I always go to the Petaluma Staples store, because I know that Brenda will steer me in the right direction. I needed a new printer for work, and she helped me pick out the best printer for my needs.

One of the very best shopping experiences I’ve ever had especially in a big book store! On Saturday I needed something and I needed it in a hurry. I called the store to see if they had it and they did so I went there and I walked in the door. I wasn’t sure where to go to get it, so I was standing there trying to make up my mind and a woman at the cashiers counter called over to me and said, did you just call about the XYZ device and I said yes. She said hang on I’ll go get it for you and she went in the back and came right out with it and I walked over to the cashier counter and bought it. It took me all about three minutes from walking in the door to walking out the door. She was just great!

This store has exemplary customer service an a customer service attitude thats highly helpful for customers. I want to personally thank David in the technical support department for his patience, expertise and extremely helpful professional tech support. David has helped me on two occasions find solutions to a complex problem involving a J5 Create hub + two HP 27 monitors purchased at Staples. If not for his help, I would have been at a loss to figure things out on my own. This is an extremely positive experience, and its nice to see when representatives like him go above-and-beyond with helping customers.

I wanted to return a desk that I had bought over a month ago from a different Staples and they took it back without issue. This is despite the fact that the Petaluma store doesnt sell desks. Super happy with the service and Ill be looking to them first for my home office needs.

It has just about everything i would need, even some things I couldnt find at places like target. Mostly in the school supplies area, it also has a large selection of various things one would need for gaming, professional work, and electronics. It reminds me of a smaller Office Depot?

Friendly staff, great promotions and discounts for reward members.Appreciate the free lamination of COVID-19 vaccination cards.Everyone was social distancing and wearing masks.

I very much appreciate them allowing me to use the restroom. What I did NOT like that I saw 2day at this Staples, the drinking fountain is in operation, really? Why? That is all.

This is a good store for office supplies and postal or shipping supplies. I dont think the customer service here is very good. And you can get better prices on computers elsewhere

I got some legal size clear plastic envelopes, and a charging car for my Samsung S9, which uses a USBc cable.It was $20. For a 6 foot cord with a standard USB on one end, and a mini USBc on the phone end.The Clear plastic envelopes was $13.50 for 5 legal size envelopes

I waited for a long time while other people were being helped with printing and when it was my turn and needed help no one could be bothered. Everything printed sideways and I left unhappy without the paperwork I needed.
