I had THE WORST experience here today.First & foremost I spent 10dls on copys that didnt come out right & came out blank even though I did it how its supposed to.Second there was a really rude guy working there I asked him a simple question & he acted l inconvenienced him so much by asking.Third they only had one person working in the copy area I asked for help twice they told me to wait I understand it gets busy or whatnot but nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes on something small.This is the last time i go there!

I recently visited Staples for printing services, and I was blown away by the quality and value they provided. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my printing needs. The print quality was exceptional, with vibrant colors and sharp detail. Whats even better is that the pricing was very affordable. Staples is definitely my go-to place for all my printing requirements!

Don’t come here for happy returns! They act like you’re committing a sin walking into the store with items to return. They are blatantly rude and lacking basic customer service skills. The manager is a black man and as happy as I am to see that, something is very off about his personality and unpleasant. I would avoid this staples at all costs. Bad energy and weird people.

I had issues with my work getting done there and I tried talking to the manager and all she could do was shake her head and say “the other worker didn’t show up” as a manager I believe that you should try to make sure that everyone else is okay instead of standing around doing nothing. Her managing skills seem very POOR to me.

All I have to say is Devon and Ms. Tange do a great job ordering the chaos that goes on in the printing/computer department. With only one computer working and a few other machines down these two were so nice and accommodating. They help as fast as they can and are very nice. They treat people better than what some rude people deserve. Hats off to these two and thank you guys for making my day so much smoother.

I went to Staples to buy a bubble wrap mailer the price said $1 but when I went to the register the clerk said you have to read the small print in order to buy at $1 you have to buy several. Thats very misleading especially for seniors. It seems everything in that entire area is mark like that so you have to read the prices carefully!

Terrible customer service and the credit/debit card scanner at the computers and printers are raggedy by not reading the security code and declining your card! The clerks are like well its too bad, its nothing we can do and it could be your card which isnt true and they wont even let you pay with cash and also only two computers with only one working and no chairs at them, very unprofessional 🤬🤬🤬‼️

Horrible service never in my life speaking to anyone about the east access staples has for printing .Came here is 7:43 pm .I ask to load a card a staples card and apparently they don’t do so anymore because people claim they had more money . How is that had to do with me ???Anyways I proceed to the printing department to print 1 sheet 1 sheet I repeat . The girl there is upset or annoyed I am in line, get another job woman, if you hate it so much .She’s like we are close it’s 7:43 how are you close . I forgot my debit card don’t mind to wait but she’s stating order ready till next day . Hilarious . I am upset and she gets personal !!!!! What the hell . Since they’ve hired these new people, I think they’ve been there for a couple months or less, I’ve tried by passing how rude they are but I honestly won’t be going back. The staff is not at all helpful especially the dude with the glasses in the printing services area, also the tall older dude at check out, they have no customer service skills and don’t care about the customer experience. I’ll be doing the extra drive to one of the other staples locations.

Came into today to get some posters made, they had me go through the process asks all the questions on paper type size and laminated had me spend all this time over 30 for them to just tell me we dont have ink to print this I asked what other options did I have can I order here pick up at another store I didnt want to go and spend even more time and try to get this printed to what the associate said I dont know you just cant get it printed and have to waite . I spoke to the manager hoping they would say something. This is the worst customer service shows how much they care. C1f9a505 was what I needed printed. Stop wasting peoples time put somebody else or train your people correctly.

What an tremendous job Tang (African American woman) did yesterday. I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly but she had to handle a lot of customers by herself. The manager or other employee went to work and she kept calm and kept the customers calm. When I say the line continued to grow but she didn’t rush the customer’s either when they were asking for help. I needed help and instead of the gentleman helping me he told me to wait for her and wen on break. Way to go! Keep up the great work.

The Photo/Printer department has the worst costumer service ever. Customers were asking for help and the male worker in that department was being so rude. When i went to ask him for help he gave so much attitude when i was just asking a simple question. Don’t recommend going here to print anything at all just save for money and most importantly your time and go to Office Depot.

I ordered a print job for pick up. Chris in Printing, a supervisor apparently lied that he called and tried to tell me my print job did not print.I showed him my phone and there was no missed calls, he said nothing. I had to leave the store send an email and go back.The print job was not done on basic white paper it was done on some fancy step up paper which I never wanted. He tried to talk about how there was no extra charge and change the topic?For a simple print job that was to take 5 min to pick up and turn into 45 min of chaos is unacceptable. No customer should have to go home print and come back when they paid online.The manager said I should call corporate to get a refund not much he can do if the file does not open.The least the store could do is email the customer.Chris is not doing his job to email or leave a voicemail for the customer if a job does not print and then he bodfaced will lie and say he called.He writes a not on your job saying he called to cover himself. It was very obvious. I will never print at this Staples or Staples again and recommend to all of you to take your business to UPS instead. It’s even cheaper than Staples.

Do not use their shipping services. Staff act as if they are inconvenienced when they need to assist and timeliness are not explained. I paid on Thursday for something to be delivered by Friday and it did not arrive. When I called to inquire they said there was a sign.

