My go to for photos, prints, computer paper and pretty much everything I need.I ordered 250 business cards and were ready same day! Did it all in the app and picked up today and looked extraordinary!I’ll come back to order signs and posters! Employee working the print area was pretty cool and helpful !

The staff was very polite when they rejected access to there restroom and directed me to the business next door. Later I questioned them why they denied me access and they lied to me and said it was out of order when the sign said employees only. This happened on a Friday and they said management would not be in until Monday. All weekend no management? Poor management for sure.

The employee refused to print a sheet. He said that he didnt know how to use the plotter. I have to go to Staples Riverbank. Staples in Riverbank gave me an excellent service.

I’m very disappointed in this location. I’ve been a frequent customer and have had great experiences until yesterday. Yesterday I came to print some documents and attempted to use the copy machine but the usb drive wasn’t being read. A worker was helping us and ended up doing our print job behind the counter. We were not quoted anything and he ran the job without advising us about the cost per page or different options for the paper. To our surprise, this 46 page front and back job (92 total pages) ended up being $168 at $1.68 a page. It would’ve been extremely helpful to have gotten the option to at least choose whether to shop around elsewhere for better pricing. I could’ve done printing at 0.25 cents a page elsewhere costing a total of $23. I understand it wouldn’t have been such a high quality print but it would’ve worked for what it was needed for. Really disappointed, ask for a quote before running your jobs here in person.

Im a weekly customer, but today I couldnt take it anymore. My business cards were sometimes done wrong. When Paul does our business cards, they come out amazing, but when Cameron does them, they come out horrible. I always try to order when he is not there, but I need these business cards quicker. Today, I had an argument with the store manager Steve. Told him the business cards are cut wrong every time Cameron does them. Waste of my time. Told Steve, I was never going back again, and he said with a tone in his voice that fine! I walk away said nothing else. Goodbye staples taking my business elsewhere.

I want to thank STEVE for taking the time to help me in the print center today. I use STAPLES to print just about every day. So I truly do appreciate the excellent customer service I received today when he was able to quickly print what I needed. To end a long, full day of shopping for an office chair, I ended up at Staples in Turlock, which I’m sure enjoys its status as the only office supplies-dedicated box store in town, but does lie in between a Target and a Walmart which offer strict competition in certain categories but chairs aren’t really one of those areas of competition. I’ve been to this Staples before, and I love that employees there will often ask if you need help and then leave you alone for the rest of your visit once you decline assistance. Today, however, I was in need of assistance and the customer service desk directed me to a young man named Matt. Matt may only be 22, and that may explain why there’s still a twinkle in his eye and a dedication to serving the customer that is rare in the current landscape of entry-level employment. He truly is a credit to his generation, his field of employment, and more importantly his customer service team at this here store. A team which includes one particular young lady, who I saw performing an assortment of duties throughout the store to exemplary effect, but failed to look me anywhere near my face while I had asked for help, but she did point me to Matt, and for that her service was 10/10. I believe Matt will have a long future in sales, not just customer service, because he has the instincts and charisma of a seasoned professional who has perfected his craft. He was genuine, warm, and conversational and the only reason I walked out of that store with a chair and a chair mat this afternoon. He also helped me carry these items to my car.

Staples always has what I need in office supplies.Walked over to the laptop section, and most of them were not even close to top of the line. I liked one of them but the SSD drive only has 256gb. I prefer a SSD drive of 512gb or 1tb.

There is a large variety of items here for the home office, school or art projects.They sell computers, printers, scanners, ink, programs, paper, construction paper, graph paper, photo paper, cameras, memory cards, pencils, pens, markers, highlighters, erasers, folders, staples, staplers, paperclips, hole punchers, glitter, glue, desks, office chairs, file cabinets, book shelves, office cleaning supplies, felt, dry erase boards, scissors, beads, yarn, string, sequins, pre-printed forms (power of attorney, will, eviction, rental agreement, rental application, notice to quit) key chains, gum...The employees are very helpful and usually knowledgeable about the products they are selling. When they dont know much about something, they will get another employee thats more knowledgeable in that area.They do computer repairs too.

I am completely grateful and appreciative for having the assistance of Jonathan on my most recent trip to Staples. My HP computer was old and outdated he let me know which system would work best for me and still be compatible with my older Canon printer.He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products he shared his personal experiences and made me feel very welcome into the store.I am thankful that I got to have him assist me that day they made the experience wonderful and I would highly recommend going to the Staples in this area everyone is very friendly kind and professional.

