Do not go to the Copy and Print Center. Yes, about 2 years ago their Copy Center used to be the premier place to go, however management has gone far below downhill. I went in to get a spiral bind done and saw a sign saying that the employee was out to lunch. So I went to ask a cashier for help and she explained that she could do it for me, but she had to ask permission to see if she could. Keep in mind there was no one in line and there was another cashier to cover the front. But then the Ops manager came out and told me she could help and as we walked back to the Copy Center I told her what I needed. She looked at me and told me she didnt know how to do it and that I had to wait until 5:15PM (I was there at 4:36). I had previously worked in the Copy Center of this same store and we never left the department closed. Or at least the managers were trained to do basic jobs. I left furious. The spoke to Marian, the store manager. She told me that I could come back and they could put me into the system and if I wanted the job done within the next hour I would have to pay a rush fee which would be 15% additional to the charge of the bind. This used to be a customer focused store, but now they only care about getting the most money out of you.

I went today to get some pictures printed for my daughters birthday today, I can’t recall her name but she was working alone today afternoon in the printing section. She did an awesome job at handling so many customers at once! 1000/10

We ordered a 18x24 print that was very special to us.They told us it would be ready in 20 min.In that time we went to purchase a custom frame, we came back and decided to assemble it there. We were having trouble and a worker by the name Nathan, was so kind and helped us put it together.He brought out tools and everything.He was so kind and we really just appreciated his help.

I came here after work to make a copy and buy a pack of pens, so I walked up to this girl with braided pigtails and a Charlie Brown sweater and asked for what I wanted and she pointed me to self service printing and I told her I didnt know how to do that I need help and she told me go start the process and then come ask for help when you get to the steps. So I did and then look back and she was helping another customer when I needed help. So I just walked out and left the pens. I went to Target after for my pens and my local printing shop postal graphics in Hollister. This place has such poor customer service I hope all staples shut down if this is the way they are traintraining their employees Ill get my pens from Amazon next time.

Went in to get help on printing out a 5x7 card for a recipe. I am not good on computers and asked the lady for help at the counter. She said she couldnt help me and that whatever I needed printed would have to be typed out already. I know that the copy and print lady couldve helped me make something because Ive had it done here before and Ive seen them do something like this with other customers before. She couldnt even help me type up something that wouldve taken her maybe less than 5 minutes. There were no customers and she just showed me the worst customer service Ive received in a while. Ive been coming to this store since I was a kid and have given a lot of money to this store for me to be treated this way by an employee, Ive also had a few run ins with the Manager mariane, shes the rudest lady Ive ever come across, this store use to be focused on customer service when Michael was around now its purely all about how much money can they bring in.

The past two times Ive gone here, for the printing department, I have not liked the service. The people working act like they dont know anything. In order to print anything, you have to buy a bundle of paper...then theyll do it for you. They never have the paper I need and Im not buying a bundle of paper when I can go somewhere else and buy them individually. Haha this is the last time Ill go here to print out my school work. Itll be cheaper too.

With staples in Hollister closing, this is our closest office supply option. I was able to order a printer for pick up. Although they hadnt pulled it from the shelf, they had to on a trolley within 5 minutes. They also brought it out and to the car for me, which was appreciated.