I must have looked completely lost when I was greeted by an African American guy asking me if he could help me find something. I told him what I was looking for and he assisted me by walking my over to the aisle and showing me what they had. They make you waste your time on something so small. I had to wait a full hour just to have them make an order for me. There is also little to no employees and some of them give you adittude as if they couldnt care. So unless you are buying a product then you still have to wait in lines because they usually have 1 person in the cash register.Side note: computer or any electronics you want to buy, you can buy it at Best Buy for a low amount of money.

Claudia is phenomenal and went above and beyond to help us. My daughter wanted to print a poster for a conference, but we went in a bit delayed to get the 24 hr turnover service. We told her that she has to go to Santa Barbara by 5 pm next day which was the time the poster was going to be done. But Claudia helped us get it printed by 8 pm on the same day. Shes the best. She knows how to respect customers and help everyone with utmost kindness. Good luck Claudia, keep up the good work!

My experience at Staples Century is good, the place is neat and orderly; finding what ever I need is never a problem; whether its office supplies, faxes or delivery drop-off. Unprofessional and rude. If you still choose to shop at this location after reading this review and you’re unsatisfied that’s on you. Two years ago it was the same thing. Employees at this store are not knowledgeable and seem very bothered when you asked for help. Two years ago I reached out to corporate who in return reached out to the store manager who contacted me.This last incident happened two weeks ago. I reached out to customer relations and to this day no one has bothered to reach out.I bought a document scanner and before leaving the store I asked one of the sales associates (Jose) if they sold a longer cable then the one that was included in the box. He seemed very confused like he didn’t know what I was talking about or asking. He said he wasn’t sure that he would go to the front and ask if they sold the cable even though we were standing in the Cable aisle. A few minutes later he returned and in a very unprofessional and rude manner told me that if I wanted to I could go to the front and wait over there or I could stay there until someone else would come and help me because he was not sure about it.I immediately told him that there was no reason for him to talk to me in that way and I requested to speak to his manager. I said just because you don’t know how to do your job you don’t have to be a jerk about it.A few minutes later his manager (David) came to the aisle and said “What’s up? You asked for me?” I was somewhat confused at his approach and lack of professionalism, I asked are you the manager since he never introduce himself. Again in a rude manner he replied “yeah what’s up” I begin trying to explain to him what had just happened when he interrupted me by saying “is that the way you were talking to him?” I said excuse me what do you mean by that? He said it seems like you’re irritated. I said to him are you going to let me explain to you what happen or are you going to keep interrupting me ? Seeing that (David) was nothing like a manager and he didn’t care one bit. I asked for his business card and left the store.Bottom line is. If you must buy at Staples. Go to a different location. The problem at this particular location is that the local management and the corporation doesn’t seem to care for the inter-city community made up of blacks and latinos (I am a Latino myself) because if this was to happen at a different store with white customers the issue would’ve been resolved immediately or better yet most likely there wouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. I’m not playing the race card I’m only stating facts. I live in this city and this is an observation and a conclusion that I’ve made.The store manager and employees know that the local community doesn’t care enough to make an issue out of disrespectful, unprofessional and unknowledgeable employees and neither does the corporation.Have some self-respect take your money elsewhere and show them that you do matter. I’m sure Staples will say that my opinion is not representative of their mission statement for their Core values. If that’s how they really felt they would address the issues at this location and give us the same respect that they give upscale areas and not put out a generic statement through their social media team.

I go in for 3 copies and while waiting in line I hear customers saying they hate coming here because it takes awhile to make copies.Im looking at 4 machines to use and people doing business type/volume of copying with a couple more ahead of me with laptops open.I explain to the girl behind the counter that I only need 2 copies and was trying to get to a passport application appointment. She tells me sorry shes busy and itd be 1 1/2 min wait.Really?Maybe they shouldnt allow businesses to take over the only self service machines available to everyone else.

Sometimes I order online and come in for a pickup but sometimes coming in is a lot faster the staff that are in the print area are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the systems and programs they use. They got multiple parts of my order wrong (didnt bind it, wrong kind of paper, wasnt double sided, missing copies, etc.) They couldnt do the binding but werent gonna tell me, so thankfully I took it out of the bag before leaving so we could substitute or refund. Ordered online printing for pick-up the next day for my tickets as I thought this would not only save me time but the hassle of having to print them myself.got a confirmation email at 10 am the next morning saying my order was ready.i showed up at around 1 pm land not only could they not find my order but they had no record of it.To get my money refunded it took over half an hour that i didnt have and i had to still PAY to print it out myself after they made me late. Not to mention that even on m refund they gypped me for a penny. As if giving me my full refund was that much of a hassle. The people here didnt know what they were doing, had no sense of customer service and couldnt have cared less about what they were doing.do not waste your time here.

Then, when I called the store to speak to the manager the finger was pointed to me. Im so frustrated and disappointed of my first time experience and last experience. Terrible, there is never anyone to help you, you have to walk around the entire store looking for someone who can help you and when you finally find someone, they always reluctantly help you, today I wanted information to buy a printer, and know which one was the easiest To handle I only want copies, I didnt get away with just using inks from my old printer.
