2023-04-06 01:56:08Good service they were able to fix my PS 5 from the HDMI port. They did a very good job. They were very helpful. The boss is a very good man. I recommend this place if you need help on something. They also helped me with my phone my ear speaker didn’t work and they were also able to fix my problem. A VERY GOOD PLACE TO COME AND FIX THINGS.

2023-04-20 02:31:56Im not usually one to write reviews but I dont recommend this place. I took my PS5 to have its HDMI port replace they told me that it was going to be ready next day. So next day they called me to tell me that they wont be able to fix it because it had some roaches in it. Lol so I told them if they could clean it even if I pay more and they told me that they wont do that that they just couldnt fix it like that. I mean your already opening the whole console why wouldnt you clean it and make more money. So anyways they told me that they put spray on the console to kill the roaches. I was like Hmmm not sure if spray is good on a console. So I took it to Videomen which is just 5 minutes away from this place and this guy was really professional and charge me 95 for replacing HDMI port and he charge me 15 for cleaning it since he was already opening the console. (Usually he charges 85 to clean it) so total with Videomen was $110 and he fix it in an hour. I even tipped him for his professionalism. SquareBox was charging me 120 just to replace the HDMI made me wait one day for nothing and were scared to get their hands dirty. By the way Videomen told me To NEVER PUT SPRAY on the console. Im glad he cleaned and removed the spray on time. I recommend Videomen 100% instead of Square Box

2019-11-14 23:58:02DO NOT RECOMMEND! they took my laptop in for diagnostics, said touchpad driver wasnt installed were not able to re-install it, at least they didnt charge me for it! And, that was after they kept my laptop overnight! I took it to Geek Squad and they fixed it in 2 minutes! !!! Ugh, could have saved $39 if I did it myself...but I believed the guy from this repair shop that if he couldnt do it, I thought I wont be able to do it for sure!

2019-01-26 01:38:01*THEY WILL FIX ONE PROBLEM AND GIVE YOUR PHONE ANOTHER ONE*AND*THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR POLICY*I brought my iPhone in December 16, 2018 with the issue of my phone not turning on because of a damaged screen. I was originally told it would be $80 to just fix my screen. When attempting to fix the screen they said my battery was also a problem and that I needed a new one, which would cost an extra $45. Needing my phone to a great extent I decided to pay for the battery replacement.Once I got home to listen to music through headphones I realized now that was an issue as my headphone jack wasn’t working. I brought it back the very next day and they said it was just incompatible with just my headphones (WHICH WERE BARELY USED APPLE HEADPHONES).They tested my phone with their store headphones and showed me it worked and said it was my headphones. I knew that wasn’t the case because I also tried it with other headphones at home that I didn’t bring with me.After telling me there was nothing they could do, they decided to offer me a very cheap case that wouldn’t have secured my phone at all, in disgust and displeasure I left.About a week later my camera started glitching which I had to reboot my phone to get it to work and now MY MICROPHONE COMPLETELY DOES NOT WORK.I tried to support the community I am part of with good business and I am serviced with lies, manipulation and down right theft of a payment for a quality service.

2019-01-04 05:01:02Say you want to type a document or do some research online, but dont have a laptop at your disposal and find that using the tiny screen and keyboard of your phone just so cumbersome. What if you needed to print your output. Twenty times. And you had only $10 left on you. What do you do? If you are in Van Nuys, theres Square Box, a small internet cafe rare in the US but widespread elsewhere. A convenient destination promising an oasis of productivity. This place gets Five stars, for sure.

2022-02-14 05:57:39A+ service. Was having problems with my computer and spent days online trying to figure out how to fix the problem. Gave up and brought it here. The fix was way cheaper than I thought and they did it crazy fast!

2019-05-24 18:37:02I brought my laptop because I was having problems with the operating system, they restored it and saved my data, I did not lose any document that for me are very important. Very satisfied with the service.
