Deciding to retire and selling my home so we could move to another state was stressful. We met with a few agents, but when Stacy and Nicole met with us, we knew they were the ones to represent us. My wife was in constant communication with them about staging, appointments, offers, and interpreting what all the details of selling a home was about. They were referred to us my close friends so we knew they would get us the best offer. We really enjoyed working with them. The both of them were kind, professional, responsive to our fears, but most of all helped us to understand the process. We highly recommend working with them. And they have such cute kids!

Stacy and Nicole are the absolute best Realtors we have ever worked with. They suggested a listing price based on their extensive research of our Condominium and the area. That price was way above what we thought we could get. Then They were able to get us 20k over the listing price and had a buyer with in 2 days of listing. This was the easiest trouble free real estate transaction we have ever done. We cant say enough good things about Stacy and Nicole. We would not hesitate to work with them again whether buying or selling.

My wife & I had just started the home selling process, when we started looking for an agent through Nest.com. Out of the clear blue sky, we received a 3 ring binder From Stacy & Nicole, showing facts about our house and comparable homes for sale in our area. We decided to meet with them, and were pleasantly surprised that they were from the local area, and had a good feel of home sales in the area. All of a sudden, we were shocked to learn that a house we were in the market to buy, became available. The catch? Our home HAD to be in escrow within 30 days, and we thought there is no way. Stacy & Nicole to the rescue!!! They gave us advice on what to do to prepare, and we followed that advice closely so that things went smoothly. Three weeks later, we had our first showing. Our house sold within 2 days, at $45,000 ABOVE the asking price. Stacy & Nicole really came through for us, and we couldnt have more pleased. Edited to add:Well, they’ve done it again! We had such a great experience buying our first home with these two that when we started thinking about upgrading, we knew exactly who to go to. They helped us sell our starter home quickly and at $25k over asking while simultaneously helping us find and purchase our dream home at a great price in this competitive market. We couldn’t be happier with their service and attention to detail!Stacy and Nicole were amazing! Not only were they super patient with us when we were “just browsing” but once we found a place they jumped into high gear and helped open and close escrow within 15 days! They got us into our home at almost $10k under asking AND negotiated a $5k credit from the seller! We love our new home! The only downside is not having an excuse to work with these wonderful ladies some more! I know who we will be reaching out to when we decide to sell!

