My last visit to my Staples was for ink for my printer, which I also bought from Staples. The association helped me find the ink I needed and suggested the best deal for my particular needs. I off handed asked him about a particular keyboard that was displayed with an all in one computer. I liked it for the feel of the keys, old timey click and clack. He showed me the one they had in stock that was similar, but it was no longer available. He and the manager offered to let me buy the floor model for an insane price which I leaped, gleefully, all over. Typing on it now, loving the feel of an old fashioned keyboard again. Our Staples on the Old Road in Stevensons Ranch is always staffed with helpful associates. Some stores make it hard these days to even figure out who actually works there. I have relied on their printing dept. for my work and their assistance when looking for particular office supplies for home, school and work. They seem happy to work there which I assume says a lot about their manager.

Great customer service, whether I’m having an oversize scan printed or just paying for products at the cash register. The employees are top-notch. I was in yesterday. Nick was my cashier. Polite and knowledgeable. We had a question on pricing. His manager came to assist. Just the nicest guy. Thank you Stevenson Ranch Staples.

I dont leave too many bad reviews I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, also working in customer service jobs my whole life i totally understand how it can be.With that being said I dont think you could pay me to go back to this staples. To start they are very expensive and you can find the same items other places and always cheaper. Also the employees and even the manager at this store were very rude and unhelpful. It felt like they couldnt care less about the their customers and especially if they have to help a customer out with a problem itll become the biggest issue in the world and it wont be solved in a way to help you out just whatever will make their job easier.Dont bother wasting your time or your money here definitely not worth it in any way

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this one I need. Staff here are super slow. Came to print documents on the self service. Then suddenly the printer rejected my flash drive. I asked an associate, she told me to talk to the other associate for help (Ms. Alex) which is fine, because I believe she was the one who could help me.However, it seems like she was struggling with the printer, she took so long to print other documents for another guy, before me. So long. I was super patient at first, but I think I waited for over 40 minutes for a simple job. Insert my flash drive to her computer and print the papers I couldn’t finish at the self service. Anyway, she didn’t look at me, didn’t say anything, just kept on taking her time, forever.I’m not complaining about her work itself, cause I believe she did great for the guy before me. But if she was struggling somehow with the machine, ask for help. She did ask for help like a long time later. I mean, I get that you want to figure stuff out yourself but not on a Saturday, during the hour people usually go print stuff, pick up stuff.I mean, I’m trying to be as much as patient as I can but at least give some explanation, say something, call someone else to help me. Say something, do something.Ps: this is my customer point of view.Thank you.

False advertising....they trick you to click on a cheaper price, and when you get redirected, the price is not what was first offered or advertised. Hate these kinds of stores. I wish theres an option to download photos so I can show you guys what I experienced with this store. Gone are the days of honest businesses, and they wonder why e-commerce is replacing them.

Horrible customer service. I walked in looking for something, they pointed out in the general direction that way, behind the technology sign.While I walked around looking for the item, I could hear the 3 or 4 of the employees having the greatest party conversation.No one took the interest to help me find what I was looking for. I was the ONLY customer in the store (I know, I walked around the store).When I left, I complained to them their lack of interest and that I was going to look for my item elsewhere and their response was OK.Not going back again, thats for sure!

Its ok. Ive been buying paper and ink cartridges here for over 5years. Its a hit or miss kind of a deal with it. 8 out of 10 times I could walk the whole store and not receive any assistance. I have gotten angry with 2 cashiers there about giving my phone number or email address. No thank you means NO!

Ive been using Staples Copy and Print services for a few years and really love what I get from them. I can email or submit my documents online for pick-up or bring it in to print myself. I used to go to a competitor (Kinkos) and Staples is MUCH less expensive and I feel like they are friendlier and more helpful.

I was in the store trying to purchase a printer and it was not showing up on the store computer...yet it showed on the website....we went through drama to get a final resolve...They did everything they could and went above and beyond to help me...I truly appreciated their service which is hard to find today..

It was like 3months ago and we were looking for the staff to find flash lights and we had to waste like 20minutes to find the staff who knows of the trace of it. Well found one with totally decent prices and casher was pretty nice. What I wanna say is that dont be sluggish to find out the customer’s needed supplies.

Neither of the self service printers were working and i was waiting for 2 hours and it still didnt get fixed. It wasnt the staff fault though and they were really nice and helpful. I would recommend it I just hope they fix it soon

The Printing to Department charges you expedited fee even though theyre not doing anything if you come in and need something to be printed over the counter which is not available in thier self serve section like blue prints. 7 pages. Wow