We got our sons 2 in 1 tablet repaired at this location. David, the tech guy, was very helpful and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. It did take longer than was expected, but we were given a discount due to that. David went out of his way to ensure that it was fixed properly.

Called before going to store question cost of what I needed. Manager of copy department store helped me, same girl on phone. (let me point out I also asked about mailing she didnt understand my question, I repeated myself to be asked again, I said in lames term.) hanging up. When I arrived only one copy machine working customer stated she was going to take a while. I went to counter and same girl helped me, now she changed prices I said you stated 11 cents do it myself 16 cents if they helped. Now saying 12cents and 20 cents, I replied why whats the change up taxes 11 cents went to 12cents and 16 to 20??? 16 cents has 4 cents tax I was dumbfounded. We go shes going to do a invoice and Now adds charge for a paper thats staple.. I said just make copy as is. I remarked what a joke. She then refused to service me. I was mistreating her. I asked for manager .. She said she was. I then became pissed. No I want some one another manager. She knew exactly what she was doing, playing polite employee. I straight said oh youre acting for boss. I know what your doing Ive been there and why couldnt they just make 6 copies avoiding all this, they were just talking gossip I had to wait when I walked up. Boss excusing the talk. I told the manager I seen it I heard them while waiting... POOR VERY BAD SERVICE NOW I HAVE TO GO TOMORROW AFTER 3PM FOR 6 COPIES .. Can you believe that and it was approx. 230 pm today.

I went in to buy a printer and I was in and out in no time! Everyone was so helpful and so kind! I came back a second time to the Copy and Print department to print out some copies I needed and I had someone approach me right away, they helped me and got my copies done! I left with a smile on my face! Love this store!

I placed an order, paid for it online to be picked up in the store. I ordered security Tint envelopes, was in such a hurry to get out of there did not notice until I got back to work they were not security Tint.I do not work in Turlock so I did not want to turn around and go back. Just a little disappointing

I went up front and asked the cashier for help in the furniture dept. She said she would call someone. Planning to buy a desk and chair (approx $400). After waiting 8-10 min., no one showed up. A couple min later an employee walked right by us as he helped someone else. It was obvious we were needing assistance. He didnt say a word. Then he walked by us again, still nothing despite making eye contact. We dicided they were not going to get our business so we left. Their loss.

The associate in the printing department, Laura, is absolutely wonderful. She did such great work for our business! I sent over a word file, and it transferred with the lettering jumbled. She was kind enough to fix it and print it for us!!!!! Thank you Laura! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Horrible over the phone service!! i spoke to someone who then said he had to call a store at another location, asked for my phone number and said he’d call me back in a few minutes. a couple hours later, still no call, so i call, and someone else answers and said that now this guy was on another call and would call me back in a couple minutes. another hour passes so i call back and he answers and said that NOW (4 hours later) he was going to call the other location to get the information i needed, said “give me a minute.” and hung up on me. it’s now been two hours since he said to give him a minute and still no call back :)

Received no service, was dropping off a UPS package, should have taken 30 seconds, was told someone would be with me. Waited 10 minutes, no one came. People who came in after me were served. Do not ship your packages here. Go somewhere else, anywhere but here.

Went there on Dec 20th bought a copy of windows 8.1 for a ship to store. its already january 4th and i still havent received a call. ive been told diffrent situations of the same matter saying they may have cancelled my order yet i already bought it at the store when i originally went. its already total crap that they didnt have a copy of windows 8 at the store, but i bought something on christmas day on newegg (thermal paste) and it came in on the 27th. on top of that for the second day in a row ive called and they said they would call back. and every time. they do not call back.

Went in to purchase a certain item, they had about 15 empty boxes displayed. So I picked one up, went to the register the clerk called for one to be brought to the cash register, well they just happened to be out if that item although they had about 15 empty boxes displayed. How stupid is that. Either remove boxes or put a sign on it saying Out of Stock

Take a note about Staples in Turlock. Jodie the Gem has been providing office supplies as long the store has. Her sales manager Jeff is top notch too! They took ahold of the bad day I was having and made my Staples problem go away. 5 stars even though theyre the largest OS store in the Universe, and can do anything they want.Al Seaton
