I had a most positive experience at this Staples store, as usual. I have been a customer there for many years, and find all the oersonnel to be efficient, kind and helpful! I am old and the clerk saw that I struggled a bit with my packages, so he took them to my car for me!!!! How wonderful is that!!!!!?!!!

Let’s talk about Amy in printing services!! Yes that is her name! First time I encountered her rudeness, I was empathetic thinking she must be having a bad day. This time, she was short and told me unless I have a document on a flash drive, I can go back to the office and send it and get a work order and would be called when ready.Really? Drive a half an hour to print one piece of paper on large format? She is the rudest person in that store and I let her know it. Every other person that has ever helped me there is beyond kind and helpful. I am in that store often. I ended up printing the document myself without ANY assistance from Amy and going forward I will never use the print service desk when she is there. I saw her tell another customer to go scan something at the printer and follow the instructions. What if that person couldn’t read or didn’t know how to scan a code? Maybe offer to walk the 2 feet and explain or assist? Amy does not belong behind a customer service counter, bottom line. If I treated people the way she does in a business setting, I would be unemployed in two seconds.Now the ladies at the cashier desk are amazing and always kind and quick with a smile!

Joseph in the printing department is AWESOME. I had two different invitations I needed printed ASAP and he not only got the job done, but did an EXCELLENT job. He got all the sizing and quantity right, the cut job was perfect, and he had great customer service. Thank you, Joseph!!

It was great. young sales person that helped me was very professional and courteous with me. She answered my questions very well regarding a anti-virus program for multiple devices, which sold me on that particular program. Then she showed me where I could find a particular type of ink pen refill that I was having a difficult time finding, which they had in stock. Overall it was a great experience. The store was clean well stocked with products and the staff was professional and courteous. I hadnt been in that store in quite awhile, so it was a good experience again.

I see this is an ongoing problem in the printing section. I read a few bad reviews about no help and just rude.Overall I’ve been to Palm desert staples a lot and the cashiers are very nice and helpful. One actually downloaded the staples app to save me money.Downloads and Seniors sometimes you need a little help. I can’t say the same about the printing section.There are at least 2 women there that need to be fired because they are rude and just nasty, staples has yet to realize they are losing customers behind it.Or maybe they just don’t care unless them 2 are affiliated with the owners.Nevertheless if they are they still should be trained better how to deal with customer service.Friday July 21, I went there to ask do you have fax service. The lady said over there. The last time I faxed something was in 2008. Before a stroke and using a cane.I asked her nicely could she help me, she huff and puff and then starting telling me instructions how to use it.I then asked her can she show me how to operate it. She did but was nasty in the process.When we got to the fax machine I told her you’re telling how to use it and it’s very simple for you.I’m 59 and had a stroke and my understanding how to use simple machines are now difficult for me.To still be alive and can talk I will take it. Hopefully staples take care of their in house problem. Customers deserve better while patronizing their store.

As usual, my interactions with Staples always meet my expectations. I have been trading there for 20 years and would not consider using any other office supply store. Their print shop printed extensively for me and my clients for years - always meeting my needs. The Palm Desert, CA Staples is well-run and well-supplied and I am very glad to have them in our city!

Saturday 11/26 walked into the printing are. One employee looked up from here computer, never stopped typing. Told her what I needed she told me the only person that could help was he manager on Monday, then looked back at her computer. I asked what time she looks up says 4. No smile, no kindness, no INTEREST! No business ever again from me. Went directly to Roadrunner Print shop. Awesome service, smile and interest.

Staff is very helpful, honest, and stands by their word. I shipped a package to the East coast from here (through UPS), paid for expedited shipping and UPS missed the deadline by about 4 days. The manager here made it right, very friendly staff, honest and helpful. Dont waste your time with other postal places. Competitive prices and even if they werent its worth it for the peace of mind knowing they will take care of you.

Put it a last minute express pickup order on Christmas Eve. Tyler/Alex at the Print Dept got it done for me. Im not even from Palm Springs but I recommend this place for custom print orders.Store itself was nicely laid out and very clean.

The staff here is very professional and organized. My problem is rip off pricing. Was quoted $250 by other print shops, to my surprise at pick from Staples my bill was $744. My fault for not having a quote.

Can you believe Staples has a usb cable from lap top computer to printer? Kudos that you get my sale along with printer. Can you imagine I went to Best Buy first! Staples has much better service and will meet any legitimate price. Thanks to Q for his great customer service.

I had in interview scheduled with Kevin the manager for 1pm. However Kevin was 15 minutes late. I felt at this point I felt disrespected. Why would a manager schedule an appointment and not show up on time. I felt he was showing me know respect as a manager and for me the interview was pretty much shot. I went ahead and waited patiently for the interview. Kevin was not to familiar with my resume and went over it with me. He discovered that I had not worked in years. I found this hard o believe that he did not read my resume. Once he discovered I had been out on sick leave he lost interest in the interview and cut it short. I feel as a gay man with HIV, I should have been able to explain the situation. I feel disrespected and discriminated by him. At this point I would not accept a position even if offered.

I went to staples to get colors for a project im working on for a toddler with autism. I had 2 employees offer to help assist me. They were genuine and appeared to have knowledge about their job. VERY RARE TO FIND! Although I did not find exactly what I had in mind, it was close enough to make it work. I didnt get their names but kudos today to the male and female employee that helped me. There must be a great hiring supervisor somewhere close by. Thanks so much for the great shopping experience.

I drove a little over an hour to get to Staples so I could do my TSA Pre Check and it was a great visit. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and the TSA Pre Check area was clearly marked and easily identified. The process was simple and the gentleman helping us was great to work with.

This store is great. The new and useful service you can get in here is a TSA-Pre which is a must for a traveler.The stuff are great, for instance, Scott and Amy who participated with my EDDM order.Defenetly would recommend and would use their services again.

Terrible service, I asked the girl to help me, and she didnt have time, she told me, the machine is there, you can make the copies. Here the customer is not first...what a shame that there is bad service!!!
