The packaging of my three magnets for my instructor vehicle was exemplary. Despite minor bumps the shipping box endured during transit from California to Florida, the products arrived unscathed, thanks to their meticulous packaging techniques.As someone with graphic design skills, I appreciated the user-friendly platform for uploading my design for print. I ordered a large decal of my own design. I wanted it a specific size.. What I got was mostly a white pice of paper and my design in the middle much smaller than I ordered. I paid $70 for this.. I explained this decal will not be usable because the size is way smaller than I asked for. No help, all I got was sorry we can give you 20 percent off your next order. Don’t recommend using any of there services whatsoever. They don’t believe in customer service.

What a wonderful experience! I worked with David to co-create 18 large metal prints of my nature photography from my last 10 years of walks on my local lands. What a smooth and easy process. David is a master of customer service as well as an artist of layout. He and the staff at Square Signs are highly competent, as well as friendly and kind. My beautiful images were printed and shipped very quickly and the formatting is perfect. The resolution is stunning and what a tremendous addition to our home. Plus, the price is significantly less expensive than any other place I could find anywhere online. What a professional company and I will definitely be ordering again. I’m never really one to write reviews but they deserve one. I ordered a metal print sign/poster. Was nervous as I was thinking it could be damaged during shipping and sure enough it was.(no fault of their own, it was packaged really well) Talked with Grace from Squaresigns, and they took care of me. They stand by their product and are replacing my product free of charge. It shows they care about their customers unlike other companies out there. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. You got a customer for life, I got many more signs to print. Thanks guys!!!

My order is arriving much later than I was told it would. I never received tracking information. I had to email and call their customer servic reps multiple times and kept getting different answers from different reps. Now we arent going to make our deadline even though it was all ordered weeks ago.

Ordered 5 large metal art prints and they shipped across the country. Had a couple ordeals with the color originally and then damage from UPS but their customer service was ridiculously accommodating and stuck with it until I received exactly what I ordered. Its rare to receive customer service this amazing anymore, highly recommend these guys.

Square Signs was the third sign company I found on Google, and the first one that I found easy to navigate. The website is extremely user-friendly. I ordered a 48 x 48 sign, uploaded my design and was done in 10 minutes. What made this experience beyond wonderful, was the help and support I received from Grace and her team at customer support because I had fudged my order. The photo I uploaded wasnt able to be displayed on the sign without some distortion. Grace emailed me within 24 hours of my mistake to tell me that the design team at Square Signs wanted to help fix my mistake to make sure my sign was going to be a good product. They cleaned up my design for me, and even added a few holes so I could hang/mount the sign properly because I had missed that step when ordering too. Grace, I greatly appreciate your kind emails helping me. I will be ordering from this company again. There is a guy in Kansas who deeply appreciates your help in making this sign to keep this state Pro-Choice.
