursing and she was an all star in guiding me through the process of organizing for a presentation. Eve, you are the best! I hope you become store manager soon! You really know how to work with stressed customers like me. I will be coming back here for future projects.

Placed an express print order and they called an hour later saying they ran out of ink on the 2nd page. How does a print service run out of ink? They dont. Some Staples will say they ran out of ink when they are too busy, or short staffed, to complete an express order. You cant rely on them for something you need ASAP.

I was offered help right away when looking for scanning services as soon as I walked in. Everybody was masked up and social distancing and my experience was very pleasant. The young lady who offered to help me basically asked what I wanted to do and did almost the entire self service transaction for me. I then asked her if she knew where the Sharpies were and she walked me over to them. I also asked about buying a pack of ink pens that wouldnt smear much because I am left handed. She gave me some advice about her preferences and why and when I got home, I was super happy that I took her advice. I love my new ink pens!

The worst Staples I’ve been to. Woman at the print dept refused to print 2 copies on higher quality paper, claiming she is only taking drop off orders. I’ve been to other locations and the staff is much more helpful and accommodating. This happened on 9/7/21 at 8:15pm.

Lacking in customer service and customer attentiveness..printing and UPS stations were unattended for more than 5 minutes and when man asked an employee if someone was coming he said yes but it still took another 5 minutes or more... whose in charge there?..... no greeting customers as you enter either. Customer Service is terrible looking for products. Today, I asked if they sold boom boxes still. Customer Service person response was this.. We only sell speakers. No one listens to CDs anymore. Try Amazon. Shes probably right, however her tone was outright nasty. I think, a little Customer Service Training should be mandatory. This is the third time, they have dissuaded me from purchasing office supplies and even a printer. Maybe this is why stores are struggling. Poor attitudes and lack of respect for us, the consumers.

I visited this location a couple times yesterday and the staff was very helpful in helping me find the products I needed for my small business. My business and website just went live so I needed shipping supplies and equipment. They helped me download the staples app and even showed me how to use Google Pay at the register because I had left home in such a rush that I forgot my wallet at home. I left the store with all the packing supplies I needed and they set me up with the larger stuff to be shipped to my home overnight. Thanks Leann

I never sign in to write reviews unless I am blown away by customer service, or blown away by lack of customer service. The manager was completely rude in helping resolve my issue. He passed off the issue to an inept cashier who was as unhelpful and rude. When I asked about a price discrepancy in the advertising, the cashier just shrugged and said it was a different SKU, as if I am supposed to know what that means as a customer. I ultimately walked out, because all employees we’re completely disengage with providing a customer experience or even making a sale. I had walked in fully intending on spending money, but not one person greeted me, showed interest in while I was in the store or helped me find the right product I was looking for. Its always a pleasure going and picking up my online orders. I always choose Staples to purchase all my office, home and school supplies for me and my kids, even for personal use like making party invitations, personalized stamps and printing services. Its always a pleasure to interact w/ Staples employees (Gary) and their Managers (Kenny) and having them greet you always w/ a smile on their face, and enjoyable conversations specially very early in the morning when I really would be sleeping rather than working and late evening when all you want is to go home.

If you need office goods, paper, pencils, folders, etc., this is my go-to store, in part because its two minutes from my house. Prices are comparable to any other office supply store, the space is clean, and the staff are helpful. If youre looking for tech, this store, has plenty of it, but just not things you may need. Ive gone looking for a few bits of tech and have never been able to come up with anything that satisfied my needs.

If you need a copy and print, this is the way to do it slowly, their machines are slow, printing 1 document takes like 5 minutes on its own, and for some reason the printer would only print some word docs but not all. Aside from that, the employees were nice. Not good for speedy print outs.

This by far one of the best experience Ive ever had while visit a location to upgrade or get a new cellphone or smartphones. Reps are very knowledgeable in three major cariers AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Come on in and experience the patience and info you get from their wireless sales reps I received. I just want to make a comment and maybe they will give it importance but I have been there in the last few months and it turns out that the bathrooms have been broken for a long time and I think that just for the clients, well thats what the sign on the door says because I dont think that Are they out of order for the employees as always happens or just tell me which ones the employees use?Because they have denied me that basic service of a business and especially when you have a physical or mental limitation, maybe I will have to call the government office that is in charge of enforcing the rules for people with limitations at another level.