We have contacted Stacy and Nicole because our family has highly recommended them to us. They were right, Stacy and Nicole have been an absolute blessing to us. Outstanding! My experience with Stacy and Nicole was nothing less than perfection. When selling my home, the team diligently discussed my options, created a game plan and moved forward with ease. The team was in constant contact and regularly provided honest and straight forward feedback, which I greatly appreciated. The vendors used for the inspection, photographs and the like were extremely personable and professional. Stacy sat with me on numerous occasions to review and discuss each document at length so that I felt confident with each signature. Nicole managed the viewings of prospective buyers beautifully with time frames, dates and approvals. I know we have already told you that many times now, but really THANK YOU!!If your in the market to buy or sell you must use Stacy and Nicole. Trust me! These are major life decissions and you only want the best working for you.Stacy and Nicole are hands down the BEST! We used them in July of 2016 to sell and buy in Corona. They brought tons of experience to the table helping us along through the entire process. Their marketing, photos and video of our home were by far the best. They did such a good job. They sold our home in three days for over asking price. Our neighbors came by after the open house to tell us that they did such a good job! They said there were tons of people coming through the house all day long. They said when they sell they are going to use them also.Stacy and Nicole have the experience, knowledge and drive to get you through whatever comes your way through the process.Now on to the purchase our our new home. We are now in our dream home because Stacy and Nicole did not give up. The home we purchased was not on the market at the time we were looking. Lets start this off by saying that ANYONE can be a realtor. However, NO ONE can be Stacy & Nicole. Ive had many opportunities to work with other Realtors, but continually come back to the dynamic duo of Stacy and Nicole. These two ladies are the true definition of hustle with a heart. Stacy and Nicole went above and beyond to meet our needs, ensure the listing of our property, communicate between the buyers and sellers, all while keeping our best interests and crazy schedule in mind. They were both constantly TRANSPARENT and HONEST with us. Both my husband and I have crazy schedules that they worked around for us! Throughout the escrow process, we heard from Stacy and Nicole at least once every 48 hours (if not more!). I never once felt that we werent a priority to them. While they had several other properties and clients they had to cater to, I always felt like a millionaire client whenever they contacted us. (An example of this would be how they were able to get our home listed and sold within 4 days with SIX COMPETITIVE OFFERS!) They utilized the BEST photographer, open house methods, and quality signage. They also took to social media by storm! EVERYONE knew our home was for sale within 12 hours of them listing it. We had over 20 showings within the first 48 hours (I know, CRAZY RIGHT?). Stacy and Nicole listened carefully to our concerns and fought hard to make sure our needs were met. Whenever our buyers had a ridiculous request (trust me on this one, their requests were CRAZY and unreasonable!), Stacy and Nicole went to bat and fought hard to protect us and look out for our needs. I cannot say enough about the quality and care that both Stacy and Nicole took to ensure the stressful process of buying/selling a home was an easy one. To be honest, Im still in shock that we are living in our new forever home in our dream neighborhood. Compared to our previous horrible experiences with other (greedy/rude/unprofessional) realtors, Stacy and Nicole made this process so EASY and uncomplicated! When I decided to sell my home I chose to vet realtors. After a few days I had chosen four based on their web sites. Of the four, only Stacey and Nicole came with a comprehensive market analysis. Others just gave me a card. They were serious in getting my business.After engaging them, they came up with a compelling suite of marketing assets. Their recommendations to make the property more marketable generated a lot of on-line traffic. Foot traffic during open houses was also very good.I chose to go with a higher asking price than they recommended. After a couple of weeks with no offers, I agreed to re-list at their recommended price. I quickly received offers. One of them was an all-cash offer with a quick escrow which I accepted.Since I was planning to relocate, they found me a realtor in the area who found me my new home.They are experienced, professional and personable. I would not hesitate in using them again.

We used Stacy and Nicole to sell a rental house of ours, and they masterfully handled every step of the process. They hired painters, cleaners, handymen, pressure washers, and window washers to make sure the rental house was in pristine condition before they listed it. Once listed we got 13 offers in 6 days eventually selling our house for far over our original asking price. We cannot recommend Stacy and Nicole highly enough. We were looking at a cross country move, with all the stress that comes along with that. Stacy and Nicole came in with their facts, numbers and data in hand. They were willing to work with us when we requested listing price higher than the average in our neighborhood, willing to take a chance on what might happen, knowing we could come down quickly if there was no interest. The photographs and the listing that they created was fantastic! They were our greatest asset when dealing with a buyers agent who thought he was gods gift to the world. Stacy continuously kept him in line, and shielded us from his acting up. They made the whole transaction seamless, and as stressfree as possible. Not to mention, these ladies are fun to be around. Every meeting involved a lot of laughter, and that is so important in fighting the stress of a transaction of this size. Great job ladies!

We initially set our sights on condos and townhomes, under the impression that was all we could afford...but they set our sights higher.Both ladies took the time to ask us what we were looking for, and showed us a few properties that they thought would work for us. They understood our aesthetic and our expectations. They did their research and it only took about 4 homes to find the one we fell in love with.Once we put in an offer, the seller came back with some conditions. Both of them explained very thoroughly what they were and what impact they would have on us. They made sure that we were 100% informed and comfortable with the terms. Not only that, but they suggested conditions of their own which saved us literally thousands of dollars! Excellent service!Their team provided more than our expectations, The girls made the effort to meet all of our surrounding neighbors and passed out over 100 flyers door-to-door inviting everyone to an open house. They served food and drinks and spent time with each person that came through our door. We received numerous compliments from our neighbors expressing how comfortable they felt viewing our home and spending time with the girls. We had our first offer the following Day and subsequently received numerous more in the following days after. Navigating these offers can be confusing but having the girls work hand-in-hand with us to choose the best option, we ended up selling our home well above our appraised value!
