Today I needed a 26 page medical fax that needed faxing to Stanford University. Katie at the back counter went beyond her means in helping me. The price was 58.00 for this large fax. I wasnt sure if it went because I kept getting errors. Katie helped me while she was still on her lunch!! Thats great customer service.!! She was attentive, professional, and went out of her way. Thank you Katie. My very important medical fax went through .Grateful customer. You should come work for the state. We need more customer service oriented people like you.

I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasnt even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!

Usually decent/good service at the Amazon returns..altho today I decided to buy something & they took a while to check out my items and was meh service at checkout today..its like your invisible to them or something at cashier checkout,lol,jk🤦🏻‍♀️😆

Was able to drop off my UPS post marked package, Amazon returns and even recycle an old phone in the same visit. Great one stop shop. Friendly, helpful staff!

Ive been paying for an iPostal1 box at this location for over a year and have had constant issues with it; items lost, put into the wrong box, never marked as being there despite them being marked as delivered by the carrier. Nearly every time I have something delivered, I have to call and check up on it, which is honestly pretty annoying but in the grand scheme, not an enormous deal.Tonight I had to call to find out when my package would be updated (you cant pick it up until its loaded into their system, and it was marked as being delivered by the carrier about 4 hours prior to me calling - Id spent the afternoon watching for an update so I could pick it up, then finally just called on the phone at around 7 PM), and spoke with someone named SCOTT, who was extremely rude and annoyed with me for calling to ask about my package. He interrupted me asking to tell me theyd been very busy, and when I tried to clarify that this is a service I pay monthly for and have had constant issues, he cut me off and said, Well you can pick it up now if you want, but otherwise... and then became very short with me.Im leaving a review because I dont appreciate being spoken to like garbage when I feel Ive been more than understanding about the REPEATED AND CONSTANT ISSUES Ive had with this location for over a year.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. You can also take Amazon returns to this location and you get a 15% off coupon when you do an Amazon return here. Dont even have to pack the items yourself, just bring your return in and they scan the QR code that Amazon gives you and Staples does the rest. Highly recommended for Amazon returns, I will be using this location from now on for anything I need to return.

It’s a clean store but I just hate how things are organized. They also have a minimal paper selection. Just seems meh at best to me

I have been working with Staples and have been their regular customer for a very long time now but this time I have decided to write a feedback that this particular franchise of Staples at location on 6330 Sunrise Blv, Citrus Heights, is the worst possible that I have ever had to deal with. On March 8, 2022, I needed to print out very important copy papers and I was asked to come in one hour later. That was 10:05, so I came back at 11:50, After hour and 40 minutes and they were not done with it. Then one of the ladies made the copies literally for five minutes. When I get home, I noticed that half of the work was completely gotten wrong with so many missing pages. Today, I have decided to return and ask them to redo some of the work they’ve done yesterday and they told me that they can do it but I have to come tomorrow. The moment these two ladies from yesterday saw me coming inside and going to their desk, they started talking about me and made possible to not serve or pay attention to my request. I’ve never seen so bad presentation. I’ve never experienced a staff to lying straight into your eyes throughout the whole entire process. Not only, these people are totally incompetent of doing this job. It is so shameful that this particular location is giving so much bad name to this wonderful store that I have had so many years a very good experiences at/on other locations.Go to any other location but not at this one.
