Love this Staples due to the people. I have been trying to figure how to email corp. that their employees are great but am having trouble. Thank you Sandra for helping me for 30 min on my Christmas cards! Thank you Riley for the coupon! Thank you Zane at the register!!! I will keep on working on finding a Staples survery or something.

I stopped by this Staples to see if I can print out some RSVP card since the other Staples in Granada Hills ran out of the paper I was using. This Staples said they dont carry that same paper and that different Staples carry different papers which I didnt know that. The person was helpful regardless and understanding about it so I appreciated that. I walked around the store to look around and I notice that a lot of items are more expensive here than other stores. They did have some nice computer chairs in the store. There plenty of parking here and wearing mask is highly recommended.

Im all for gender equality but todays experience was disappointing. Came to do my usual printing I did everything I usually do and my prints came out zoomed away when I asked for help all I was told its from my end I figured I had to edit the images I came to find out that wasnt it after trying again same result. this time it was all female employees last time when I was tought how to get it working was by a male employee at this point Im just gonna go buy a printer Im tech savvy enough to work my own.

I was very pleased with Michelles customer service. She is one of the best employees must get Million stars..I recommend N. Hollywood staples to everyone, specially Ms. Michelle. She was very helpful, polite, nice, fantastic person and personality was Number 1.Thank you

Its an older store and the parking lot is usually a hassle. But the service itself is surprisingly good at the Copy & Print Center. They do the work quickly and while its a busy location can usually get through the line in a decent time.

Worth the convienence if you know how to work the printers for email copies. Printers will use color print from your emailed prints. if you dont want color, change to all black and white manually. Cost double for color.

Came to get my passport picture tuesday night and the experience was way better than burbank. the representative took my picture and actually showed me my picture and asked if i liked it before proceeding made a difference bc i left happy with a picture i paid for!

I go to get blue prints done often. Typical only one or two sheets.The print shop will do it on the spot.Alexis or Marisol are awesome and know what to do.👍

I went in to get help at the print shop. I had some difficult images that needed to be resized, and Had to print test sheets in almost every step, because I was using special water slide paper. The employee I worked with was very kind, patient, and really went above and beyond to get me what I needed. If someone from north Hollywood store is reading this, and would like to know the name of the employee I will share!

I had to scan some documents that were really important. The guy who operated the machines and who was supposed to be there for assistance rolled his eyes constantly and was holding up people to text on his phone. I understand the job requires a lot of patience but even an old man was implying for assistance from his tone of frustration and all this employee did was nothing. Oscar, please do better and try to help people out. This was by far the worst experience I have had with assistance that had led me to make this review. Not just that, but you very condescending with the questions I was asking, and you didn’t even know how to do a two sided scan.

Don’t go to this store it was my first time there, I was very disappointed. The two cashier had one customer each n would not stopping were talking to the customers n each customer had only one item each n there was a line people are waiting n waiting to be checked out. Don’t go to this store go to the one on Sepulveda Blvd in Van Nuys

The worst Staples ever. I started to print 100 copies and it was put in wrong way. I asked to stop the job the lady said its ok print everything then we will give you refund for that. When i finished printing i come to the register to get the refund the manager said i am not going to give you a refund it was your mistake. And it was saing in very rudee manners!!! Worst experience

What a surprised to see this place got over 3 stars. I was in today 4/15/2019 at 3pm. I was greeted by one female employee in the front, as a matter of fact I noticed thats shes done other than chat her life away with a male co-worker who appeared to be a supervisor or store manager (they both have ear-piece)all 30 mins I spent there while one other male employee scramble tried to help the line of customers by himself.

It took me 40 minutes of waiting to get my order, and the reason why that happened was explained by Alan, he said that the plotter can’t print in a proper way because my image has colors, maybe staples need to change their equipment

Surprised by how behind the times their printing department is. They had just one computer that was connected to all of the printers so I couldnt print anything off a thumb drive until everybody else ahead of me was through. On the other hand go to Kinkos and every copier has its own thumb drive port and credit card slide and youre out of there in about 2 minutes. Staples really needs to come into modern times and catch up with the competition or theres no point in going there.

Wt* . I asked the first empoyee I saw if he works there and his instant response was no, well yah but im off the clock really? Then i was sent to grab the items I had placed on hold instead of them having it on hold by the register. Very rude and slow service . Avoid at all costs.

Tried to return a product and they wouldnt take it back because the serial numbers on the items and the box did not match. They say they dont sell returned items, but I returned exactly what I purchased. Never Again!
