Such a joke only one tech and waiting more than 40min still slowly teaching and checking a customer that been asking questions after questions. How hard it is to get a laptop here? No wonder Staples can’t sell tech stuffs. Waiting until store almost closing still being ignored. Cashier is saying nothing we can do only one tech.

If you looking for decent customer service, you will not find it at Staples Glendora. The assistance at the copier section is minimal and when a problem is pointed out about a copier, the concern is dismissed until the 3rd request for assistance. And still minimal customer service and then referred to customer service, who wasn’t sure how to help, and asked for a manager. The manager asked how he could help, attempted to explain the problem of the copier and some unexplained charges. Truly wasn’t interested and the response after showing how disinterested he was, said “so you want a refund?”. At least I got a thank at the end. All I can say is Staples, not sure what has happened, but you need to train your staff on courtesy, interest and good customer service

I absolutely do not recommend anyone use the self service printers for color printing. On two occasions the color for the order came out distorted. Staples will charge you a service fee to use the printers behind the counter for the same service while those printers can actually print properly. I’m extremely disappointed with quality of their printers because color printing is expensive! Also, I’m disappointed with their customer service — it seems as if Staples intentionally trains their staff to deliver low quality service. I’m going to avoid coming here at all costs.

The store itself is actually decent. Its clean and never that busy. The problem is the Copy & Print department. It is the worst one out of any Staples in the county.Any online order takes the longest here out of any other location.Every other single Staples order completes the order when they can. Here they seem to let the clock wind down just for the sake of it.Then they give you an attitude when you go into the store. I wish theyd fix this problem here as its been going on for years.

Came into this store to purchase an office chair. Found one I liked from the displays. Looked around for help to find the acutal box. Nobody in site. Came to a register (the only one) with the light on for a couple minutes with nobody there. Finally an employee came over. Come to find out he chair is not in stock and they dont sell the display. To get this information was pulling teeth and they gave me the attitude as if I was interrupting them. Come to find out the store manager was less than 5 feet away the whole time and didnt have the courtesy to step in and try to help or point me in the right direction. This isnt the first time I have ran into issues at this store, sadly.

There were two people working one in the print area, and one who was running all over the place and being a cashier. I stood for a while and was not helped at all, so I left I will go someplace where they value their customers. Wont return to this Staples.

Staples is easy to get to very clean & organized the staff has always been very helpful, especially to older customers.

Very happy with experience! Ozell was so nice and helpful; he went that extra mile for me. I’ll definitely be back!
