Excellent customer service. The installer couldn’t get the lights to work And told us it was a problem with the outlet. After spending a significant amount of time trying to troubleshoot, I finally had to have an Electrician come out. He quickly determined the issue was with the lights (more specifically the connections between the strands). I notified Squeaky Clean and they sent someone the next day. The guy that came (Jeff?) made sure all the lights were working before he left. I sent Squeaky Clean a copy of the electrician bill and requested that they reimburse me They were apologetic and reimbursed me without issue. So, although there was initially an issue with the lights, Squeaky Clean stood behind their guarantee They were professional and honest - a rare find these days. The lights look great, as well. We had them placed along our roof line, front of the patio, and metal fence. They are attached using magnets, so there is no damage done (I don’t know if they can install lights another way. So be sure to check if you want lights installed somewhere other than below your gutters)

I used Squeaky Clean for a somewhat-neglected gutter cleaning project and I was super-impressed with their efficiency and work product. I was somewhat skeptical at first as they were using a blower to remove all the debris and making a huge mess but they cleaned everything up as good, if not better, than before. They were recommended by another contractor and Ill definitely be using them in the future.

My appointment with Squeaky Clean was made with a window from 10:00 - 12:00 on 12/22/23. I received a confirmation call on 12/21/23 letting me know he would be there closer to the 12:00. Ok, no problem. He wasnt here at 12:45, so I called the office and they said he was 8 miles away. I said ok, maybe he was grabbing lunch. At around 1:15, I called the office again and let them know that I needed to cancel because I had a lot to do right before Christmas. They said he is right by your house. I called the office again at 1:30, no technician. He finally got here at 1:40. I let the technician know that I was upset that he was so late. He went up and cleaned out the gutter and left without payment. I then called the office again, to pay it and had to give them my credit card over the phone when I really wanted to pay with a check.. The Office sends me the invoice and the technician writes on the invoice, Very rude customer, will not service again. I did not receive before and after pictures. I did not get a quote to clean windows as asked and will never use such an unprofessional company again!!

Communication was on point every time. We have a 2-story house and it was great seeing them pay attention to safety with all the gear. Following multiple years of drought, fire seasons’ smoke and ash buildup, unbelievable rain storms…we maintained our property/home well enough but we really needed a deep cleaning from - top to bottom, solar panels, all the concrete - front to back; the windows - inside and out, a window screen replacement through which we ran the generator cord to power the refrigerator during days of power outages from a couple of those wicked storms. They did a wonderful job, personable and professional. Our home is bright and shiny again! They even serviced my dryer duct work!!Squeaky Clean indeed!Thank you!!

Good experience and would hire again. Squeaky Clean cleaned out gutters and dryer vent. Both technicians were friendly and helpful. It seemed a bit pricey to me but everything seems expensive now. The only minus was that the side door to the garage was left open while cleaning out the dryer vent and a lot of the dust blew into the garage and on my car. …with the windows open. Not a huge deal but I had to wash and vacuum out the car.

I had windows cleaned and gutters. The window cleaning was fine. However, the gutter cleaning was not. I will never have Squeaky Clean do my gutters again. Standing on a ladder, the service person blew the debris out of the gutter. Then he blew the debris into my flower beds. I have lava rock in they flower beds, no dirt. It has been 2 or 3 weeks (or maybe more) since gutters were cleaned. I am still finding gunk in the flower beds I have to keep cleaning up.

I used this service when it was Pioneer Cleaning owned by a caring business man who sent his employees out in at least teams of 2.I didn’t see these caring work ethics in Squeaky Clean when they sent ONE employee out on one of the hottest days of the year to clean 60+ windows inside and outside all by himself. I was told this is now routine procedure and i was appalled. The young professional and fast-as-can-be gentlemen had worked previously for Pioneer Cleaning and been to our house to clean windows, put up and take down Christmas lights in the past years. This young man worked diligently 6-7 hours hightailing around our house inside and outside. I will find another company who treats their employees humanely.

In theory, any homeowner can replace the screen in a screen door - we all have You Tube and know where to get the supplies and tools. In reality, however, it would take us several hours, we will probably not do it correctly, and we will buy tools that we will most likely never use again. I contacted Squeaky Clean to receive an estimate on some furniture removal. They responded quickly and my appointment was set up in less than 24 hours. I received an email reminder the day before my appt to confirm my appt, the arrival time and cost. Warren B arrived within the scheduled time. He was professional and friendly. During the job we discussed the best route to remove the items from my home. Any items which were moved to make room was returned to the position he found them. I was contacted quickly by text by a rep, sent them pictures of what I needed picked up and given a quote. The item was picked up promptly at the time and day Squeaky Clean said they would be at my home and for the price they quoted ( which beat price quotes from two other companies ). These guys are the worst. Do not use them! Their estimator does not get all the windows so the quote is wrong. The guy that comes out to do the windows, bends the screens, loses all the clips and doesn’t do everything the estimator estimated. Then their office asks for a credit card to secure the order and when you tell them you don’t want to put it on the car do you want to pay after the work They charge the card anyway. So I over paid for work that wasn’t done but was estimated. So then they send their supervisor out today to fix the problems and he doesn’t fix all the problems. This is a rental property with tenants set a tenants have been put out three times and still don’t have clean windows outside. I talk to the owner Brian and he basically says everybody makes mistakes and they will take care of it. The issue is it should’ve been right the first time.
